Customer service was absolutely wonderful. I'd definitely give most of the employees there a five star review for that. However, if we're taking about massage, definitely not worth it. The introductory rate of $50/each for an hour massage was not worth what we each received. My therapist-although quite friendly and professional-seemed to rush through the whole thing, using an extremely light touch, not once asking if the pressure was okay (I had to ask for more multiple times before just giving up). My husband didn't even receive the full body massage he asked for, just back, neck and shoulders. Due to his job he's usually in a fair amount of physical discomfort daily. After we left and the couple of days following the visit he was in more pain than when he went in! Would definitely not recommend if you're wanting a good quality massage!

I have been getting massages for the past 30 years,. For the last two years or so, I've been going to Massage Envy. I have found the quality of their massages to be excellent. They have enough masseurs that you can choose based on the specific type of massage you like. The facility is newer and very clean and calming. The front desk staff are very helpful, and can usually find me an appointment within my desired time window. I am on the monthly program so the costs are very competitive as well. All around, Massage Envy provides a first-rate experience.

I received a gift card from my company for administrative professionals day in order to get a massage from massage envy. Wonderful and generous gift. I called and made an appointment, and was asked to give a credit card to have on file to reserve the appointment. I went to the appointment, informed the receptionist that I had a gift card, gave her the gift card, and enjoyed a wonderful massage. After the massage she gave me back my gift card and informed me that she had deducted 90$ from the balance. However, I now discover that my credit card has ALSO been charged 90$.

Service is hit or miss here. Therapists seem overworked and robotic in their massages. Needs some serious updating. Compared to locations in other states I have been too, this one just doesn't make the grade.

I had my first ever massage here a few days ago after receiving a gift card. Upon walking in, the ladies at the counter were very friendly and helped me check in. They offered me a choice of tea or water. The massage itself was also great. They made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole massage. Though my massage therapist talked the entire 90 minutes, about stressful things. Both her and the front desk worker continuously tried selling a membership to me. It was a bit forced and obnoxious after a while. Overall it was a pleasant enough experience, but I'm not sure I'll choose Massage Envy for my next massage.

Massage Envy is a glorified scam. They have high prices for 60 minute and 90 minute massages. They don't mention that 10 minutes of your massage time is towards a consult with your therapist; which I have never heard of before and I have had many massages at different places. I got a $100 gift card with 2 free enhancements. I booked a 90 minute massage with a hand and foot enhancement (usually $10 a piece for 10 minutes). A 90 minute massage cost $135.00. The enhancements are not extra time, they are added during your massage session. What I actually got was an 80 minute massage, a 5 minute consultation, and a quick hand and foot scrub with sugar during the 80 minutes. Don't waste your money and go anywhere else because any other place you actually pay for the amount of time your massage truly is.
