It says nowhere in the website Or brocures that the $50 rate is only for the first time and they'll actually try to squeeze another 40 out of you if you're coming back for a second time. No one at this location communicated this to my grandma when she bought a gift card for me. Even though she told them that I liked their massages. I guess they figure suckers will cough up an extra $40 once they get there and are already excited to get a massage. What a terrible policy, and shame on the receptionists for allowing this misconception to continue and for not letting me cash out my gift card, afterwards.

They cancelled my massage twice in a row. The second cancelation was last minute (an hour and a half before the appointment). First they called me the day before to tell me that they double booked their double massage room and asked my daughter and I to get our massages separately (which was a bummer but we agreed). Then we show up for our appointment only to be told that they left me a voice mail 90 minutes ago canceling one of the two sessions! I didnt get the message and showed up with my daughter only to be told that they couldn't take us. Horrible service, never coming here again!

I have been a customer for around 2.5 years and have always valued their service. No matter the therapist, you will have a good experience. Their contracts are a little weird. You HAVE to stop in and sign off on a cancel, cannot do it via email (scan) or fax. When I canceled my automatic membership the front desk was less than courteous.....flat out rude, .that is really the only reason why they received a four star.

Best location EVER! Cherie rocks! Front desk staff is so accommodating and friendly. You may have to book out a little in advance, but that's only because this location is SO incredible!

This is the worst massage I have ever had! I travel around a lot with my husband and we always get massages this is by far the worst. The women there were totally toxic they were not sending any good energy.

I loved how welcoming everyone was when I got there. All of the girls were very friendly and definitely helped me feel comfortable. I got a microderminfusion from Kaitlin & although I was nervous, her calm and kind personality helped ease my nerves. I left feeling really great about myself and the service I received. Definitely will return!

I would rate this less than one star if I could. Have been a member with massage envy for years, but every time I have come to this location I have had a terrible experience. Do yourself a favor, book at a different location.

Very talented therapists- wide range from very talented deep tissue therapists to very talented relaxation therapists; extremely friendly front desk staff, you do have to book out a week or two if you want an evening time but that's simply because of the awesome therapists they have on staff. Would definitely recommend this Massage Envy to all of my family and friends!!

Therapists here are kind and do an awesome job. For the lady that says there was negative energy, I don't know how she felt that... The only thing I felt was positive! Everyone here was kind and the massage therapist I had did such a great job. Thank you!

I go there every 2 weeks, if possible. I love the atmosphere and all of the employees are top notch! They have everything you could possibly need in massage techniques. They employ therapists that specialize in different styles such as deep tissue, relaxation, hot stone, etc. All of which I have tried and loved. I ALWAYS recommend this to friends and family. I have paid double the price at other massage places and the product at those places doesn't compare. Don't waste money getting a massage at some posh fancy dance place. Massage Envy rules and this location is my favorite!

The services are very nice but. ..the hour massage was really only 45 minutes,clock starts ticking when your appt time was set,not when hands are laid. Big time pressure to join and membership. Too pricey for me!
