Soozie always does a great job. The appointment before me ended up running a little late due to it being a bride's last appointment before her wedding and Soozie was amazing at keeping me informed and asking if I was alright with waiting or if I had any issue. I had no problems as I understood the situation and I'm flexible. Soozie did an amazing job making me feel appreciated due to my willingness to be flexible feel.

I used to love them until my stylist Hailee charged me for bang trim. And until they kept booking me with other stylists when I specifically requested her. It kind of sucks to show up and be told that someone else will cut your hair when you arrive, especially if you specifically request a certain person. Could you at least call to tell that they won't be available?

I am in love with Lovely and its staff. I tried the salon on a whim because it is right by my house and I really needed a haircut. When I arrived I was greeted and shown around the salon. Emily is the stylist who cut my hair and she is FANTASTIC. She listened to what I wanted (which was a huge change because I was getting bangs) and she cut my hair perfectly. I have never like getting my hair cut but since going here and having Emily cut my hair that has all changed. I would HIGHLY recommend Lovely to anyone looking for a wonderful place to unwind and get a great hair cut.

This place really knows how to treat their customers! My first visit I arrive to find out the person I was scheduled with called in so I was switched to another stylist. They apologized and offered me a beverage things happen no big deal. I met Brad. We go over what I'm looking for and the appointment starts with a scalp massage and a shoulder rub. I'm in heaven! I love my cut! Brad gives me styling tips and I decide to schedule an appointment for coloring and highlights. Brad took the time to go over my choices offered advice but allowed me to make my own decision without being pushy in any way. While the color was taking I was treated to a hand rub. And my color turned out beautifully! Then Brad finished me off with a little lipstick and gloss and sent me on my way feeling absolutely fabulous! This place is worth every penny!

Plus she gives the best hair massages during your shampoo time and I also got a hand massage while I was waiting for the masque to work. I have been going to Lovely for a couple years now. The whole feeling, atmosphere, and vibe of the salon is wonderful! It's uplifting, and smells great by the way. The stylists really know how to bring people to their best and they use the best products for your body while they're at it. There are too many things to list about what I like about the experience. Front desk staff is always pleasant and knowledgeable, overall feel of the place is nice, washing station room is calming, and so on. But most importantly, Brad makes it a very pleasant experience. Super easy to hold a conversation with and always pleasant... And after I leave the salon, his haircuts garner compliments from other hairdressers and straight men. That is the high water mark for a men's haircut.

I used Lovely for my wedding day hair and makeup. They were able to accommodate myself, my bridesmaids, my mom, and the groom's mom and grandma (9 of us total!). Everyone was great! They gave us a little corner of the salon with a table and cute wedding decor to set up snacks and hang out. All of us girls looked fabulous! They made sure that everyone was happy with their styles and makeup. Amee and Marissa were fantastic! My hair and makeup still looked great at 2am after the wedding and we had some rain that day!!

The girls that work there are knowledgeable in the products used and how to apply the products. Except they overprice their service, and they are not consistent with their prices amongst each stylist. It's difficult to schedule appointments. They come across as being really nice, but it feels like an act. Instead of giving that needed comforting atmosphere there is a lot more drama, and feels like you have to watch what you say. They are not open about their concerns so you might be repermended by the person that is serving you.

Shannon did an excellent job on my balayage. It looks natural and is better than I could have imagined. It makes sense why the salon is called Lovely, because that's exactly how you'll feel when you leave.

Have been going to Lovely for several years, and every visit is impeccably excellent. Lovely has set up a beautiful, tasteful, stylish, peaceful environment with down-to-earth music and genuine good service. The staff at Lovely are just plain great at what they do, and their confidence shines in quality customer service and fantastic results. I recently moved out of state and have already been back once for my Lovely fix, and I will be sure to arrange a visit each time I return to Milwaukee. Other salons just don't compare. Now that Lovely has all salon/spa services you could need, you can enjoy a full treatment without the slightest hint of corporate business. Also, I know for a fact they are especially talented in treating curly hair of all types. Lastly, they have the most comfortable hair wash chairs I have ever sat in! I recommend Lovely hands down for all your salon/spa needs in the Milwaukee area. It's worth a drive (or a flight) if it's not nearby.

The staff is friendly. The decor is calming and pretty. Be on the lookout for " accidental" mistakes, such as forgetting to honour a coupon or booking the wrong service, that result in up charges. The environment really is beautiful; and, the nail technician was responsive to my concerns and needs.

I absolutely love everything about Lovely Salon. I first started going to Lovely two years ago. I made an appointment to donate my hair. When I got there Hailee, my stylist told me my cut would be free since I would be donating my hair and they would take care of donating the hair for me to Locks of Love! From the moment I walk into the door to the time I check out and leave, everyone that works at the salon is so friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is very relaxing and calm. In the past if I can't get in to see Hailee I make an appointment with another hair stylist. Everyone is amazing, I have yet to have a bad haircut or experience. I recommend this salon to all of my girlfriends! I started taking my five year old daughter in for haircuts shortly after I started going to the salon, and she always looks forward to her appointments. Lovely is truly a one of a kind salon. I can't wait to visit their new location in March!

Best salon in Milwaukee. From check in to the moment you leave it's a really great experience. You are offered coffee or tea upon arrival, when you sit down your stylist listens intently to exactly what you want or will help you decide. Then you get a quick head and shoulder massage to relax you before you get your hair washed and start the haircut. Sarah was extremely nice, a great conversation and by far my favorite haircut yet.

Her technique is second to none. She will talk you through a cut and really makes you feel comfortable. I would recommend her to everyone and anybody. My first visit with Yarellli was great she did exactly what I wanted. She took the red out of my hair did a partial highlight that will hid my gray roots. My second visit I asked for more highlights and a root touch up. I got a root touch up and a partial hi light only on my part. I got home and really was very disappointed. My highlights are splotchy. I actually am so disappointed. I thought a partial highlight was thru the crown area. I actually am embarrassed with the was my hair looks. It does not look like a professional did it. Now am trying to find some where I can get this fixed. I paid about the same amount each time but I was happy with what Yarelli did. I am not one to complain but I am so disappointed. My hair looks awful for what I paid and I have to walk around like this.

I visited Lovely Salon for cut and color of my almost totally gray hair. The color I received is just right, doesn't look like a typical dye job. And the service was superb. The coffee I was served was delicious, I was welcomed the minute I entered the door, and I could feel the energy and warmth in the salon. My stylist, Joan, knew exactly what I needed to get my heavy head of hair to hold it's style and shape. Couldn't have been happier with the who experience.

I have been going to Lovely for 5 years, primarily to Hailee, and I have never had even an average experience. Everything is consistently excellent, no matter who I see. Keely and Crystal are always super accommodating (since I always call last minute...I'm annoying like that) and I know that whoever they schedule me with is going to do a great job. Lovely could charge far more than they do for their services.

This was my first time to the salon, and my first time to an Aveda salon. Kristen was fantastic! She did a great job with my haircut and explaining what products would work best with my hair type. I've already booked my next 2 appointments with her. The extra little touches they do, from the neck/head/shoulder massage to the hand massage during the deep conditioning treatment, really make it a wonderful overall experience. Can't wait to go back! This was exactly what I needed after a stressful week!
