I had a great experience at Le Spa. Marie was very professional and made me feel comfortable. I bearly felt any pain while getting my Brazilian done. I used to go to the european wax center in Miami, FL. but ever since I moved to Madison I haven't found an aesthetician that is worth my money. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Trying different waxing places around madison. This one was the best so far, barely hurt at all! She used lots of creams and other products to make it as pain free as possible. Very sweet lady, I would highly recommend to anyone who is new to waxing.

Booked an appointment same day online and had a great experience getting a facial with Trisha. She was very kind, soothing, and my skin felt great afterwards. Very relaxing! She provided me with samples after the facial which I greatly appreciated since I love to try out products before I buy them and I appreciated that she did not pressure me to buy anything which I have definitely experienced at other spas. Would definitely come back!

The service itself was great and the aesthetician was very thorough. However, I was completely disgusted that she double dipped the wax that was used for my entire waxing service (I had an underarm waxing service done). I'm not expecting a sterile environment by any means, but common universal precautions and cleanliness are something that I thought was a standard in beauty salons and spas. So not only did I feel that I could have someone's Brazilian/previous waxing service all over my armpits, but now my armpits are going to be all over someone else's next wax. Gross!

Unfortunately I did not have a very good experience with Trisha. When I first walked in she was at the desk. She didn't introduce herself or say welcome at all. She just handed me the paperwork to fill out. Once in the room her demeanor didn't become any friendlier. Nothing was explained. It was just straight to business. It felt as though I was just a number and it hurt. She seemed almost annoyed that I was there. With the service industry these days small businesses depend on repeat business. It was clear to me that Trisha did not care if I had a good experience or if I returned in the future, so needless to say I will not be returning.
