We went on the day of my dear friend's engagement as a "surprise" from her to-be fiance! We were pampered all day! All of the staff worked so hard to ensure we were having a spectacular day. I had the best 50 min massage of my life with Molly. She personalized every moment of the massage to suit my body. She even did different techniques on the right vs left, based on my muscles' needs! It was SO relaxing! Be sure you plan time to sit in the sauna and the hot tub! They are magical and very large. You will want to plan on showering and getting ready in their locker rooms! The showers in there were private and AMAZING! I highly recommend this venue for a small group girls weekend! They took great care of us! Update: I returned for another 50 minute massage with Molly and it was equally wonderful! Love this place!

The facility is beautiful and the Hydromassage Experience pool is wonderful. On the day I used the spa, reception was all about upgrading your experience. I went from a Healthy Hands Manicure to a Miracle Manicure (Shellac.) $57 for French polish. The kicker was $35 to remove the Shellac already on my nails. That fee was never mentioned and is unbelievably high. I have never been charged for Shellac removal while I was having a manicure. Unfortunately for me, my manicure was chipping within a week. My technician was very friendly, but new to the spa. I don't think the dryer was working properly.

Loved the experience. Sauna, steam room, whirl pool, cold soak and nap room. Booze if wanted. Good for couples. Decent prices for what you get.

Had a most exquisite 80-minute custom massage by the amazing Jenna - tailored to relieving the most excruciating musician/vocalist shoulder neck aches! She left me in a delightful state of brain/body mush/bliss and I think my car drove me home by itself. Their essential oils are divine, especially Deep Woods blend. All of this was not without first taking advantage of the lap pool, thermal suite, massage hydro-whirl pool, dry sauna, & relaxation areas. (really? yes!) Lockers are a bit small, so travel light. Looking forward to trying out the cranio-sacral therapy! Definitely one-of-a-kind for Green Bay, thank you Lindsey, Desiree, Jenna, and your whole team!

I celebrated my 25th birthday yesterday with their CBD massage. The experience was amazing - from Kelli's top notch massage to the beautiful amenities. I was very impressed that you can stay and use the spa's amenities (whirlpool, hotel pool, sauna, steam room, etc.) all day when you book a service. I will most definitely be back. Thank you!

I have had a great experience on three separate occasions using the facilities and getting massages. The areas are all very clean. The staff is very friendly and professional. I reccomend them to everyone that asks me where to go. I will be booking another visit for my husband and myself.

We booked massage visit for my wife's birthday and it was very much worth it. Very relaxing. Beyond the massage there and s a sauna, steam room, cold water dip, and hot tub along with relaxation areas. You do get access to the hotel pool but I've never used it myself. Feel amazing right now though!!!

This spa is absolutely stunning! from the amenities to the service, it is top notch. The staff is kind and knowledgeable. The spa itself is immaculate and very relaxing. They even gave us complimentary champagne when we told them it was our anniversary!

I can't say enough about what a pleasure this spa was. Sarah was my esthitician for my facial ..She was fabulous and the rest of the staff was incredibly warm and welcoming...It is a must do to treat yourself...returning soon to spend some time just using the pool and Jacuzzi...a real piece of Heaven...Kohler got it so right..well worth your time...

Had my second massage at Kohler today. I must say I was very disappointed with the water experience. Half of the jets were not working in the pool relaxation area. The sauna was also not working. When I asked about this during my check out, the receptionist offered no apology nor did she make eye contact, and just stated yes we are aware of that and yes a part has been ordered for that. I would Expect more from Kohler.

Cannot say enough good things about Monica in the salon! She does amazing work with my hair and highlights! I love the spa and being able to get into a comfy bathrobe with a cozy blanket while my hair gets done. I come out looking and feeling like a million bucks! Monica’s customer service is amazing and she goes above and beyond for her clients and is the reason I will continue to go back time and time again.
