A great place to go relax filled with great people. My wife, mother-in-law, and niece went there last summer and that was all they could talk about for 3 days. We decided to get a gift certificate to the spa for our niece and her husband for Christmas. There was some mix up with getting the gift delivered to us so we could package it and send it on in time for Christmas. It did take us a couple of calls to Kohler Spa to get the issue resolved, this is the only reason this review is not 5 stars. The customer service reps could not have nicer and more attentive. I would like give a special Thanks to Gina Kettle. I highly recommend Kohler at Home to anyone thinking about using this service. We will indeed be repeat customers.

Spa weekend with the girls. It was one of the best weekends of my life. We stayed at the Carriage House. The best service I received was the Hyrdafacial with Shaun. The best "if I could only do one" service was the marine contouring wrap with Leanna. It has a little bit of every service in one 80 min session. That said, the other 3 services we had were absolutely blissful as well. Dinner at the Immigrant was amazing, the sommelier picked the perfect wines... Overall, Kholer Water Spa is a well oiled machine, they know how to pamper from start to finish. If your able, go!!

I colleague of mine invited us to spend 3days 2nights at Kohler Village. The place was just amazing! Though everything was pricey, it would still indulge you to try the services they offer. They have swimming pool, hot and cold jacuzzis, steam and sauna room. I had the relaxology massage and pedi. Though I'd say they were both good, the massage made me feel uneasy. Made sure you inform them of your preference as i got assigned to a male massage therapist, and was not even asked if i was comfortable with it. But just the same, massage was ok, nothing special abt it but its the ammenities that the spa provided was what enticed me. Hotel was affordable, we had a 2 suite room for 4 people that amounted to $53 per person. They had shuttle so if you have different hours for different services, you would not need to walk. It arrives 2 to 4 minutes after the front desk calls for it. There are nearby restaurants by Sheboygan with nice view of the lake. It's a perfect getaway. Happy Vacation!

I have high expectations each time I stay here and typically they live up to them. The rooms and housekeeping staff are fabulous. The spa is wonderful but the treatments and service have declined a bit. I let them know ahead of time we were visiting for my mother's birthday and we received a happy anniversary card, strange. The machine broke down half way through my facial do not sure what I missed but they only offered 20% off. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay. Dinner at Whistling Straights is not to be missed!

Gracious living, truly lives up to the hype at this luxurious day spa. From the moment to walk through the doors, a sense of clam washes over you. The staff treat you as their top priority and the idea of relaxation is built into all of the features, even the locker room. While you can choose to soak in the public area of the private, they treat each guest as special, even if you are just going for a regular facial.

I had a wonderful time at the Kohler waters spa. It was an incredibly lovely time. It was relaxing and romantic. I never felt like any other guests were invading my space. There are multiple different environments to relax in depending on your preferences. We spent our time split between the pool and the hot tub. The pool is in a bit of a darker room while the hot tub, in a brighter one. There is also a fireplace in the room with the hot tub. Not to mention all of the services that we did not partake in. The changing and locker rooms were lovely. They were separated by gender, with options for relaxation in there that I did not explore too deeply. Oh, and the robes that guest are given to wear around the spa are fantastic. They were incredibly soft and luscious. One would have to go to this spa multiple times to be able to really get the full experience.

If you are looking for the ultimate spa/massage/golf/dining experience with superb accommodations and professionally-friendly staff, then this is the place. We stayed at the Carriage House where there are no children (awesome). We had an upgraded room with a two person tub and giant walk-in shower - everything is Kohler product and very clean. Spa amenities (hot tubs, steam rooms, pool, etc.) are elegant and spacious. Dinner at the Immigrant Room was wonderful with excellent food and wine pairings. Yeah, it's a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for.

Nice lodging and grounds, and break from the city. Knocked off one star, as the spa services in the room included acupuncture. The actual spa services did not. Thus we did not schedule any services, and just visited the baths. The hydrotherapy (cold/hot baths and sauna/steam) was well worth it. Would return.

Great relaxing and high end place. Service was fantastic and the various tea and snack times throughout the day were a good treat. Access to all the other Kohler area things was very nice and convenient and the spa itself was excellent. I'm glad they have the rooftop area though as the sauna and steam rooms are split apart and my wife and I couldn't be together for those. Beautiful resort that knows how to take care of a guest and provide an enjoyable stay!

Wow! Everyone was super friendly and attentive, the services were great, and the men's area (and apparently the women's too) was great. Wish I could stay there all day. Only had spa services so can't speak for the other services. Also went on a Friday mid afternoon. It can get "crowded" and loud at times.

There awesome for birthdays they so lil things that mean so much there so understanding about things even when u call them alot at first lol but over all I could not say more about this place ok ok I could but it would be very long on here lol there rooms are very well keep up.. now keep in mind I work at a hotel front desk and I have OCD very bad. The entire spa experience was very nice. It was a little crown on a Friday afternoon but once the crowd died down later we were able to relax much more and enjoy the facilities. Make sure you explore all the levels and don't forget to try the cleansing cold plunge in the locker room.

The facility was clean- the staff providing direction was helpful but we were never asked if we needed anything. I did expect a little pampering because we were in a spa! I got the cranial massage and paid $186 for 50 minutes of having my head touched- if I didn't experience it I would have thought it was a joke. Such a let down! I had looked forward to this and was so disappointed! I wished I knew what a waste of time and money it was before I went.

Even though this place is extremely pricey, based on the Kohler Waters Spa "five-star spa" worldwide reputation, I had to at least try it out when I was staying at the American Club. They have a very large menu of spa services to choose from, which is nice. I ended up choosing the "Kohler Waters Facial Signature Treatment." The aesthetician/staff were all very friendly and welcoming, and the environment was extremely relaxing. I definitely recommend to go ahead of your appointment time to try out the various water therapies/pools. I've had many facials/spa treatments in my lifetime, but to my disappointment, this definitely wasn't one of the best facials I've ever had. I felt like it was just a glorified exfoliation, but I did enjoy the massage/relaxation part of it. Overall, I'm just glad to say I have at least tried out this highly reputable place.

Went here for a bachelorette party weekend with the girls.. super luxurious and definitely worth the money. Great spa experience even though I didn't purchase a massage. I definitely will be back with the fiance for a couples' massage! Also, I lost my fitbit watch and they went and found it right away when I called when I figured it out after I went all the way home (1 hour away). They even mailed it the next day. Thank you so much for that! :)

Although the facility is beautiful with lots of amenities, the facial was very disappointing. The actual amount of time spent on my face was approx. 12-15 minutes. I went with a friend who had the same experience, so I don't think it was the technician, just how they are instructed. For $207 before gratuity, I was expecting a far better experience.

Amazing relaxing spa !! My friend and I went on Sunday and loved it!! We stayed all at and were able to read and write in such a serene environment. You can relax by the waterfall or large fireplace. Eat almonds, apples, fruit infused water and tea all day. We ordered the vege wrap and it was incredible. I had an 80 minute facial and my friend had the river bath. All the staff were soo nice and smiled the whole time always cleaning and refilling everything. Definitely go in the steam room and sauna then walk into the cold bath!! It makes you feel alive. If you have a whole day to spend bring a book and notebook so you can enjoy the peace and quiet with yourself!!! Loved it

I really enjoy switching between the hot tub and the cold plunge pool in the women’s locker room area. My 90 minute massage was fantastic. It would be nice if the prices were more reasonable and the spa menu included more vegan options.

Two stars only because the massage therapist was very lovely and respectful. Where to start? Staff were rude to me at the front desk. I am Canadian and rarely have i felt like i was being looked at and treated differently because of my skin color. Booked us in for a discounted service and refused to honor the discount until my friend (who just so happened to be white) complained. They did not tell me i was getting a male massage therapist. I had never been seen by a man before. What if i was religous? They should have asked me. He was amazing and really respectful, but its the principle. I was the only person of colour for miles around so i dont expect that anyone will need this advice, but take it from me this is a very expensive place to be made to feel like you dont belong there. I was wearing very nice of clothing and a 1 carat daimond ring. It wasnt like i or my.companipns looked broke.

My sister and I brought my mom here for her 60th birthday. Overall, we had a great experience and I would go back again. The staff was very kind and attentive. Our massages were wonderful and my mom has a facial that she raved about. My only complaint is regarding the pedicures. We all had the Neat Feet Pedicure and both mine and my sister’s smudged even after waiting over an hour to put our shoes on (the technician recommended waiting 60 minutes). Also, they didn’t clean under our toenails which, in my opinion, should be standard for any basic pedicure. More nail polish color options would be great, too - I didn’t love any of the color options offered.

The spa experience was amazing! Kelly H. did my facial and it was spectacular. She specified products for my dry flaky skin and left me with a dewy glow. Kelly also gave me a back, legs, and foot massage that included aromatherapy which left me feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. I could not recommend her more! I loved the products they used too. They were moisturizing and smelled so refreshing without being overpowering. A+ all around!
