I just went for an hour and a half massage, and had a wonderful experience with Beth! The staff was very friendly, and even though my appointment started a little late because of their previous appointments, they apologized and made sure I got the full amount of time for which I paid. It was my first time here, but I will definitely be back!

I absolutely love The Knick Salon and Spa. In the past few years I’ve visited them for both massages and facials. Each service has been incredible. Most recently my mom and I have had massages by Sarah, Cathy, Jessica and Susan. I cannot speak highly enough about the service they provided! Each experience was tailored to us individually and the therapists really focused on problem areas that were mentioned.

Sara and Jessica were amazing! Husband and I booked the couple’s massage and both were very friendly and easy to talk to and they walked us through the process and really targeted the problem areas. The massage was very relaxing and just we were looking for! Will definitely come again.

I went to the Knick Salon about a month ago and got a hair cut from Deanna. I wanted to keep my length but add a bit more layers. She knew exaxtly what I wanted and gave me just that. Deanna was very easy to talk to; it was like I've known her for years! I love going to a salon that where the stylist understands your idea, is friendly and personable and is great to talk to. The salon itself is very comforting and everyone else is very welcoming. I will definitely be going very soon (maybe this week) to get something else done by Deanna.

I had a 90 minute massage with Lindsay at the Knick, and it was one of THE BEST deep tissue massages I have ever received!! Lindsay is very knowledgable about the body and could find all my tight spots, and really worked on them. She asked me questions, listened to what I wanted, then delivered exactly what I wanted. Absolutely wonderful. The staff was flexible and awesome to work with, and so accommodating to our group on the day of my wedding. Deanna listened to exactly what I wanted and executed it perfectly. She fixed all the minor issues from my trial and spent as long as it took (close to 2 hours) on my bridal updo. It lasted all night and looked amazing in pictures. Sabrina did my makeup and made me look like a rockstar! I could not have asked for a better experience and I'm so grateful to everyone who helped me feel beautiful on my wedding day. Thank you!!

This was my first visit to the knick spa in Milwaukee,WI.I had such an amazing experience at the knick spa for my pre-birthday pampering!!! I loved the service by Carly who did my haircut/color/style and I am beyond happy with her work. I will definitely go see her again. Also, Steffany did an amazing job with her spa services. Both these girls made me feel so comfortable and were very professional and I had a blast hanging out with them before my birthday trip to Boston. I went to Knick Salon for the first time because they had a deal through Groupon for full highlights. My experience with them was great. As soon as I walked in they made me feel very welcome and comfortable. The place was very clean and not too busy where I felt over whelmed. I was getting my hair done for my son's baptism and I was gonna have over 100 guests and I wanted to look great. Thanks to Knick Salon they did just that. Helped me look great and recommended certain products I needed. I would recommend people to go to knick salon for their hair and I'm sure all their other services are just as good.

I went to the Knick Salon & Spa as a first time guest for a hair cut, deep conditioning treatment and style after I purchased a Groupon. I was a little worried I may not receive the same treatment as other full-price paying guests but I was clearly mistaken. DeAnna was my stylist and she did an excellent job!! From listening to what I wanted out of a fresh cut and style (definitely more than just a trim) to offering refreshments and light conversation throughout the appointment, I was very impressed. My hair turned out great and I will definitely be back at the Knick for future services.

This was my first experience at Knick Salon and Spa, and I was able to get in for a massage with Von. I had felt terrible for two days after sleeping poorly and had a really stiff neck and knotted up back. Von did a fantastic job--I left feeling very relaxed and well taken care of with my individual needs addressed. The staff member at the front desk (I did not get her name) was very professional and welcoming as well. I will definitely be going back to check out more services from them!

About 3 months ago I went into Knick for a haircut and highlights package I had bought through Groupon, and received the best haircut and color EVER from Deanna. I just recently went back last week to have my color redone to do something a bit more fun and funky, and Deanna delivered yet again! I've received nothing but raving compliments on my color which is wonderful to hear. My cut was done so well the first time that I'm actually waiting a bit before I get it cut again, as it is growing out nicely. I moved to Milwaukee a little over a year ago, and I am sad I hadn't found Knick until recently. This is definitely my go-to haircare shop!!! My next task is to try out their spa services :)

I went there for the 1st time and on my Birthday no less. They did a awsome job. I like that they took before and after pics of my old/new look and it may be on their website. That makes me feel even more special than how they made me feel. Angela made sure she understood just exactly what I wanted and even suggested a few things for me to try. I had a hair cut/trim and highlights. I think they made me look a year or two younger than older since it was my birthday. It is a great location with lots of parking and the place was very neat and clean, which is very important to me. I am going back in two months for a trim. My old stylist moved too far away and now I have made a new friend and will definitely recommend them to any and everyone .

Just got a shellac manicure done today and it's already chipping. My nails have alot of bumps and lines in it which I didn't know could happen with Shellac. Honestly it's the worst nail job I've ever had done. They are going to give me a free "polish change" in 2 weeks. I hope that's better then this but I won't count on it. I will never come here again to get my nails done.

This is the second time I have been to the salon. The first time I cut off 14" of hair and doanted it, and it was my first time ever having my hair cut in a salon. It was a fantastic experience. The second time I went, I wanted to change my look again, and I was again just over the top satisfied with the service. The price of the experience is very affordable. I also enjoy that my stylist, Theresa, was very honest and helpful in choosing the right style for me. I referred my mom, who is a hairdresser of 20+ years, and purchased a gift card for her to go and get her hair cut there as well, and she is very excited to do so. I love the products and the atmosphere. I would recommend it to anyone!
