My hairdresser backed out 2 months before my wedding & left me scrambling to find a salon that could take my party of five. Elevation Spa came to the rescue. They were able to get 5 of us in for hair & 4 for make-up. Craig did our make-up and it was so light & natural looking. He really helped make me glow in all the photos. Two of my bridesmaids worked with Allan and raved about how wonderful he was, and their hair looked great!

Their massages are a bit pricey, but 1) I’ve seen pricier at resorts and bigger spas, and 2) The price comes with a top-notch environment and no-hassle booking. I get massages to relieve stress, and the Elevation team doesn’t add any.

Excellent staff with superior skills and techniques. I am recently new to this area so I asked some of my local friends to refer me to a hair salon. They told me to go see Chrissy from Elevation salon. When i first walked in the salon she greeted me at the door with a smile on her face (a great first impression) then i began to try and describe the exact color and cut i wanted since i didnt have a picture with me. She understood exactly what i wanted and began right away. In what seemed to be only a short period of time my hair was beautifully colored and cut exactly how i had imaged. Chrissy got the job done quickly but she was very skilled at the same time!! She was very friendly, sweet and knowledgeable about her craft. I will definitely be coming back to see her for my touch ups and another cut soon. We even talked about getting my eyelash extensions done for next time!! Loved both my hair and the staff at Elevation. I would definitely recommend this salon!!

Beautiful space! The street parking has meters that take only change, and when I panicked because I didn't have enough, some gorgeous angel that works at the salon put more in the meter so I could enjoy the fantastic massage Allison gave me. Allison has an innate sense of where it hurts the most and is gentle where she needs to be, and firm where she needs to be. Wonderful place!!

I have visited Elevation Salon and Spa a few times now for nail services, and I have consistently been so happy with my manicure each time. Each time I have been in, all of the nail technicians (I have worked with Erica, Caleb, and Emmy) have all been so personable, professional, and clearly amazing at their craft... I've been a client at this salon for over 10 years. The front desk staff are helpful and friendly. Their nail services are the best in the city if you're looking for a spa-like experience. I've been to a few different nail salons in Madison where it feels like I'm being rushed through my mani/pedi. Elevation's nail techs creat an environment of relaxation - I never feel rushed. I've always felt pampered when I get my nails done at this salon. I've also been getting my hair cut, colored, and styled here for 10 years. I work with Anna and I trust her judgement implicitly. She's honest with me when a certain style won't work well for my hair texture. She held my hand when I finally worked up the courage to go platinum. She cut my hair into a pixie when I got sick of my long hair. Is this the cheapest option for a mani/pedi or a haircut? Nope. But damn, are they good!

Amazing service!! Tiffany gave me a fabulous haircut and knew exactly what I wanted. It was my first time visiting Elevation and I will be back to see her again because she did such a fantastic job. Kelly also gave me five star treatment for my manicure and pedicure. She made sure everything was perfect and is awesome at painting French tip gel nails. This is officially my favorite salon/spa in Madison!

They charge you if you cancel within 24 hours--No one told me this when I made the appointment, and I had made the appointment just the day before so there was no way I could have done that. Really frustrating.
