Wonderful experience! I love facials and always try out new places. This experience was the best I had in United States. Jaimie was very nice and her massage was awesome

The gold standard of facials! I had an excellent, amazing (I just can’t say enough good things about their facials) Service and boy I had no idea how great it really was. It was my first facial & fast forward a few facials later and nothing compares to how great this place does facials! I’ve fallen in love with the eminence products as well. The lovely fruit smells enhanced the whole experience. I wish I remembered the woman’s name whom took care of me (she had red hair streaks) she was just fantastic- phenomenal!! Can’t wait to go back❤️❤️❤️

The spa is located in the basement area of the Great Wolf Lodge. Still very elegant and professional. I went with a friend and my friend is handicapped. They met us at the elevator coming from the first floor. We did the 60 min full body massage for under $100 and added on the hot stone treatment for $10. We recommend this place.

If you like gel pedicures don’t waste your time. Staff was not accommodating and quite rude.

My first message in years. I dont know why I waited so long. I am so glad I upgraded to the hour. MIKKI was wonderfull. I would recomend her to anyone. She took the time to understand my bodys sore spots. Im 50 so there were more than i knew about. She stoped and asked me multiple times how much preesure was good for me. I wished I lived closer.

Everything was amazing!!!! The staff was the nicest of anywhere I've been. The treatments received made me feel great! I wish I could go every week! LOVED it! Definitely recommend!
