Girlfriend and I went here for a couples hour massage and we absolutely love going here. The staff is very nice and explained everything very thoroughly to us. The individual for my massage kept conversation very low, which I appreciated greatly.

Overrated and overpriced! My sister worked there for a short time after getting her massage license-they pay their therapists $10 an hour! Should be ashamed for what they charge! I would recommend Lodge Kohler for all of your spa needs, much more upscale and modern. The Day Spa facility is becoming quite run down and they don't seem to be putting any of that money back into the business.

My wife says 10 stars, as we really enjoyed our time here. Staff was incredibly, messages where amazing and the grand finale was a 10 shower head shower with steam. Rates are great and we will be back again.

Having had many facials in the past, including a few at this spa, I was excited to be back home to enjoy some time to myself. I walked in expecting an oasis of peaceful relaxation, but from check in to checkout, and a lackluster facial in between, I was disappointed by the service. I can safely say this was a total waste of my money. The building is beautiful but the quality of the service was not. Will not be a returning customer.

They manicures there were terrible. We went there with a bridal party and they painted over my cuticles. The lines are uneven and the coating was done so bad that it didn’t even last 24 hours. Not worth your money. Go anywhere but here. We have reached out to the salon and have not gotten any replies yet. For what we paid it should have done much better.

Pros: beautiful building and atmosphere Cons: As a newbie to this place, the lack of explanation as to what to do was very frutrating. I was unable to book a massage so I tried the air sauna...not worth it. The temp didnt seem to work and I spent my relaxation time adjusting. The "essential oils" that were supposed to be integrated were non existent...didnt smell a thing. The door wouldn't stay open so I had to hold it has I got in and out. The "massage vibrations" you were supposed to feel barely vibrated. To make things worse, I felt more stressed and frustrated when I left. The receptionist implied that I would be able to sure their showers when I was done. Apparently, you dont get to partake unless you have a massage or pay $15...this was not explained and I felt like an idiot. Needless to say, I have $80 left on my gift card and I will probably regift it. Very sad and depressing experience...especially when I was so excited!

I was super-excited to get eyelash extensions for the holidays! After doing a little research, I went to a place that was convenient for me...they turned out horrible! By luck, Casey had a canncellation, got me in, managed to get the "dead caterpillars" off my eyes & give me beautiful eyelashes for the holidays! I was already impressed! When I went to check out, not only did the owner not charge me for the removal, but the girls behind the desk found me a coupon. This time when I got in the car & looked in my rear view mirror, I cried tears of joy instead of tears of panic. Thank you for turning my experience around, you are all greatly appreciated for all you did!

Had a lovely massage with Sarah. Love this place! However, I was disappointed with the sports retail display in the entrance. Totally kills the ambiance of the place. Does not belong in a spa of this caliber. The amount of retail in general is overwhelming. Really takes away from the idea of relaxation.

Love the atmosphere and the staff. Casey C does the best eye lash extensions, and facials. I highly recommend this spa. I’ve been going here for over 10 years, and I really enjoy this place to escape. This spa is VERY established, and have a great staff.

Alright, so this was my 2nd time to the day spa now, and I can honestly say I don't treat myself to this type of thing normally, so when I do I always hope to be impressed. I called to set up my appointment and was greeted by a receptionist that literally treated me like I was a nuisance for asking questions. 2 days prior to my appointment I received a confirmation call by yet another receptionist that seemed less than thrilled to be calling. the day for my appointment finally came and I was so excited! I arrived aprox. 40 minutes before my appointment to fill out paper work and to use the Vichy shower! I was greeted by a receptionist that honestly had a lack of enthusiasm or care for clients I'm not really sure what the issue was with that. she did at least lead me back and get me set up with my robe, shoes and locker ( which she put me in the far bottom corner where there was no room to even get in?) so I'm not sure if the day spa had an utter disregard for me as a person? I took my shower which was absolutely glorious and then went to the sanctuary to relax until my appointment. Trixie, my therapist for the evening greeted me warm and welcoming which was a pleasant surprise given my intial greetings with the receptionist. My exfoliating and hydrating treatment was WONDERFUL. I haven't been that relaxed in ages! that being said I will be back to see Trixie but will continue to keep hope that I will be treated nicer by the receptionists my next visit.

I try to come here once a month for a massage and absolutely love it! The atmosphere and staff are so friendly. I see Andrea and she is incredible. I feel so relaxed and calm after leaving the spa. The lounge is great along with all the other amenities. I look forward to my monthly massages.
