My son came in to use the cryo chamber after some intense training this week. Not only did it help him recover and get ready for the next day, I decided to try it and had a great experience! We were new to cryo and Rob did a fantastic job explaining what the experience would be; and it was exactly as he said it would be. Not only will my son use cryo for his health and recovery, I will definitely do this again! Thanks Rob!!

We called to get an IV drip and they got us in right away for an appointment. The nurses were so nice and accommodating. The facility was clean and the prices were reasonable. Would definitely recommend it.

I have used the cyrochambers in elite training centers in Europe and Rob's cryotherapy treatments met my expectations. Our athletes were in town for three days of intense testing and training. After day two they were pretty tired and sore... Rob's cryo-treatment bridged the gap to day three. Not only did our athlete's legs feel like they were ready for the last day of training but they felt refreshed emotional... Thanks to Rob we had a great last day at the Pettit. for someone with COPD, my doctor recommended the salt room - and he was right - i felt incredibly better after just one 45 min. session...I also have joint and muscle aches and pains so i also did the cryo-therapy - and, that also gave me instant results - i highly recommend Cryo-Fit, they offer a wide variety of health and wellness therapy. Unfortunately not a great first impression. Went in to learn about cryofit and was offered to "try" the freezing and afterwords was charged 40 dollars. Very surprised the owner did not mention that. I will not be returning.

I am in from Colorado, training for hockey and I wouldn't be able to take stairs without this place. Rob is awesome, he has such a great personality! This was the coldest machine I've been in. Highly recommended!

Had a great time at Cryofit. Did 30 minutes in the compression boots and a freeze. The boots felt great, I thought 30 minutes was perfect. I would wear sweat pants or shorts next time cargo pants were a little uncomfortable. The cryo chamber was awesome not painful in anyway. Definitely will wake you up. I feel really good after and can't wait to do it again.

I love Cryofit! I have been freezing and receiving vitamin injections for over a month and feel so much more energy and have finally been able to get consistent good sleep for the first time since before I got pregnant over a year ago. Their staff are highly knowledgeable, professional and qualified. I would recommend everyone try it!

I have been receiving treatment from Cryofit since they opened in 2017. I cannot provide enough praise for Cryofit and what it has done for me. Cryotherapy involves entering a chamber for 3 minutes that drops in temperature below -260 deg F. While that may sound like a horrible experience, it is anything but. It is hard to explain, but, it doesn't feel freezing cold. Instead, it is remarkably invigorating! I spent years in the Army jumping out of airplanes. I spent a number of years racing Ironman Triathlons. At 48, I now lift weights and practice MMA training 6 days per week. So, I have been very hard on my body. Regular cryotherapy keeps me going! But, this isn't just pro athletes (although you are likely to meet a pro athlete if you stop by Cryofit). This is for everyone who has the minor aches and pains that come with everything from working out to simple aging. My 72 year old mother, recently retired and spends her days gardening. She swears by cryotherapy and praises cryotherapy for relieving pain in her knees and back. Rob and Melany are the best and have been providing great care to me for the last 2 years. In addition to cryotherapy, I have received regular IV therapy as well. They have helped my get through sickness and to recover from brutal training sessions. In addition, the salt room is fantastic for treating seasonal allergies and the IR sauna is great for relaxation and recovery. Cannot provide enough positive comments for these guys! Love em!
