I would LOVE to give this place absolutely NO stars. She is not accommodating AT ALL. I came in for a massage for my boyfriend and I, due to medical issues I wasn’t able to get the massage and was issued a gift certificate that was not professional, but a hand written one. At first I was okay with it but then made a second trip, 2 hours, to get a facial with my friend for her birthday and showed her a picture of my gift certificate. She told me I needed to bring the hard copy in. I was very upset but I understood she needed it so I wouldn’t hand it off to someone else. So I asked for a refund instead and she interrupted me and said she can’t do refunds. I’m very displeased with her customer service. As if she didn’t have any consideration for out of towners visiting. She basically took my money and refused to give me service or a refund. How many times has this happened?? Is this how she runs her business?

I have been there several times for different services, and have been extremely happy. Always on time. Friendly staff that takes the extra time to answer my questions. The spa is very clean, calm and beautiful. Worth every penny!

I am writing this review on behalf of my wife who just wasted $65 and was to damn polite to say it was a b.s job and get her money back. She wanted to get a Brazilian today and her lady was booked til Thursday. So attempting to get it done sooner tried this place. Needless to say she made another appointment with her regular lady for Thursday anyways. Because it is that bad. She would have been better off shaving it with a 25 cent bic razor. Than she tells me she was charged $65 over the phone when she made the appointment! She f-ing said ok and paid! 1 who the hell charges that and 2 if you charge that much make sure your giving an actual Brazilian and not a reverse Mohawk. Stay away.
