Received a gift certificate as a gift. Used it for a facial with Kelli. It was wonderful! Returned often for services with Kelli for over a year prior to my daughter's wedding. Received more gift certificates as family knew I loved this treatment and Kelli. Called to find out Kelli had left. Very disappointed. More disappointed in Bella Lei that they stated she had started her own business but refused to provide me the information. It would have been MUCH more professional, gracious and supportive of a loyal customer and wonderful past employee to have shared this information. Will use my remaining certificates and not return. Does not reflect well on Bella Lei as a business or employer. They should have wished her well and let customers decide where to have their services.

Very high quality products and service. I FINALLY found "my" perfect stylist Jodi after three terrible experiences at other locations. They do not try to over-sell you, and absolutely help you decide what will best work for you based on your own opinions. Definitely recommend.

A week ago I got the most expensive $120 French/shellac and the WORST mani pedi I have ever received. I am a professional in Wisconsin and Michigan. I did bring that to the manicurist's attention, yet I had to ask that the equipment be changed from a previous client who was still sitting there, embarrassing for me and her. I hope she was also educated about sanitation. The location and shop were good, and convenient to where I was staying at the Washington House INN. I gave the benefit of the doubt and left a tip, but white polish was on every one of my toes and is still embedded in the cuticles that were poorly trimmed. NOT good. I do not live in the area so it is not likely I will be back. I wish I had read reviews before I went. :-(

One would trust that what you pay for you should receive in service Recently I had my regular cut (which I mentioned to husband it was short to tell Mandie when goes in) My routine color/cut following three weeks later as per scheduled Thursday April 13th.... Here lies poor judgement: She trimmed my neck, snipped from the front after the color. They charged for full haircut and not just a trim

Unfortunately, the website does not accurately reflect what services are available. There's only one massage therapist for two locations yet the website states couples massages as an option.

I went for a prenatal massage and pedicure for my birthday. The massage was great, but the facilities lacking in comparison to other spas I've been to. The pedicure left much to be desired. My feet have become quite callused since I can't reach them to buff on my own, but I still could have done a better job than my nail technician. She also was a little sloppy and I had some polish to clean off when I got home around the cuticle. The front desk staff was ok; I needed to use the restroom and when I asked where it was he just pointed down the hall. I kind of wandered down the hall and looked around until I found it. Overall this was just an ok visit, but I probably won't go back.

Bella Lei is not just about a service, it's about an experience. The Cedarburg location is just beautiful and you feel like you're indulging, not just getting your hair cut. I haven't been there in a while but only because it is now too far away for me to drive :( My new place is ok but charges the same and doesn't have nearly the atmosphere or level of expertise in their staff. After your visit treat yourself to some shopping and coffee - great location.

Every single time I go to Bella Lei, I am treated like the most important person in the world. I have been a loyal customer for many, many years... even when I lived quite a distance from Cedarburg. I have had nothing but top quality service, both from the folks in the wonderfully comfortable waiting area and the highly-skilled stylists. Yes, I pay a bit more at Bella Lei than I would elsewhere, but I have come to know and trust (even love) these wonderful folks. I look forward to every experience I have at Bella Lei. More than just a haircut, indeed.

I saw Katie for a haircut and was pleased with the experience. I made the appointment last minute after coming home from vacation and needing it desperately. She took my appointment at 8:15 at night and when we consulted she offered a solution to all the hang ups I had been having with my haircut. She not only helped make my hair look healthy she improved the quality of the haircut I have been wearing for years. It is clear she is experienced. I will certainly be returning to BL for my next haircut with Katie.
