She is very helpful in offering up product and services to best suit me and my difficult to manage hair. I enjoy my time spent with her as well as with Reese for personal care services. The beautiful relaxed atmosphere is also a bonus.

I have been to the salon several times and I am always welcomed with a smile. The girls at the front desk are very nice and helpful. I get my hair done by Ali, who is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. She calms my nerves and explains everything in great detail. I have never left disappointed and will continue to go back. I wanted to share a recent experience I had at Azana Salon last week that still bothers me today. I had been there before for facials and have always had a good experience but I have not gotten my nails done there for some time. I was gifted a spa day from work and it included nail services for some other co-workers. it was going to be a very special day and I was so excited. After my facial in the AM, which was great, I went to lunch and then came back with my team to do our mani/Pedi's at 1:45. I had mentioned to them after my facial that the three of us would be back and when we checked in, they did not have the third reservation in the system. We all had appt cards in our gift packages so the error was on their end. We were very disappointed but we waited until they could get things sorted out. They seemed annoyed with me so in turn, got annoyed, and we were about to cancel our appointments to find another place that could accommodate all of us as planned. When we sat down, they quickly tried to smooth things over. The woman who did my nails was talking, and made mentioned of those "other places" and then proceeded to try and attempt an Asian accent. So first of all, I am Asian and many of my family members work at those "other places". She then must have realized what she said as she tried to say she was mimicking a comic on the internet. From that point on, I was so annoyed but continued to keep my lips shut. I realize that you don't want to be compared to those "other places" but this was in no way shape or form a professional environment. One of the ladies doing our nails wasn't quite sure how to do them as she kept saying, "hope things works" or "hope this turns out". And the nails did not turn out and more polish ended up on her finger than the nail. I felt very unwelcome and offended by this and tried to call the office to speak to the manager but my call was on hold for awhile, so I am opting to write a review and hope that they provide some training on professionalism and maybe more consideration for ALL customers, not just ones they deem should be there. I had high hopes with Asana Spa for my bridal party last October and now it is one of the few regrets I have about my special day. I had hair and makeup for myself and 4 bridesmaids done and every one of us agrees that we were not impressed with the results. While there was nothing wrong with the customer service side of things, we all were underwhelmed with how our hair and makeup turned out. We all had pictures of what we were looking for, and ended up with very different looks than we had wanted. Especially as the bride, I felt like I could've been given a more experienced stylist for both hair and makeup because the end results I could have easily done myself. While we were booked well in advance, I felt like our time there was rushed and the stylists could not take the time with each of us to give us what we had wanted, even though we all had simple requests. I choose Asana because of their reputation and how close they were to our venue, but wish we had gone with another salon for needs of the day.

I visited Azana for the first time today for a manicure and pedicure. The convenient location and ease of parking made the beginning of my visit stress free. When I entered the spa, I was quickly greeted and checked in by a friendly staff member. I waited for about a minute and was taken back quickly to begin my service. I was offered multiple types of drinks and accepted a water which was given to me in a Styrofoam cup. I'd noticed the coffee was served in reusable coffee cups, so I was taken back a bit by the Styrofoam...honestly, I expected a glass cup. Other than that, the service was quick, efficient, and a quality job. I would recommend Azana, but would suggest that management consider investing in glass or nice plastic cups (or even paper cups). This would maintain the top quality look and feel of the spa. Overall, nice and relaxing atmosphere where I felt pampered.

I had a pedicure at Azana before a vacation in January 2015. It was alright, nothing particularly special. About a week later, I noticed some slight redness and pain and the bases of both of my big toenails. Long story short, my toenails stopped growing and I spent 3 months trying to battle an infection (daily soaks and antibiotic ointment), only to end up having both of my big toenails removed in April. According to the podiatrist, the person who did my pedicure was most likely too rough on my cuticles, allowing bacteria to enter at the base of my toenails. My body then thought my toenails were the source of the problem and tried to fight my toenails. The only solution was to have them removed and let them regrow. It will take a year for them to grow back. I would have mentioned this to the salon, but my mom has had a horrible experience with the manager (she wasn't even complaining) so I figured it wasn't worth my time. Will not ever come back.

Terrible customer service. My pedicure that was scheduled for today was cancelled as the technician called in”sick” (beautiful 70 degree day). Wasted my time going to the salon as I had not received the message; went back home and when I checked my voicemail to see what time the message was it left , just one hour prior to my scheduled time. Unacceptable. My last appointment I waited almost 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment because the technician that time stated she wasn’t told she even had a customer then spent a great deal of the appointment bad mouthing the girls at the front desk. There hasn’t been a time that I’ve been there that I’ve overheard a customer being told their appointment was cancelled due to a call in. Seems to be the trend at Azana. Will not be back, too many other places in the area that would love my business.

A longstanding hair and spa - Azana is semi costly but it is worth it! Ali is my favorite stylist and the inside of the building is upscale and relaxing. Product available for purchase and mani/pedicures too. I highly recommend this establishment!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I scheduled mani/pedi’s for myself and my mother, who came from out of state to visit my family. Our appointments were over a week ago, and our dissatisfaction remains prominent. Upon calling management to inform them of our dissatisfaction, It was apparent that the problem starts at the top. Beyond the fact that the services I scheduled were incorrectly booked, we did not even receive all of the services we were booked for. The services were unprofessional, incomplete, and the work was insufficient quality (thin coat, see-through polish on one and gloppy, uneven polish, no cuticle work on the other). My mother had to put a second coat on several nails herself, as the technician left as soon as she sent my mother to the dryers. In general, their processes are inconsistent, are below the expectations they set, and lack quality control. We would not return- even if offered free services. We paid for a premium service and received cut-rate quality. Azana’s lack of customer focus is disappointing at best.

I hosted my sister's bridal shower/bachlorette weekend and we took a group of 14 girls for mani/pedi's to Azana Salon & Spa. Not only did Azana work to personalize & offer package deals for our group, they reserved an area for us with couches and tables/counters to arrange a spread of mimosa & bakery items that we brought in for the party. They were so organized and prepared to serve us--I was THRILLED! The hardest and most nerve-racking part of hosting a party are the things you can't control, like service by businesses. Azana Salon made my sister's special day with her girls UNFORGETTABLE. I was beyond impressed by the professionalism and all around wonderful service we received--not to mention my nails and toes look GREAT! Thank you Azana! A special thanks to Peyton, who worked over a period of multiple months to help me plan and change plans (head counts, services, etc. were tough to nail down right away). Peyton was so patient and made follow-up phone calls every time she promised to. THANK YOU, PEYTON! I will DEFINITELY recomment Azana & consider them any time I'm in need of a spa day or girl's get-together!

I've been to Azana twice now: once for a hair color and cut and then for a haircut. I was not too pleased with how my hair color turned out, it was not what I expected/wanted. The same goes for the haircut, I was anticipating it being a bit more accurate. Overall, still a good salon but I do not think I will return.

My girlfriend and I visited Azana this past Saturday for our very first full spa day. We purchased the Tranquility pkg which consisted of a massage, a facial then the salt glow body scrub followed by a spa lunch. After lunch we had our manicure, pedicure, hair wash and style and full makeup application. The day was nothing but pure perfection! Not only is the building beautiful but all the ladies we dealt with were 100% upbeat and friendly and absolute pure professionals on top of it. They absolutely with out a douby made us feel like queens for a day! Whether you visit for one service or one of their great spa packages I guarantee you will not regret it. We are already planning our return trip and can not wait! Thank you Azana and all of the wonderful ladies who made our day so special.

I went in to have gel removed and a manicure. I was concerned about the removal process because of having a bad experience in the past elsewhere where they scraped the gel off and ended up causing my nails to peal horribly. My manicurist, Debra was diligent in carefully removing the product and followed with a fabulous manicure using vynlux. Would definitely return

My friend and I went to the salon for a blowout for a wedding. We were told the cost would be $35 per person, and when we were done, they told us the cost was $50 (Keep in mind that the total service time was 20 minutes...they didn't even wash our hair). In addition to being misleading, the stylists were under skilled and didn't know even the basics of curling hair. Extremely disappointing and I would never return nor recommend to anyone needing any type of hair service.

My service provider was very nice and capable. However the actual pedicure set up was bizarre and awkward. They don't have foot spas. Instead you climb steps to put your feet in sinks. No massage jets.

DON'T DO IT! Their prices are affordable, but you get what you pay for. My nail technician cut corners and compromised the health of my nails. Instead of soaking off my previous gel polish, she sanded it off. I didn't stop her, cause I trusted that as a technician she would value the health of her client's nails over the 10 minutes it would take to soak off the previous polish. When she finished sanding the polish off, I noticed the terrible state she left my nails in. I looked it up afterwards, and it turns out what she did was a huge industry no-no! It has only been 4 days since my appointment, and my nails have already started breaking. I have very healthy nails that rarely break even when very long, so this is extremely upsetting to me. Especially since my wedding is within less than 2 months, and I'm going to have to accept the reality of short, broken nails on my big day due to the extensive damage I received here.

This is my husbands google so excuse the profile. Today was the absolute worse salon experience I have ever had. Not only was I rushed through but , she did not listen and she butchered my hair. She scraped up my ears with the round brush, repeatedly hit me in the shoulder with the flat iron and then burned my forehead with the flat iron. I told her I wanted a long bob. She asked if the back was ok at the nape of my neck and pointed. I said yes... it’s the shortest I have had my hair since I was 10 years old. She just kept cutting and then used an electric hair trimmer to do the edges! It looks like a five year old cut my hair and I had to pay $50 for that. I wish I could attach pictures so everyone could see how uneven my hair is.

Went in for a relaxing massage...my therapist didn’t listen when I said I didn’t like hard pressure, elbows or trigger point. Left in more pain than I came in with. For the amount of money a massage costs, I expected more. The oil/lotion was cold which when you’re trying to relax and that’s put directly on your skin causes you to have a reaction like flinching which seemed to annoy the therapist. Due to the amount of pain I was in and how overall unpleasant the experience was, I will not be returning. Also, the spa didn’t have us complete any paper work discussing why we were there, what we wanted to accomplish, etc didn’t seem terribly professional.

I had Ali and gave her a picture of what I wanted. She explained that I need at least 2 services to complete it. That’s great. No problem. Went one Monday and was lightened to a light brown or dark blonde color. Good start! I had red in my hair which is hard to remove. I was given Olaplex to use, which I did 5 times in the week between services. Went back the following Monday and was lightened again to idk what color and then toned. My roots were BLUE and my ends a grey/yellow color. I left disappointed and a little angry. Sent messages on Tuesday and Wednesday to no reply. Finally called on Thursday. Esmerelda was very nice and contacted the owner. The owner, said she wouldn’t have anyone touch my hair for 5-6 weeks. I’m a professional and need appropriate hair. They agreed to tone it again on Saturday. This time I walked out with my hair being BLUE all over and the roots dark. I had a singing engagement on Sunday and was very embarrassed to show up looking like that. I spent almost $500 on this. I also have an EXTREME amount of damage. Chunks broken off. Not only that, but Ali tried to blame me! She said I put her on a 2 week time crunch. Not once did I tell her it had to be done in 2 weeks, or any time frame. I messaged the owner again Sunday and still haven’t heard. I’ve seen other reviews that are negative about Ali, who is very nice but rushes.

Love this place! I've been coming here for the last 4-5 years for facials/various skin treatments/waxing services. SJ and Elizabeth are my go-to aestheticians I've been seeing the last few years--they're the best! The entire staff is super friendly and it's very easy to schedule your appointments online. Some of their services may be a little pricey, but they often run seasonal or holiday customer appreciation promotions where you can purchase gift cards and get an added $20-25 for every $100 you spend (which is obviously nice for frequent flyers like me who like to stock up on this deal).

I went here to get a shine treatment and a blowout and the woman doing my hair asked me to skip the blowout part because it would "Save her arms some work". Now, I have thicker, curly hair but have never been told its impossible to work with when I go to get it done. Not the most welcoming experience.

Used to go here 4 years ago and it was great. I came in today and the stylist was working on her friends hair, put only a few foils in my hair (I have very thick hair) and told me she was going to let it dry, did not put me under the dryer so she could go back to doing her friends hair. So I'm sitting in the chair watching her style and dye her friends hair. This is customer service at it's finest for the price you pay here!

One of the best haircuts I've ever had, even if it's about 2 inches shorter than I would have liked. Krystal was very sweet, and fast. The salon faces a backdrop of trees lining the ample parking area behind the building. My friend raved about the massage he received in the upper level spa. With its friendly, subdued atmosphere, and reasonable pricing, this one's a keeper.

Did not cut my hair the way I wanted its wasn't really touched at all, besides the hair color which is beautiful, for 175.00 I could of had my husband trim my hair. I don't like confortations but I would like some of my money back, it's just not fair when you expect so much from a salon

A friend and I visited together and received 3 services (massage, manicure, and pedicure). The massage (with Lauren) was great and very relaxing. There is a locker room for you to change into you robe and slippers with a shower. After the massage, we were taken downstairs to the salon area for our other services. The technician did a great job on my manicure but the pedicure felt rushed. I will return but will not use the salon for pedicures.

Went for a massage. Wanted a couples massage but they were unable to accommodate at the time we wanted, which is not uncommon anywhere. The relaxation room was very nice. The mens locker room has a mirror that allows anyone outside to see right in to the changing area when the door is opened, they need to move that (-1 star). Massage was good, but was ruined by roofing work occurring right outside the room (-1 star). Removed any chance of relaxing, even the masseuse apologized and told me to write a review. Upon checking out I mentioned the bad experience with the hammering and sawing and didn't even get an apology from the front desk staff (-1 star).
