She also helps me figure out how to style my hair on my own using the Aveda products that she uses herself at my appointments. It was my first time visiting and trying the Ion cleanse. It was easy to find, park and enter. It's an open area that was clean, well organized and friendly. All the staff you could tell wanted to be there and were smiling. Leticia was with me throughout the enticing cleansing process in a private room. Extremely thoughtful, thought engaging and overall made my experience educational. I'll definitely be back for the Ion cleanse but also for her expertise in wellness and body techniques. Thank you Leticia for giving me some hope :) you are gifted in your knowledge and look forward in learning more from you.

Didnt do a good job on my highlights. Didnt complete a full partial. added lowlights in only some areas and didnt bring them all the way to the end OR all the way around my head. My hair was a nice blonde color before (easy to lighten) and i felt like I walked out orange with to dark of lowlights. My old hair dresser fixed my hair, and took pictutes of the old color before she did so. I tried emailing them on their site about a refund because I didnt want to go back for them to mess up my hair. So i ended up paying in full for something that damaged my hair, and I got a lousy color and had to pay my hairstylist to fix what was messed up... very unsatisfied. I will say the only good thing was the cut.

The moment you walk in the door you relax! I don’t normally get my hair done and as a result I really do not know what i want Or more accurately what works with my hair type. Over the past few years I had been getting a spiral perm as it is easy to manage and looks great with minimal effort. Yet finding a place can be difficult- Renee completely made my day and rest of the summer!!! She took the time in the beginning to really plan out what would be best with what my needs and wants were. Bless her heart as my hair is thick and it seemed like the process took forever but she never made me feel like she was rushing or that my time with her wasn’t important. As a woman it’s so nice to treat yourself- and my experience here was very much therapy!!!! One of the little pictures I saw there was that your hair is the crown you never take off and that hit home! Thank you so much for making me feel like an old friend and giving me a look I feel amazing in!

My girlfriend showed a picture of a hair color and length she requested. Her stylist then unevenly cut her hair and died it to an ash blonde when she requested a auburn brown. She used to go to a massage therapist for hair styling and now went all out to a salon and their underperformed! Upon reaching out to the owner of the salon, she acted as it was not a big deal and it would be a week or so to fix a $160 cut and style. Walking around in an executive position with uneven hair and hair colors is embarrassing and frustrating. Very unimpressed and their customer service needs a touch-up!

LOVE the B.E Hive. in Jefferson! There prices are affordable and they go above in there perfect customer service. Each time I've called for an appointment they are able to get me in right away. I've tried each of the service providers they have and Love how good they listen and take the time to figure out my crazy hair. The girls at BEHive regularly stay up to date on trends, and take extended education classes which I am thankful for, so I don't look dated and old before my time. Highly recommend them!
