I called them before I even came to make sure they were experienced with the type of nails I wanted. They said they could do what I asked so I show up and as soon as I show her the picture she says she can't do that even though I had just called before and they said they do what I asked. Let alone they were very rude and didn't even make eye contact or show any concern for their customer. Very awkward weird staff.

TERRIBLE service, rude and too rough. The more I talk to others, more horror stories I hear. I will NEVER come here again. Also, why is Charlie Tran (owner) able to give himself 5 google starts to push his ratings up. Is any 5 star for this company true or just the owner and workers?!

Terrible service. They open ten minutes late as we are waiting by the door. Four employees greeted us, two performed work as the other two of us sat there with our feet in cold water. Second time I’ve sat and waited for ‘ten minutes’ for a terrible service. Worst experience with a nail place ever.

If I could give this 0 star I would. I went for a fill and a pedicure the guy who did it for me put 5 layers of shellac on my pedicure and where ever he got polish on my skin used the cuticle cutter to remove the shellac and skin from my toes. He then gave me my fill which included a cut down. All my nails are miss shaped and different lengths. I then call and spoke to the owner the next day who told me she wanted the chance to correct it. I scheduled an appointment with her for Tuesday the following week as I was out of town for the weekend. Go to the appointment and she left 10 minutes before then when I finally speak to her I inform her I gave her a chance to correct the issue and she missed our appointment and I wanted a refund. She refused the refund and stated I could come in and let her correct it yet again I explained she had missed our appointment and I gave her the chance I wanted a refund. She refused. Needless to say I will never be back at this establishment. After I posted this review the owner had me send her pictures of my pedicure and she would determine what to do from there. She then text me asking for my address to send a refund I stated I was not comfortable giving her my address and I would pick up the refund. She then told me she would send it to a couple different addresses which I am unsure if how she got but ultimately she was going to send it to my father's house. It has been 3 weeks and I have not received the refund. If I could post pictures of the text messages I would. She also brought up the review in the messages and said I blasted her on all the sites I could find which is false I posted an honest review which i stated i would correct and remove after receiving the refund.

Went in to have a full set done and they did an incredible job. While having my nails done I inquired about the eyelash extensions. Very leery I gave it a go and so happy I did! The lashes look natural and they are so light compared to others I’ve tried in the past. It’s like not having any on at all. I love them! And! A lot cheaper then you would spend at a salon.

Worst experience ever! Made an appointment at 11:45 for four of us. Watched as 5 people came and went because there was only 2 employees that spoke no English. Was as also over charged.! Stay away....far far away

Will definitely go back! The owner was there & very nice. My daughter & I went in close to closing (we thought they were open till 7) but they still took us and were there almost a hour after closing time! They were very nice about it & did a good job. I will definitely be back.

Waited 15 min to be serviced then once I'm in the chair and my hands are in the heated pads she's goes onto another customer and leaves me for 20 min until another worker could take me. My hands were prunes waiting in those heating pads. Needless to say, I will never return to this salon again.

Not impressed...called ahead of time to make an appointment still had to wait 25 mins from scheduled appointment time. Lady rushed through my Manicure and shellac Polish in 30 mins. 1 week later and nails are chipped and peeling. Won't be returning.

Great service, ten out of ten would come back, they have lots of colors to choose from and they are so nice. They treat you with such respect and it's very relaxing. I've been to a couple places before but this was by far my favorite!!

Horrible and very unprofessional. I called, spoke with the owner Cindy Strelbicki and made an appointment with young lady named Andi for a manicure and gel polish (the kind that dries in 60 seconds under a blue light.) During my appointment a "walk in" arrived with no appointment and was given to Andi and I was then told to move to the owner, Cindy's nail desk where she proceeded to grind down my bare nail. After pulling away she then started to polish my nails first and said they do the manicure AFTER polishing nails despite my desires to get manicure before gel polish which is what I've done for two years now. She ignored my concerns and requests to just do a traditional manicure first which is been tried and true method I received in this shop for two years now (up until this new owner stepped in). There's nail polish all over my cuticles. Gel polish is streaked and bumpy and pimpley. She was unprofessional and also made we wait another ten minutes while she ordered her lunch at 11:00 am (they open at 10:00). Took an hour and a half when normal this took 25-30 minutes. She said horrible slanderous comments in front of three customers about two former nail techs (Tina and Andy who are Vietnamese married couple and upstanding members of the community). They were excellent and always did a super job. After I started posting pictures of my nails and giving reviews, owner contacted me wanting me to come back in so she could fix them when all I want is a refund. My conclusion was, she isn't capable and already wasted my time and money. Owner also accused me of deliberately picking at my nails to make her nail job look bad. Seriously? Owner was sending me messages via Facebook that I felt were somewhat harassing up until 10:10 last night (Sunday) offering no refund and again is very unprofessional.

This was my first time here. Loved them. The salon was very clean and staff very helpful and friendly! Price was very reasonable. I had a much needed pedicure. My feet looked great by the time they were through with them. Will be back!

First time here and they did an AMAZING job. Cindy did my nails and I’m absolutely in love!! My old nail tech screwed up my nails pretty badly and Cindy managed to fix my nails and make them look better than before!! I highly recommend this place, and I definitely will be back!!

I really want to give a better rating but I just can't anymore. My nails always look great, but they can be too rough. My nail right back by my cuticle was filed down so much with the electric file that the tissue is exposed...and it hurts...badly. I've also left with slits along the side of my nail and finger from when they file the edges. Like I said, the nails always look great, but more than one I've left a little bloody and sore.

Today was my first visit to Angels Nails & Spa in West Bend and everyone was Great! Love the atmosphere, great music and the convenience of watching TV while they're working on your nails. They have the ability to serve many simultaneously too. No waiting here, they're ready for you as soon as you walk through the door. This place is spotless, which is very comforting to me. Lee was Awesome and my nails look great! All of the staff is super friendly and they really make you feel welcome! Thank you! See you again in a couple of weeks!

I'm writing this review after visiting the salon 3 times and hoping that there would be positive changes each time. Let me start by saying that I DO like the atmosphere and the salon is clean and comfy. The ladies are friendly...sometimes too friendly because I often spend the time during my pedicure relaxing and I don't exactly want to chat about why my husband and I waited so long after we got married to have a baby (yes, this conversation happened). The water has been way too cold and way too hot, but I'm not afraid to speak up and it has been changed. However, my biggest complaint is that gel nails are ALWAYS pushed on me. Several times during each visit and by the manager and manicurists. STOP. I get that you want people to spend more money and I truly feel sorry for the ladies who are obviously pressured into getting customers to get gel nails. Also, the one time I caved, I was charged $5 more than the list price. I don't like gel nails. I think they ruin my nails and I don't come often enough to have them professionally removed. So, please, take NO for an answer and I will be a repeat customer! :)

Happy with color choices, requests for special art done to my liking and spa pedi a great treat with perfect temps for me. Usually no or very short wait times. I have had best luck with walk in vs an appointment time.

Very bad service. Made an appt. for a pedi. Once there and seated to start my service my feet were greeted by cool water. I figured I would wait to ask for a temp change, but then discovered my nail tech took off to work on someone else's nails without saying anything to me. I sat for a bit and ended up waking out with wet feet.

Never have had an issue. Everytime you walk in the place is clean and inviting. Nails have always turned out beautiful wether I have gotten acryllics, shallac or pedicure. Recommend to anyone looking to get their nails done!

If I could give a zero I would. They cut my toe and were rude. The women rushed through the callace treatment and tore the skin off my toe. I bleed the entire pedicure. Very painful. Not a pleasant experience!!!!!
