Upon my first visit I was so shocked to find a very large inventory of many types of supplements, herbal teas, cooking alternative products, and pet products! Essential oils, CBD oils, carrier oils, etc. I purchased a diffuser necklace and car vent clip today and I am so pleased with them. I also am so pleased with how many massages and spa treatments they offer and the pricing is phenomenal. I plan to schedule my next massage here for sure!

Wow! Truly the BEST Spa, Store & More! Huge selection of organic items, essential oils, hemp products, candles, himalayan salt stuff and a lot more! They also give the best massages, facials and spa treatments. My fiance LOVES the chocolate peppermint polish and the newly added sauna. They are handicap friendly and even have a roll in shower too. Make sure to ask about their specials.

The best massage in the area. i went to Jennifer with a very bad sciatica that caused me to almost stop being able to walk. I had the problem for at least a year before going to True Organics. After one session I was cured in that I have had no problem since. I would recommend Jennifer and True organics to anyone who has this problem as she is the best and I would not go to anyone else as she has proved beyond a doubt that there is a way to stop the pain and become functional again. Thanks Jennifer and will see you soon.

This place is both an organic store as well as an organic Spa. The organic store has a lot more items than other local stores and a huge variety to choose from. The owner even has a 'promotional' stand that changes monthly. The spa is amazing and is fully handicapped accessible, even the shower facility is equipped for a wheelchair! They have two different treatment rooms both with fireplaces and equipped with table showers. They even have a salt therapy chamber and a sauna. There is limited staff so you might take a chance of the store being closed during business hours if the therapists are in session. They may also be a little hard to find if you are not familiar with where Joe's Pizza is. The owner has informed me that she is working on fixing these issues though. This place is DEFINITELY worth the find!

Lake Hills

The place is a little tricky to find, but well worth it when you do! The center it's in makes you think they are on the upper or ground level, when they are actually right next to the restraunt on the LOWER level. The store says 'spa, store and more' and it is definitly that! The store has a lot of hard to find, gluten free and natural foods, drinks, teas, novelty items, and aromatherapy items. I like the fact that mostly everything had price stickers clearly visable so I didn't have to constantly ask 'how much is this'. I didnt' use it, but they have a salt chamber that can fit 10+ people. The spa has 2 seperate rooms and both are handicap accessable with heated tables, showers and fireplaces. The larger room is more comfortable and even has a tv, playing nature videos. I noticed two bathrooms and one has a huge, beautiful tiled shower (I peaked behind the curtain). Not sure about the other bathroom. The young lady working is very nice and helpful, answering any questions I had. She even stopped cleaning (it was getting close to closing) to show me around and where stuff was and never acted like she was in a hurry. She even made sure I got a coupon for a massage and tried a sample of their tea. I bought a couple drinks and felt the prices were pretty decent. I think they do need to have better signs though so more people can find them.

True Organics is full of so many great items! Plenty of choices of healthy foods for people with allergies like me. They have a great assortment of international sweets and teas too. The massage rooms are beautiful and they offer so many services. The salt room is so cool! I definitely recommend stopping there if your in the Smith Mountain Lake area and looking for relaxation and delicious foods.

I stepped in just looking for tea and ended up picking up some nice grains as well. The selection of teas was lovely, much larger than I expected in quiet Moneta, and the owner was very kind. I'll have to try a massage the next time I'm in the area.

The staff is friendly, warm and inviting and the services are wonderful! It's definitely not your traditional spa. They specialize in organic/all natural services and their prices are conducive to the area, not overinflated and overpriced like others in the area. The store is packed with a huge variety of gifts, spices, tinctures, edibles and oils. They have a bit of everything for everyone!

Excellent service and experienced, friendly staff. Very knowledgeable and proficient in various massage and spa modalities as well as essential oils, cbd products and tea. They have a LARGE selection of teas, kratom and cbd items in the store and offer a lot of different spa treatments. They can be a little tricky to find if you are not from the area and they are hidden--not on a main road, but that keeps it less noisy when you are trying to relax and enjoying the spa.

I wish I knew about this place sooner! They are not the easiest to find since they are not on a main road or visible from Scruggs, but once you find them (right next to Joe's pizza), they are well worth it! The store has a lot of organic items like essential oils, teas, herbs, CBD products, pet items and gift sets. The spa rooms are very beautiful with fire places, vichy showers and one has a sauna and tv playing nature videos. It is very relaxing and the staff are nice and friendly. I cannot wait to return!

Spaaaahmazing! A wonderful place to relax and unwind! The spa side has couples massages, sauna, salt room and room for facials and spa treatments. The store has a huge variety of bath & body products, cosmetics, salt lamps, essential oils and a lot more. A Must to go to!

Loved the experience! Wonderful, however I am not fond of their policies. If you do not give them 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule, they will charge your credit card on file 50% of their services. Not good if you get sick and don't give them a 24 hour notice!

I found True Organics when I was looking for a place to have facials and massages. My first experience exceeded my expectations. The Swedish massage was the best I ever experienced. I was throughly relaxed and there wasn't a tense muscle in my body. The express facial left my dry aged skin, soft and dewy. They have a wide selection of products you can buy to supplement your Spa experience at home. The staff is also knowledgeable on homeopathic treatments and have a wide selection of products to target many conditions.

My PRAYERS are answered... the ONLY regret I have is that "I procrastinated too long" to come!! The way my neck felt when the session was completed was... truly... beyond any dream! The muscles are sore today [totally expected] & my range in my increased neck movement without maxed tension is just beyond unbelievable for just one session. I woke up this morning WITHOUT a headache for the 1st time in many days!! I started feeling my 1st deeper tension moment trying to start about a hour ago, so have applied the Biofreeze & heat!! True Organics has made some FANTASTIC changes and additions recently and they keep improving on the place. They now sell a HUGE selection of CBD and Kratom and have added a dry sauna to one of the treatment rooms and now offer CBD massages and a SALT SAUNA Treatment!!!! The owners are actively hiring for more massage therapists-IF ANYONE IS LOOKING and has expanded their herbs/spices/essential oil line. They plan on offering more personal care items in the near future as well. The place can be a bit hard to find since they are not on the main road--They on next to Joe's Pizza--lower level--but once you find them, you will be glad you did
