I noticed a big difference in my breathing after the salt cave experience. I will do it again. Very busy place, only two employees were there that I could see.

This is my wife and I's choice to get a massage in the tri-state area. They are very friendly and clean. They provide other services like the salt cave or streamer. I prefer massage but my wife likes the stream for her joints.

I had a unique salt cave therapy experience while visiting West Virginia on a weekend getaway. The salt cave inhalation session has this calming glow that left me relaxed, renewed and rejuvenated. I totally enjoyed my Me day/ spa day at the Touch of grace spa . I highly recommend and will definitely go back anytime i visit West Virginia again.

I highly recommend you do the salt cave first and then the massage. I did the salt cave first followed by a 90 minute deep tissue massage and I thought I would melt out the door. I will never go anywhere else. It's Amazing

I booked the VIP couples massage in the salt cave for my husband and I's first wedding anniversary. It was our first salt cave experience and it was amazing. Right from the beginning, Melody was very informative, as I had no experience with salt caves. We got there about an hour early and they accommodated by setting us up in the sauna to begin the journey. We enjoyed sparkling water, grapes, nuts, cheese and crackers while relaxing in the sauna. The salt cave massage was spectacular. I had Jerri and my husband had Melissa. Both worked hard to work out the kinks. The cave itself was very pleasant. It was cool and airy. The "stars" on the cave ceiling are just gorgeous and the salt lamps everywhere are soothing. We live 1.5 hours away near D.C. but we are thinking of making the trip again soon!

If I could rate 0 stars I would. I came in at 38 weeks pregnant inquiring about a pre-natal massage. I was shown the facility by Melanie, who at the time seemed very helpful and informative of their facility. Upon learning I was pregnant, (and letting her know how far along I was) she said they would require a doctors note. She said this was necessary within 6 weeks of pregnancy. She proceeded to let me know they could do it, even quoted me prices for a couples massage in the salt cave. She told me at that time I could have the note faxed once I attained it. I reached out to my Doctor, who was slightly put off by the request of the doctors note, given I am deemed safe to deliver at this point in my pregnancy, but the office obliged to fulfill the request. I called the spa to inquire what the fax number was, where Melanie cut me off abruptly and told me they had no fax, but the doctor could fax it to me. Rather annoying, considering she would assume I would have a fax, but they’re the place of business requesting the note! No big deal - but then... I called back Grace Salt spa to schedule the couples massage/prenatal massage once I picked up my doctors note, and informed the woman I spoke with who scheduled the appointment how far along I was, and that I did have my doctors note. Upon telling her my due date, she did not seem to care or acknowledge that I even needed a note.. and without me having mentioned it I highly doubt she would have even asked. Finally, I get my confirmation call this evening from Melanie - and she starts to inquire about my pre-natal massage and how far along I am. (She clearly doesn’t recall the 2 conversations we’ve held in less than a weeks time or even meeting in person) She begins to tell me I can’t be in the Salt Cave because if my water breaks it’s unsanitary and I will ruin all of their salt. To say they obviously don’t have their pieces together on what and when services can be provided is an understatement. During my initial visit she explained they were under new ownership, and I’m not sure this is a good thing - as this place has always been highly rated and minimal disappointments expressed in the reviews. Hopefully for them this is a fluke, but because they expressed such an unwillingness to have my business, I will never consider giving it again, nor would I reccomend it to anyone who is looking for an exceptional experience. For my ladies seeking a pre-natal massage, you have much better options available then to go through this fiasco! As a note, I have not been requested to provide a doctors note to ANY other massage therapist, I only sought out Grace Salt Spa, due to being nearby and unique. Dissapointed, but not the end of the world. It’s just a shame I didn’t even get through the doors to actually rate the experience beyond just their very poor customer service.

Bought my mother a spa day experience here. The staff was thorough and patient while I asked hundreds of questions. Then, after my mom completed her visit, she gushed about the experience and is soon scheduling a return. Excellent place!

Awful experience. Drove two hours for my best friends birthday. The cave was nice but the lady didn't turn it on. 45 mins of listening to a lady snore so loud. No music, no salt must, no instructions. Lady only offered to give us a free one next time. Sauna wasn't turned on. I turned it on myself. It never got above 125. I never sweated. Waste of money. My friend liked the steamer. Thank goodness at least something went ok on her birthday. $110 what a waste of money and trip.

Kelly Zimmer

I had the most wonderful time. My massage was wonderful - ask for Lindsay! She hit every spot that needed attention. The salt cave was amazing! I highly recommend this wonderful place.

This visit was to experience the salt cave. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The bathroom was not clearly marked (in fact the "restroom" sign was actually on the INSIDE of the door not posted outside. Because I could not readily find the bathroom I opened up a door to one of the massage rooms while a massage was in progress. That was embarrassing. Once in the salt cave my partners chair was broken as the mechanism to lock it into reclined position so the entire time he kept tilting forward having to readjust which was disturbing to both of us. Then someone was allowed into the room after the session started which was also disruptive as they crunched across the salt to find a seat. A thicker blanket also would have been appreciated as well as paper booties instead of loud plastic. This could be a really relaxing experience if they make several adjustments to the details and finer points of the experience.

Very relaxing, I got a Swedish massage from Melissa. Thanks can't wait to go back!

Bought my wife a gift certificate Very clean and friendly.

I booked an appointment to surprise my wife for New Year's Eve, but when we showed up at the planned time, they had no record of it and said they couldn't help us because they were closing early. No doubt in my mind the appointment was booked. I'm not sure what happened on their end, but now my plans are shot.

Sammii Dorfler

Cool place, very relaxing. Think l need to do the salt cave a few more times to feel the full benefit of it

The massage I got here gave me a nerve injury in my shoulder - it is still not the same after two different physical therapists, chiropractic, and a physician.
