This was my 1st time here and I can tell you my experience was wonderful. I did the whirlpool tub, had a Swedish massage (Erin) and a facial (Michelle) and felt more relaxed than I have in a while. Darla was very nice and helpful too. Great experience will come back again.

We were in town for one night and booked the couples massage with whirlpool. The minute we stepped off the elevator we were welcomed by professional and friendly staff. The whirlpool was clean and started the appointment off perfectly. Alina and Stephanie for the couples massage was 50 minutes of pure relaxation!! The staff offered recommendations for places to go around town. Would definitely recommend using their services if you’re in town!

Terrible. Do yourself a favor and stay away. I called to make a reservation, and the personnel at the front desk showed no professionalism. They acted like I should beg for an appointment, placed me on hold for a long time so I could listen to them talking in the background, and finally came back and said they had no appointments available. The young girl made it very clear that she didn't care about the customers. Trust me, don't waste your money!!

Several months prior to our trip I called and made appointments for my myself and two of my girlfriends to have facials and messages. At the time the girl on the phone was somewhat unprofessional sounding but we managed to schedule what we wanted. She explained to me that we all could not have appointments at the same time but that one would have a facial while the others would have a massage. That was no problem for us as long as we were done near the same time. I was told the appointments were to begin at 1pm on Saturday. Before leaving for WV I called to confirm the appointments and she told me that about the staggered time again and gave told me which person was to get what at what time. We showed up at 12:45 to be told that our messages were for 12 and that we had missed them. The two girls at the front desk never made eye contact with us but made it a point to tell us that "the computer shows that the appointments were not changed". No one in our party said anything about the appointments being changed. We were just wanting to find a solution to the mix up and to find another time for messages. These girls were so unprofessional and rude!! They walked us back to a tiny locker room that had no room for the 3 of us let alone for the other ladies. There was no privacy so we disrobed with the other women opening and closing the door for the outside to see in. Then we came out and was offered a drink of water out of a paper cup and some melted Hersey kisses. As we were waiting I walked back to the front desk to make sure that we were not going to be charged for the package deal the girls at the front desk were talking in an unflattering manner because she did not see me coming down the hall. I told them to be more aware of who was around before they talk about customers. The facials were ok. Nothing to write home about. They lasted about 45 minutes. After we left we went into the state park facility just around the corner to see what was in the building. We were greeted by two lovely women who told us that they could get us and our spouses messages and baths for $50 in about 2 hours. Thrilled we picked up our husbands at the golf course and had a wonderful experience at that facility. It was rustic, unusual, and just what we expected for a town like Berkley Springs. Skip this place...I have been to many spa's and this one was low class with rude front desk help.

Fabulous spa with fantastic staff. We treated ourselves to the couple's massage, which started with a 20 minute soak in a heated tub with their local mineral water - talk about relaxing! Jamie & Eric were our massage therapists and they both exceeded our expectations. The accommodations were top notch: shower, locker room, coffee, tea, water & reading material. Couldn't ask for a better way to end our long weekend getaway!

Great place the lady's are so down to earth not stuck up at all ask for Jamie or Michelle. Will definitely be back. As for calling and making a appointment please be patient it takes longer then you would expect to take a person's call they make sure you know what you are getting and any details you want to know.

Great spa and Berkeley Springs is a wonderful town to visit. Soak in a mountain spring fed bath and get a professional massage afterward. Renaissance Spa is a very welcoming experience. I also recommend their facials, which are well done and you'll feel incredible afterward. The staff are very friendly and professional.

This was my first ever massage. The appointment was easy to make. The whirlpool was like heaven. My masseuse, Eric is very professional and very good at what he does. He explained everything along the way since it was my first time. The prices are very reasonable. Will be going back in the very near future.

I did the couple's 30 min facial and 30 min whirlpool for $105 per person. The facial was worth it but I don't think I'd do the whirlpool again. The staff was super friendly and professional.

Went to get a tour. Flately was told No. As I was leaving I looked up at the ceiling which was crawling with thousands of bugs! Went to another spa in town Atasia which was great!
