I was appointed to Elisandra one of the Licensed Esthetician who works there and she did a great job on the products and facials that she recommended me to used based on rate of acne on my face and my skin tone/type as well. I went there for my daughters wedding.. Hair and makeup.. My daughter the bride.. Was treated extremely rude.. When I called in and told them I just paid this girl.. Alexandria 20 percent gratuity for embassing her on her wedding day, was told nothing they can do about it.. This woman made fun of my daughter skin and humiliated her telling her she can't believe she us only 25.. Only after many calls to the owner and threats was I finally refunded the money.... An experience that she had been looking forward to for months was now ruined.. The job she did was adequate, but in know way would I ever go there or at least I would request another make up person...the fact that the owner thought it was fine to be treated that way because she is sorry and is foreign and doesn't know how to deal with the public is no excuse.. Just beware
