I went in for a massage this past weekend and wasn't quite satisfied. The spa is very nice, the waiting room & the massage room were very relaxing, and the staff was very friendly. Unfortunately, my service wasn't great. Every therapist is trained differently, perhaps it wasn't the right massage style for my needs, but the discomfort I came in to have fixed only moved to a lower place on my back instead of being worked out. I have been to quite a few different spas, have received the same style massage, and have left feeling renewed/more comfortable than when I went in for a service. Maybe this particular therapist wasn't the right match for me, but i am pretty disappointed with the results.

Very relaxing atmosphere, with knowledgable staff members. I walked out more relaxed than I've been in years. The swedish massage was very relaxing, & the therapist took into account areas that were bothering me. The facial was transforming. My skin looks & feels like it did when I was a teenager. I'll definitely be going back.

Always a wonderful experience here! I have a standing mani/pedi appointment every two weeks and it's my favorite spot to relax and treat myself! The owner and her staff are very professional and friendly, and there's such a warm and inviting atmosphere. I highly recommend Personal Reflection Day Spa for any spa treatment... they are terrific!!

The customer service is amazing. My nail tech was Anthony and he was just amazing talked to me about caring for my nails took his time to pay attention to detail even helped me pick the color because I was lost as to what color I should get. This place is amazing!
