Such a lovely experience!!! Great attention to detail when it comes to everything but especially the facial!!! No redness or irritation after, skin felt better than it has in years. Products are light but very effective, a little goes a long way. Everything was a great price and she really puts her heart into what she does!! If you are considering a facial in the Montgomery county va area I seriously suggest you go here!

My chronic pains and pregnancy pains are always relieved in a comfortable and safe manner and I leave feeling rejuvenated and truly "healed". Almost spoiled even! I am a health care professional who recently visited for a massage with two other family members to celebrate a special occasion. I expected a relaxing experience, but I got much more than that. I have an unusual musculoskeletal problem that even some doctors aren't familiar with. I did not anticipate my issue would be addressed. I was surprised that the staff were not only very knowledgeable about my issue, but they actually helped my symptoms immediately with the massage. I also had a facial and foot treatment. I was impressed with the amount of time spent with me and the care taken to make my experience perfect. We had several in our group and the staff worked with us to arrange a wonderful experience together. As a health care professional, I now see first hand that the benefits of massage therapy go well above and beyond relaxation. It was wonderful and I can't wait to go back to Pampered Healing.

Korena and Tony worked very hard to meet our scheduling needs - even with our last minute request. They found us a time and made sure we were not rushed and got their personal attention. The facility is clean, the staff competent. Korena took time to explain the procedures and process, and made us very comfortable. She answered all our questions before and after treatment. I cannot say enough positive things about this place! Last fall, my face was at its worst (due to excess intake of vitamin B12) and hours away from home, I needed to do something about it. I googled places that did facials around Radford and I came across this place. They had an awesome deal that I had to schedule an appointment right away. Thank goodness I did! Korena was amazing from the beginning. She was very thorough in documenting all of the products I was using and learning about my skin care routine at my first appointment. Once she analyzed my skin concerns, she recommended certain products and services but was never pushy. I went back 2 times after and after each visit, my skin looked better. She genuinely wanted to help me better my skin and customized my facials to what worked best for my skin type. She even introduced me to the skincare line, SkinScript. I loved it! The appearance of my skin had greatly improved. Currently, my skin is in the best condition its ever been that I no longer feel the need to wear makeup (most of the time I don't!). I have noticed that the SkinScript products do tend to dry out my face if I use them everyday, so I have switched to using them intermittently. However, I definitely would recommend the products because it may work as an everyday product for you. All in all, I am so glad to have found this place. I no longer live in the area but wish I was close enough to be able to return! Thanks Korena!

Fantastic and Relaxing! I'm a town-ie in the NRV area and have visited a lot of local spas and have found the place that delivers in therapeutic massage and great service-Pampered Healing. Korena and Tony's efforts in individualizing/catering to their clients needs really shows during their services they offer. Each time I have visited for a massage, I have been cared for and treated with professionalism from each associate that works there, both in respect and organization. The massage itself, I typically have Korena, was individualized to my needs and was exactly what I needed from general relaxation to deep tissue depending on the day. Korena is very vigilant of her clients experience with her work and wants to ensure that their therapeutic massage needs are being met in session. There are decent places to visit in then NRV, but if you want the care and detail you want in a spa and masseuse, come to Pamperd Healing, it's also very easily located in downtown Christiansburg and accessible. I highly recommend this establishment and encourage others to visit and give them a try, you won't regret it! :)

I am a mother of 3 and I work as a housekeeper and I am also an Avon Sales Rep. And promoter I stay so busy and so stressed do my hectic schedule along with my children's and husband's schedule. This year for my 28th birthday my husband decided to treat me to something I had need had before...a massage, facial, and foot spa.My husband chose the rest and relaxation package for me and surprised me with this. When we went in being my first time Korena and Tony took the time to sit down with me and get to know me and my needs before they started. They were able to know exactly what I needed to ease my stress from daily life and to put together the best combination of bioelements for my facial. The room was so relaxing in itself I was destressing the minute I walked in. The massage table had a heater which made me feel do comfortable and warm while Korena and Tony worked their magic. The massage made me feel like a whole new woman. The facial was just right with the mixer that what acne I had has deminished to almost nothing. As well as the wonderful foot spa treatment where I could feel the knots from being on my feet daily go away. I completely recommend that no matter your needs you go see Korena and Tony, you know you will get the best care and attention when you go to them not only because they know what they are doing but because they LOVE what they do. When someone loves their job as much as they do it doesnt get any better. They do it the way it should be and do not rush to get you out. I will be making this my regular place for relaxing and destressing to keep myself healthy and stress free and also spend more time with Korena and Tony. These are two wonderful people who love what they do, they love each other,and their clients. Again DOES NOT GET ANY BETTER!!!!

A hidden gem...don't let the lack of waterfalls, relaxation rooms with gas fireplaces and cucumber water fool you. After a long drive to visit my son at VT, I decided to take advantage of the slow summer season and look for a last minute appointment for a massage. From the moment Nancy, the receptionist, answered the phone, I knew they cared about the user experience as she worked her magic to arrange for two 90 minute massages that would allow my son and I to go at the same time. The 90 minutes that followed with Korena were magical. I've been fortunate to have had massages at some of the best spas in the world and I can tell you my experience at Pampered Healing was probably the best I've had. Tony also worked wonders for my son, who came out feeling relaxed and stress free. I enjoyed it so much that I booked a facial appointment for my next trip down to VT next week. Going forward a visit to Pampered Healing will be added to my football weekends which will now be called "football and massage" weekends. I highly recommend Pampered Healing Massage & Day Spa!

My fiance and I just received a 60 minute couples massage here and it was FANTASTIC! The owners are very sweet and genuinely cared about the customers. Korena was my therapist and she made sure to ask us about our problem areas or if there were any spots we didn't like. I told her I carry my stress in my shoulders, specifically my left and she made sure to take extra care and pay special attention to my shoulders. I can't say enough good things about Pampered Healing Massage!! My first experience there was the "Royalty for a Day" package that my husband had bought me for my birthday last year. I waited the whole year to use it and ended up going right before it expired. Korena and Tony along with her daughter were very warm and inviting. Korena was so nice to work us in on a short notice to make our day special. My friend and I went together today and Korena and Tony treated us like royalty! Their massage techniques were smooth and flowing like a well rehearsed dance. We had the Rest and Relaxation Package and the massage, facial, and spa foot treatment were all done in the same room, no switching to another room. The atmosphere was so peaceful and comforting and relaxing I was not ready for it to ever end. I think this is a treat we all deserve and need. July 2018, I flew from NW Arkansas to meet up with my sisters at our childhood home place in SW Virginia. When I arrived, my sister Connie told me about a great Facial she had days prior in Christiansburg and said I should go! I thought it odd that Connie was recommending this Spa so much since she lives in NY and has been to the best. Initially, I wasn’t sure I had time for a facial and a bit concerned about going to a Spa that I had not visited. However, seeing how great my sister’s skin looked after her facial, I felt I should give it a try. Upon arriving, and prior to the facial, Korena took extra time to talk with me and understand my skin issues. She was very attentive to me and I did not feel she was rushing to get this over. During the facial, I was so impressed with her willingness to address my skin concerns and used a variety of techniques and treatments to focus on my problem areas. She took her time to get it right! It was very clear that Korena was intent on exceeding my expectations. I felt it important to write this review and give her the highest marks. Not only is Korena highly skilled, she goes above and beyond to address concerns and please her customers. It was a wonderful experience and so worth it! My skin was so soft and glowing and even the next day my sister commented that my skin looks so much better! I had been having terrible headaches that I couldn't seem to get rid of. I saw multiple doctors and nothing seemed to be helping. One day, my friend's father who is a D.O. suggested I get a deep-tissue massage as the headaches were likely tension related (and hence medicine not working well). It seemed a shot in the dark but I was desperate and figured it couldn't hurt anything. I booked an appointment with Korena after reading her specialties on the pampered healing website back in September 2013. She is a miracle worker! Outside the massage in general being very relaxing, she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable explaining trigger points and giving me tips on how to ease and prevent my headaches. I was skeptical at first, but after that massage I went a full two months headache free! I then began seeing her on a regular basis and am happy to live my life free from the excruciatingly painful headaches I previously experienced. She is excellent at what she does and I always leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Whether you are having medical problems or just need a relaxing massage, there is no one else I would recommend more. The prices are also very fair compared to some of the other places in the area I researched and the facility is very accommodating and relaxing. Korena goes out of her way to make sure you are getting the proper treatment, pressure, and focus on problem areas. If you are in need of a massage this is the place to go. ~ Lindsay

Where do I start, I am 100,000,000% satisfied! This is a small, locally based, family owned business, and they treated me like family. I enjoyed hot green tea and a relaxing environment and that was all before the actual massage! Then I went into the massage with my girlfriend, as we got a couples massage. The room was very clean and sooo soothing, my stress left me as I walked into this room. Then we laid down and the world disappeared for an hour of blissful relaxation! I had the owners daughter and she destroyed all of my aches and pains. My girlfriend had the mother and she did the same for her. Needless to say I will be back many many times. I had been to another massage parlor in Blacksburg called eucalyptus and not only did I save money but the difference was night and day! We did this before and couldn't get two female massage therapist at eucalyptus and we didn't get near the treatment we got here. Great value and and even better experience! I've been visiting Pampered Healing for regular massages since I had some severe neck and shoulder pain last year. I'm 5 months pregnant now, and the massages are a real life-saver. Kirsten is a professional and friendly massage therapist, and is really good at listening and addressing any specific issues in my body. The rest of the staff is kind and helpful, and the downtown Christiansburg location is convenient. I would highly recommend this business. Someone else mentioned that it's helpful that this is a business specifically dedicated to massage, as compared to a hair salon that happens to offer massage and I agree.

Best place to receive a massage in this area. I have been coming to pampered healing for a few years now. When I first started coming to Pampered healing I had been suffering from frequent migraines and major upper back issues. I had tried numerous medical options without much success and I was amazed at how much the massages there helped me feel like new. My therapist was Korena and she truly has annointed, healing hands. Everyone that works there truly has a heart to help people. Not only do they offer medical massages but a variety of great spa services as well, which I have tried and loved! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for the best!

Went to Pampered Healing for my first ever facial and was very pleased! Korena was so kind and willing to answer all of my (sometimes crazy) questions as I was worried what reactions I might have due to my sensitive skin. She really individualized my facial which is not something you get from all businesses around this area. I will admit, I am a bit of a snob when it comes to spas. I have visited numerous spas, many on cruise ships, and Pampered Healing is right up there with the best I've been to! I received a gift card for the Stress Buster treatment, which is a package that includes a massage and foot treatment. Upon arrival to the spa, I was greeted by Tony, one of the spa owners; he is the one who performed my treatment. Tony was extremely nice and hospitable throughout the entire process. Hands-down, one of the best massages I have received! The man is magical! I am certain I fell asleep at some point! If you are considering going elsewhere, DON'T! Pampered Healing earned every last star and I am currently trying to figure out which treatment I will try next!

I just tried out Pampered Healing's new L.E.D infrared light pain therapy. My shoulder had been hurting for about a month and I hadn't found anything that would help it. I decided to give the L.E.D a try and after just one session I couldn't believe how much it improved my pain level! I will be back for more sessions soon. Wonderful experience! Very accommodating and friendly (called this morning and was seen early this afternoon) I was scheduled with the owner of the practice (Korena) and she was extremely pleasant and very knowledgeable. I had a 30 minute pregnancy massage and Korena who asked me several times about pressure and positioning. She gave me extra time out of the goodness of her heart and charged me the normal rate. I am very picky about my massages as I am also a massage therapist and physical therapist assistant. Being new the the Blacksburg/ Christiansburg area I would highly recommend Pampered Healing Massage and Day Spa. It's really hard to find a massage practice that strives for quality care versus quantity care!
