This was horrible !!!! If I could rate this ZERO STARS I would most definitely do it because I went today to get my nails done when I asked for the one person who I loved they replied quite rude with "she hasn't been here for a loooong time" then I was placed in an older gentlemans chair and asked him to do this set and he started and cut me numerous times on my fingers. My nails are super messy and quit horribly done . My ring finger nail on the left side is completely crooked there is a big lump on my middle finger on my right hand and my pinky nails are two totally different lengths . The service was rude and quite frankly he didn't care how my nails looked as long as he got them done and us out of there . I have paint all over my finger and they just look down right horrible !!! I will NEVER go here again !! Miss Lisa if you can see this , SAVE ME !

I had a great experience at Oasis Spa. My friend and I went together and were able to get pedicures at the same time. The ladies did a great job and really dug in if you know what I mean, which is hard to find. Both of us came out looking and feeling great! They offer both regular and gel pedicures. Will definitely come back!

Horrible at nails and toes. They actually peeled off the gel polish on my toes and almost took the nail with it. Rough, unfriendly, and unprofessional. There we three of us and none of our nails looked like they were professionally done. My daughters and I will never be back for mani/pedi services.

Great service when you get to have the service you have scheduled. Twice I've made appointments only to show up and no one be available. No phone call to alert me before driving the hour to the establishment although I did receive texts confirming my appointments. Obvious bad management and scheduling. Won't waste my time here again.

I've been to this spot several times and each time it gets even better than the last! Love the environment and the entire staff! I would definitely recommend them to you if you're in the South Charleston area and if you're not then drive over and see one of the amazing ladies! Best part is they are lead by a super leader and owner who truly works hard to make the experience!! The owner is delightful as is her staff. I'd absolutely be back if I need my nails done any time I'm in town. Great service, great staff.

I've seen this place when I'd drive by so I went on google and saw the reviews, I was pleased. I called and made an appt for 1:30 when i got there I was greeted, they were very friendly. The guy told me to see some nail samples and charms. They have the most charms and nail polishes I've ever seen! I love it! My tech was really sweet and did my nails really pretty! I loved it! Prices are reasonable and service is beyond great! The place is very convenient to where I live! I defiantly will be back!

Loved my experience at Oasis Spa. I came maybe 30 minutes before they closed and had no issue with being service. I had SNS polish on my hands and I haven't had a pedi in a while so they had their work cut out for them. My techs did an excellent and thorough job. They were both pleasant, funny, and gentle with my nails. The actually salon is gorgeous and doesn't smell of nail polish which is a plus. Definitely my go to when I'm in Charleston.

First of all.. I was taking my 89 yr oks mother in for a mani/pedi. I got online and made reservations and picked out the manisurists we wanted. And not to be ugly or rude I chose two English sounding names as I really wanted my mom to be able to communicate.. Apparently the online reservation system is useless because they had no idea about my appts. We were then shown to our seats and I showed the lady my online appt she informed me the girl I chose was off that day.. well then why was I able to make the appt.? And the girl barely spoke to me. My massage chair didn't work and when I asked her she didn't even acknowledge.. she then proceeded to cut one of my toes which I realize happens but never once said anything to me!! the girl who did my mom's feet was very nice to my mom. After our pedis we were shown to the nail room. The same lady did my mani. She talked a little more but mostly conversed with the other lady in their language. My mother was then brought in and the man (who was foreign) who did her nails NEVER once spoke to her even though my mom asked him several questions. We were never offered anything to drink(soda or water)as I have had on several occasions at other salons.. then I had to pay which I thought I had already paid because they ask you for credit card info when you book online.. GO BACK? Most definitely not!!

Wonderful staff unless you get Megan, the front of my hair it "looked" good while the back was a different story. She cut my baby hairs in the front without asking me, and she cut the back far to much up the back as well as very uneven. The back left of my hair is at least an inch longer than the right. When she washed my hair she didn't put a towel under me for comfort or to catch the water from getting my shirt wet.

The nails are fabulous!!! Amazing quality and clean products. I sat down and waited for 20 minutes after the staff had told me that I could get my nails done right away. Then when I sat down, the man doing my nails told a lady to leave next to me because she smelled bad. This caused a huge argument and then he cussed the rest of the time and was so mad he actually made my fingers bleed when filing. Then proceeded to say “stupid Americans”. Myself as well as every one else in the room were very uncomfortable, but couldn’t say anything with out staff getting mad. He did end up giving me $30 off in the end. But I would not recommend going there, staff are super rude. There are two people that were extremely nice when I walked in, but they worked at the desk.

I went in and had a Brazilian wax done that I was told over the phone would be 80.00 well I decided I want I eyebrows and lip waxed too both cost 15.00 the lady says she is going to wax my chin? I had absolutely ZERO hair there! And my total turned out to be A little over $140 on the receipt these people watch the scam you like crazy!! Do not go here go to any other spa/salon in the area but not oasis ! They lost my service after scamming me

Not a good experience recently! Even making the appointment was a joke. The male answering the phone was very unprofessional and couldn't care less about customer service. I had to try to keep his attention to even make the appointment. Wanted a threading appointment for my daughters eyebrows. I was told they no longer had threaders. They only had wax and sugar available. Getting that out of them was like pulling teeth. We opted to try the sugar and the person providing the service seemed to hate her job and had an attitude. She made my daughter feel very self conscious and sad about her acne. The woman even talked about my daughter to other employees by whispering in their ears when she walked to the back to get the sugar. We know this because they both looked right over at my daughter and she noticed it. Worst experience ever! The person providing the service was very unprofessional, NOT friendly at all and shouldn't be doing the work if she hates it so much. We WILL NOT ever be going back again. Do not waste your time and money here. It's not worth it. I spent all evening trying to build my daughter's confidence back up. If I could give them zero stars, I certainly would!! Such an unfriendly and overpriced place. I would go as far as to say they're judgmental.

Wow this is the cleanest nail salon I have ever been to just got a pedicure and they even use disposable bags over the pedicure bowl first time I seen this love it super sanitary. My tech didn't rush took her time and did an excellent job. I would totally come back here. Terrible. My friend and I went there for a 70 minute Oasis Signature massage and got something completely different that ended up with us only being massaged for about 30 mins each and the other 30 mins with some kind of scrub rubbed on us. The massage therapist was unprofessional and continually asked the other therapist how much longer they had like she couldn't wait for it to be over. I decided to give this place another shot on my birthday (BIG MISTAKE). I arrived ~5 mins before my scheduled time and ended up waiting for 20 mins. During that time 3 employees asked if the could help me and when I told them what I was there for they replied "Oh" and walked away because they don't deal with massages. So finally I complained that I had been waiting a long time and they say my massage therapist is running late. Well actually turns out she was sick and wasn't coming to work, so no massage for me, on my birthday. Never going back.

I love Oasis Spa for pedicures and gel polish... although I do think they are slightly over priced compared to everywhere else. However, I will never get my hair done there ever again. Hannah McComas turned my hair orange and brassy... When I asked her to fix it, she did but tried to charge me for her mess up. I told her I don't think I should have to pay for the mess up... this has also wasted my time bc I had to take time out of my schedule to get you to fix what should have been done right the first time. She proceeded to tell me I wasted her time...as if that even made any sense. She needs to get a new career choice.

Horrible experience! Cut and color unacceptable! I have to give them 1 star to even review but I didn’t even to give them the 1! When I called to complained the next day I was “promised” to have someone call me back. No call back by the end of the day. So I called the next morning with no manager to talk to so I went in and was told “yes” when I asked so “basically I’m out $150 and have a horrible hair cut and color” Will not be returning! I do not recommend for anyone to go here!

I went here to get a French fade for my homecoming. I asked the man if he could do it he said he done it all the time, and i also gave him some reference pictures. He gave me a stiletto shape instead of almond and the fade started way too low and they didn't even blend.

I first went to Oasis for my bachelorette party and my maid of honor called in advance and made reservations for everyone and what packages we wanted. When we showed up on the day of the appointment they had no recollection of the reservations, kept pushing different packages on us and were rude and rushed the appointment. I decided to give them a second chance and went back to get a mani/pedi and what a mistake. My nail tech for my mani didn't speak to me, refused to do the design I asked for and told me it looked stupid, and I finally said just polka dots it took him 4 tries! Not even a week later and my GEL manicure was coming off because of air bubbles. And when I got my pedicure and touched the polish to see if it dried and it smudged and she fixed it but it was a horrible touch up! Never wasting my money there ever again.

Definitely not the best manicure I've ever had. When I came in my natural nails were past the tip of my finger. I asked the nail tech to just square them off a little and give them a rounded edge. Instead she cut them down to the flesh leaving the sides pointed to create a square. I had to pick a more neutral color just to hide the shape and length. When trimming my cuticles she cut my finger twice, deep enough to draw blood. The woman who did my pedicure did a much better job, but for a basic pedicure where they just soak your feet and paint your toes it was overpriced.

My in laws and I came here on vacation and needed a little pampering. I saw the reviews on this shop and thought let's give it a chance. We came in as walk ins and got lucky to get in. I got one of the owners. She was super sweet and kind. I got the works and it was great. This place was quiet and relaxing. We all enjoyed our time. They did not rush us. If I could give this place a 10 I would. Thank you for pampering us and making us feel welcomed.

Stopped in here on a Sunday about noon without an appointment and was able to get a mani-pedi right away. It's a super clean, calm, quiet salon. I chose a light pink for my nails, which has streaky-disaster potential but she did a great job making it look perfect and even went around the nail tips, which as any girl knows makes your polish last way longer! It's been five days and both my mani and pedi still look great. And when I was done and sitting at the fans, she gave me a back rub for a couple of minutes, which was really nice.

the girl that did my pedicure did an excellent job! Friendly, took her time...my manicure on the other hand... good Lord! I am bleeding from every finger! I have never experienced anything like that in my life! So incredibly rough! And I have clumps of acrylic stuck under my nails, but I was scared to ask him to fix it, afraid he would make me bleed some more! I think I’m anemic from blood loss.

Writing this review verbatim for my wife: This experience was one of the worst that I have had. The utensils and equipment were disgusting and had clumps of acrylic on all of the products and none of it had been cleaned. The lady who did my nails gave me no attention and was doing multiple other tasks while doing my nails including interviewing a girl for a personal babysitter which took up quite a bit of time. The nail quality was extremely poor and the final product was nothing similar to my request and picture that I showed her (supposed to be dark pink and she just did normal acrylic and charged for dark pink: see attached pictures of what she did). In addition, one of the nails was chipped and somewhat crooked and she stated it was fine. Lastly, upon leaving I mentioned there was hardened acrylic around my fingernails and she ignored the issue and said it would come off in a couple of days. Will NEVER go back to this place.

Our spa experience was not what we expected. They were short staffed, the massage therapist was rushing and over booked. We were charged full price for a massage and facial that was not the full allotted time. We refused to stay after observing the chaotic incompetent employees in the pedicure room. The water was cold, changed to so hot we could not get our feet in the bath and the corrected to being cold again. The environment was cluttered.

We (2 granddaughters and my daughter in law) thought this was going to be great. What a disappointment. My granddaughters got their nails done first. They picked their colors but the techs just added designs or jewels to their nails without asking them if they wanted any. Of course those things are extra charges. Then the 4 of us got pedicures. It was so rushed rushed to get in the chairs that we didn't even have time to pick colors. So They told us that we would get 10.00 off each if we did gel polish. So we opted for that. It was the worse pedicure any of us had gotten. Two of the techs were in such a hurry that the leg message was less than 30 seconds. Mine was around a minute. The nail polish on my daughter in laws was so sloppy. There were not people waiting so I don't understand why they we rushing to get us finished. This was a gift from me before school started and I feel that it was $300 wasted. We not go back.

This was my first visit to this salon~after reading the reviews, I decided to give it a try. When you walk in, the first thing you notice is that it does not smell like a nail salon... it smells like a spa! The atmosphere is relaxing and you feel calm as soon as you take a deep breath. The staff is so kind and professional, there are SO many color choices and you get a top rate manicure This place is very nice and clean. The ladies are always very nice. Although busy, they always pay you attention, not once feeling ignored or disregarded. I like this place as it is affordable and they provide quality service. I would definitely recommend this place. I will definitely be coming back!

God these nails look hideous. Just by the pictures of their work, I’m giving it one star. What I’ve read about this place really helped me steer, as far away as I can from this place. They need to have the law called on them, if they are not licensed. This is a disgrace, and illegal.

I've heard great things about the nail service here. I have only ever gone to get my eyebrows threaded. The woman that used to be there, Coco, always did a great job. She took her time, gave me a great shape, and I felt like a new woman walking out of there every time. Unfortunately, she's no longer there. I went last weekend and left with only the immediate edges around my obvious brow done, with hairs left intact everywhere beyond that... I looked ridiculous and unfortunately am going to start looking for a new place to get my threading done.

This is the first review I have ever written but I feel it’s necessary. This was the worst experience getting my nails done. Service was very rude and extremely disorganized. Technicians were very rude with each other and changed technicians multiple times during one service. Took 2 hours to get a pedicure and did the pedicure completely backwards. They were out of the color I chose twice and then chose a color for me that was “similar” without telling me. I tried to not get my nails done after my pedicaure and no one would listen to me. I will never go back here.

Made an appointment to get them fixed today, owner said I can only get them fixed today (Sunday). Called today to confirm appointment, owner said I’m not allowed to come in. She doesn’t have time. While I think some services are a tad overpriced, the interior is nice and always kept clean. The manicure and pedicure staff are very polite and fun to talk to and do great work! If you have never tried sugaring (hair removal) as an alternative to waxing I highly recommend it! So much better, hair can be shorter and doesn't leave the skin tender like wax does. Ask for Aaron he is their esthetician and he takes very good care of his clients!

I have been twice to Oasis for pedicures. They do a great job. There are several pedicures to chose from. The leg massage has been great both times I have been there. Everyone is friendly. My one complaint is the cost for the extras and the fact that they do not give you the price when they offer the service. I had planned to get regular polish and was asked several times why I didn't want gel polish. I finally relented and went with the gel. I also decided to get rhinestones. When I went to the cashier my total was $90 for a pedicure that was listed for $55. Insane prices. I've received many pedicures and the most I have ever paid extra for a flower or rhinestones was $5. And never an extra $20 for gel polish. Usually it is $10. If it weren't for this I would have given Oasis five stars but I feel it is a bit dishonest to push a service and then overcharge for it. I thought I had found a nail salon that I would go to regularly but probably not. It's too expensive
