Since freezing mine and my husband's account we've had nothing but problems. His account wasn't put on freeze and was charged 2 months for services. It took over a month to receive a refund and when we finally did it went back to a credit card and not our bank account. Both managers we've dealt with have been horrible and one hung up on me. Our massage therapist has been amazing and does a great job with our daughter.

The location is easy to find and it is in good shape and well maintained. The front desk staff are ok. They don't seem to care if you're there or not and don't seem interested in what you truly have to say. The masseuse I saw was very courteous and professional. She truly knew what she was doing and resolved the issue I had with the knot in my back. Her name was Elizabeth and I highly recommend her for deep muscle massage.

For my last 2 visits, the therapists were not available and they were changed without me being informed or given the option to reschedule the appts. During my last appt, my therapist was 15 minutes late for my session and my session was cut short even though I paid for the full hour.

My husband got me a gift card for mother’s day here. Scheduled over the phone and when I get there on time was told my therapist was running late to wait. Then 30 min later a women walked in and said she was going to be doing my massage because the guy that I was suppose to have wasn’t coming anymore. Wasn’t even informed if I wanted to reschedule or given a choice. Massage felt rushed and not as long as I used the gift card for that amount. Have money left on my gift card but unfortunately I won’t be going back. Wish I could get my money back honestly because it wasn’t worth it

Very poor experience. Made an appointment for 4pm, showed up at 3:50 to people that looked shocked I was there. I received a confirmation call the night before confirming the 4pm appointment. They moved my appointment the same day without telling me. They couldn't find any therapist to take the appointment as I was sitting in the waiting room because they were all on break. I promptly cancelled my membership and will not be returning to this location. The individuals in there were nice enough, just horrible service and not worth the money. Would give 0 stars if that were an option. Spend your money elsewhere Update: after I filled out the link from owner it said I would be contacted within 48 hours. It's been 7 days further enforcing my point of awful customer service at this location. Stay away at all cost.

I scheduled a 90 minute couples massage for my mom and I for while I’m in town as a Christmas treat. I scheduled this a couple of weeks in advance to assure I could get a session. I was called 2 days prior and told that my massage therapist was calling out and they have no one else to take the spot. So I then had to cancel both of our appointments and said they could not get us in any other times during my stay. Which was extremely upsetting. They didn’t try to make it right or offer any other times or MTs. Very unprofessional. Now I’ll juat have to make it a point to never book myself for this location again.
