I ordered a gift basket for our co-worker's birthday. I gave Debbie a budget and a couple of things that we wanted in the basket but she worked magic. The basket was beautiful and filled with the most amazing things. Debbie and I corresponded via email. She was prompt and very courteous in her emails. When I went to pick up the gift, the ladies at the establishment were so nice and helpful. The place was clean and calming. I will definitely be recommending London's Salt Spa to everyone I know.

Hidden gem in New London! Very friendly staff, treated to a salt scrub for my hands then stepped into another world entering the relaxing cave! We also treated ourselves to a neck and shoulder massage, Lisa was fantastic! My only question is, why did I wait so long?!

Really opens the vasodilators. Wow I can breath much easier. Also seems as if I'm seeing with more clarity! I recommend you try it especially chronic, seasonal, and respiratory related alignments.

My husband bought a salt cave massage for me and a friend with a gift card. I had medical issues and was not able to use the gift card before expiration. When I called to inquire about the amount being honored and paying extra for current massage prices, I was told “maybe we can give you product, but not service.” When I asked for the owner to call me back, a call back was never received. My husband paid over $200 and I feel like our money was just taken.

This was one of the best experiences ever I recommend everybody doing it. You go into a room just dressed and fill with himalayan pink salt and bask in the ambiance. Just to breathe and smell and feel this air help stimulate so much medically i feel like my breathing has bettered and my sinuses are clear it is so relaxing and soothing.

What a hidden gem. This place is amazing! The staff is friendly and outgoing. They offer a wide variety of salt products. I got a salt scrub that makes your hands smooth. Also was in the salt cave which I highly recommend. I look forward to coming back.
