The lady was very nice and as gentle with my nails as could be. I’d been biting my nails and making them look terrible and that’s why I had acrylics applied, and there was no pain or bleeding at all, despite my nails already being at the point of bleeding.
I initially asked for white tips, but I ended up with pink and whites (which are $17 more expensive, and so I couldn’t afford to leave a tip when I had planned to), which do look more natural and better like she said, but I didn’t realize what I was agreeing to, since I very very rarely ever get my nails done. So, if you’re going here, know what you want and make it clear so there’s no confusion or misunderstanding.
Other reviews say that they can be rude, but they were kind. They do speak Vietnamese to one another, which some people may consider rude, but I think it’s comforting to hear or listen to.
Other reviews say there is a considerable wait time, but you can make appointments. I just walked in when I went, I wait 30-45 minutes, and it took her about an hour to actually do the nails, I think. If you don’t want to wait, I suggest making an appointment.
It’s been a week and two days since I had them done and there’s not been a problem with them at all (besides them being longer than I’m used to, but I generally keep my nails very short). All are well applied and still look nice with very minimal bubbling around the edges - but I generally have acrylics off in four days, so this lady’s work and its quality is top notch. I highly recommend.
