Heather was AMAZING! I adore my hair. She did a partial highlight and cut(layers). She did everything I asked perfectly. I wanted natural highlights that lightened my hair a tad, my dead crunchy hair from a bad experience with zee’s salon cut off, and my hair the same length as the underneath layer from an undercut that grew out... I AM SUPER HAPPY with the results! I will definitely see heather again in 6 months for a touch up! ❤️ Thank you!

Absolutely horrible and VERY displeased. A friend and I went to get a mani/pedi. I have gel polish on the skin around my nails, the polish is so thin you can still see my nail underneath, before I even got to the car one of them chipped. The pedicure was just the same, most places will scrub the dead skin from your feet, among other things you would typically get from a nail salon, and I got nothing but painted toes and the girls hair laying all over my feet while she did everything, and in which I have those pictures as well. It also seemed like she was rushing through the whole process. I even asked the girl at the front desk for her “Professional Opinion”, asked if what I was given would be something that herself would pay $75 for. Told me she saw absolutely nothing wrong with it and told me sorry. I will never set foot back in this place. WAY overpriced for something my almost 2 year old could do better.

Had an appointment with Rachel. Receptionist recommended her for my crazy, frizzy, semi-curly hair. My hair was mid back length and wanted to go shorter for less fuss. I brought in pictures of what I had in mind. She new that hubby loved my longer hair so she started longer then I wanted to make sure it was "safe." I appreciated the thought but wanted to go shorter and the end result was FAB!!!! Fits both my lifestyle and ease of care/styling (none). Husband loves it!!! Sexy and exactly what I was looking to have. Staff very professional and friendly. Thank you Rachel! After three years I've finally found a salon!!!

Everyone is so nice everytime I go. Coco is the one I get to do my hair and I don’t think I will ever go anywhere else. She is so easy to talk to and she makes sure that you get the look you want. I referred my future sister in law to get an updo for Prom and it was perfect! She was so happy with how her hair turned out she didn’t take it out for days after Prom!

Beware, Amanda was the "beautician" who I asked to touch up my roots. I stressed to be careful, as I never forgot the horrid experience I had 15 years prior, elsewhere. She said, " You're in good hands. just relax, I've been doing this for a long time" Ok. This woman insisted on putting in "highlights" to better "blend" the touch up. Unbeknownst to me, she used bleach! then she put something else on top of that. What that substance was is still a mystery, then left me alone while she went out back to eat lunch. I had to ask the receptionist to find her. My once beautiful, waist long hair is now completely destroyed, every single strand. Fried, crunchy, frizzy, snapping, breaking off and sticking straight out when you lift it. I could actually hear it scraping against my blouse. She then panicked after rinsing my hair and quickly ran out back and came back with yet another unknown substance, stating "you don't want your hair to be yellow, do you". The informed me she was giving me a "free" deep conditioning treatment. She actually had the audacity to attempt hiding all the damage she created by smoothing it out with a hot flat iron, on top of all the damage she knew she had done. Even after I asked her NOT to. This was not a mistake. It was one bad decision after another, then the flat iron cover up, knowing it would intensify the damage, if that was possible. But it was more important to her to cover her ass than to display a little integrity. She has not been held accountable and will no doubt do it again because there are no repercussions. Please reconsider your chose of salons.. Although the manager offered to "treat" my hair with a conditioner, the damage was irreversible and ultimately had to be cut completely off. To date I have not received an apology from Amanda, however I have heard from the manager how "mistakes happen". Don't let this happen to you!

I left Zees salon and this place is soo much better. I also tried another very "prestigious" salon in roanoke and got one of the worst manis. It has really made me appreciate Indulgence that much more!

I went to this salon for the first time on Saturday. I had a spray tan done. Hailey did a great job and was very professional and friendly. My tan looks natural. The salon is very nice inside and they offer several different services, which I was not aware of until my visit there. I will be back to get another spray tan and my daughter and I may also go get our hair and nails done there. I would recommend this salon with a 5 star .

My bridesmaids and I had our nails done here for my wedding. They arranged snacks and water and goody bags for us all and kept us on a schedule (which I really appreciated). Also, my nails turned out so well! My gel polish on my nails lasted for a very long time and made it through my honeymoon! I was very pleased with my experience at Indulgence!

I used my girft card for My daughter's and my self had our pedicures today done. One out of three girls that worked on us knew what they were doing and professional. The front desk was very dramatic and not friendly. They were talking about co-workers in front of us. Not a good environment for my children. The girl that worked on my self was very good but rubbed the bottom of my feet till almost raw with callus remover. I might try again but with different workers.

My boyfriend bought me a gift card here, so I was a little nervous since I had never been here before.. The minute I walked in, I felt like a million bucks! The service was AMAZING and MORE! Everything they offered, I did not once feel like I was just the next customer. I wanted to get my hair colored, well Courtney (coco) the hair stylist educated me on how to get the blonde I wanted without damaging my hair like I had already done to it. She added highlights on top and got it exactly the color I wanted leaving it with a beautiful natural look! She also did an awesome deep conditioning to my hair, plus cut it. She talked to me about the steps WE could take to get my hair to where I wanted it to be with the color, and getting rid of the split ends. When I say I’m extremely nervous about someone cutting my hair too short. She listened and communicated with me. My hair hadn’t looked this healthy in a long time. She recommended some great hair products and advice. Someone I had never met seemed to know exactly what I wanted! NOW that’s a hair stylist. I recommend Courtney if you’re looking for a great hair stylist!! Management and their whole team has established a place where you can come and feel pampered. They take great care of you! Thank you guys!!

Gave a day at Indulgence to our mom for Christmas last year. She is reluctant to self-indulge, as she has been for all of her 87 years. For the first time ever - really, EVER - she said that if we wanted to give her that same gift again she would be ok with that. First time those words have ever crossed her lips. She’s the mom that says “I have all I need. And if I can see my children that makes it even better.” Guess what’s she’s getting for Christmas this year.

Please update your website. I looked at it to see about nails. It says you do all nails including acrylic nails. So I called to make an appointment only to be told that you don't do them and haven't for awhile. When I told her that it was on the website she just said I don't know. If you don't do it then keep your website updated please. No I wasn't confused!! I looked at your website and it said you did them. How is that me being confused?? Keep your website updated and maybe people could see what y'all do and don't do.

Posting for my wife... The salon itself is fine, typical salon nothing fancy. There were some scheduling issues and I wasn't allowed to have my ends "dusted" because the receptionist didn't book an additional 45 min block on top of my color time. It literally takes 2 mins to dust my ends so I was a bit disappointed. The way my stylist handled the issue was very unprofessional just making it worse. Then minutes later she had another appt come in but wasnt finished with my color. She left me to do their makeup. She asked another girl to do my blowout. Being this was my first impression of the place it def wasn't a good one. The girl who did my blowout was so much nicer and she did a great job that's why she received a tip and not the original stylist.

She gave me 50% off for my first visit - which is a super great deal - and she did a wonderful job. She's friendly, informative, and skilled. I will be going back! ADDENDUM: I went back to Britney (Britney Sands) who is now a full fledged master stylist. I got a cut and color with some highlights. I wish I could show you the before and after - what a difference! If I could give her 10 stars I would. I'm so happy! THANK YOU BRITNEY! I feel beautiful!
