My sister and I went for a pedi ..the work was great but it took forever the girl couldn't stay off her phone texting she would work a minute then text ..i was so aggravated i thought it was very rude the other 2 workers never picked up a phone and was very attentive to there customers ...

For the 1st time in 13 yrs... very nice environment,,. A guy even charged my phone ,, always gives you a bottle of water.. she is gentle Ahmed does very great work!!!

My nails they did look like absolute trash! They made me bleed and she kept filing my nail even when I said stop. My buddy that also went, had a worse experience and the workers didn’t even do what she wanted on her nails ! Her nails were a completely different color then asked and weren’t the shape she asked for at all ! They were extremely rude and rolled their eyes constantly! Finally when it was finished, we explained that we were NOT happy and she still made us pay full price, don’t go here I mean it !!

So a newer lady in there I guess didnt understand the word pastel. Which I would never hold.against someone. But the fact that she got very upset when I was displeased with the color was almost bewildering. Even after mentioning you did not want a bright loud color. So instead of removing the color, TOLD me she would just add more coats it be ight. So I thought maybe a design and when I mentioned a design to her she got real snoody....basically dropped my keys in my lap instead of handing them to me when I got out of the pedicure seat to go get nails. Deciding I didnt want BRIGHT YELLOW NAILS as well. I said i wanted a cat eye pink. She then decided to proceed with the yellow I never wanted in the first place on all my nails. Saying because she didnt want me to complain that I didnt like them. If I got the cat eye. AND DONT LET ME FORGET TO MENTION SHE WAS ON HER PHONE THE ENTIRE TIME. I paid my 100 ticket and even tipped her as well $10 because beside the horrible attitude and ugly color, she did a good job on both pedi and mani. Though, I will not be going back and it's because of the poor customer service. I should be able to do whatever it takes to change the color WITH A SMILE.ON HER FACE AT THAT RATE. I even ended up having to pay another salon to fix them.

I had a nail that was poorly done, I went back in a couple days later, the chic that has her phone attached to her ear, said “it be 35 minuet” I ran to Kroger... went back, she said “we can no fix u nail, the guy not here that do that, beside I tol you 5 minute, girl came in , I have to do her nail”. She was extremely rude and started talking to a man that was there, not in our language of course..... I don’t need you Miss phone Chic, that can’t tell time, you need customers like me!!! Tell Nancy why I’m not coming in.....

I can't believe What just happened to me in this shop..First, i called to see if was a long wait. And the lady told me no. Then, when I get there I have to wait a hour. And when I sat in the chair. This,lady started on a lady's nail who just walked in. And told me it will be just a min.. No no no. I will not be going back. Lost a customer with that one..

I went here with my cousin a few months ago, maybe back in January. I didn’t get anything done to my nails, but the place overall seemed to have a nice atmosphere. The lady that did my cousins nails were super nice, as were the other staff that worked there.

I got my eyebrows waxed with a friend and my sister. My sister tried convincing me to get an eyebrow tint as well. I kept telling her I was afraid to have it done because I have a light shade of red hair and I was afraid it would be too dark and not look good because it wouldn’t match my hair. I was reassured many times that this would not be the case by the woman who planned to do them. As we were waiting on the tint to set, she had my sister go ahead and pay. When I was done I looked in the mirror and she had turned my eyebrows black. Not dark brown but straight black. She told me that she went darker than she even did with my sister’s (who has medium brown hair) because my hair is so light. That doesn’t even make sense. I left and immediately went to Walmart to get bleach creme for body hair and went home to try my best to lighten them. Luckily it worked. But I would not recommend that anyone get their eyebrows tinted here. They pretend to listen to what you say you want and don’t want and then do what they want to do anyway. Even if that means you walking away like a clown.

VERY rude to my wife and child, took a friend with me and the lady cut her finger open. Rushed through doing nails, didn’t give my wife the kind she wanted or color she wanted because she “couldn’t do it”. Very rude to my 7 year old to the point to where we was in the car leaving and she cried asking why people were mean to her. I would NOT recommend.
