Not "just" a day spa & salon. The staff is exceptional. Friendly, knowledgeable, and always have smiles. They have a great selection of unique gifts also. The "lobby" sitting area is very comfy, but my favorite area is the inner sanctum...where you can relax before & after a massage. Jennifer is absolutely wonderful at her art & I always leave feeling like a new person. My kids & husband strongly agree

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The waiting area is comfortable and relaxing. Marci is the only person I will trust for this service. She is very knowledgeable about her job. Audrey is AMAZING and the only person who's ever been able to cut my hair just how I wanted it. Jamie was also great company and did a wonderful job on the girl next to me. Audrey did such a great job that I didn't feel I tipped well enough the first time and came back to double my tip. I just hope she sees this so I make sure she gets it because they said they put the cash in her box for her. I can't say enough great things about this place! Great experience - I have been back many times. Great front-of-house staff! I get massages, nails, hair (Ashley-the best) and a makeup consult with Ashley which literally changed my whole face. I had terrible roseacea and I thought I was beyond help until she introduced me to the Murad line. Now I could not be happier-my face is the clearest it's been in 15 years -revolutionary! I love Frederick's!

I have been to Frederick before always a great experience, I moved away for the area for work and for some reason I was recommended to go to cloud 9 and for some reason unknown to myself I went to them on 2/11/2015, my hair was beyond repair in my opinion! I called Frederick, they immediately got me in with Diane, only a true professional could've fixed this mess, not only did she meet my expectations but far exceeded them!! I walked in feeling ashamed to be seem and walked out feeling like a million bucks!! I owe a world of gratitude to Diane and Sharon the owner they assured me they would help, and help is beyond what they did!!! I have learned my lesson...choose the best get the best!!! I will forever be grateful to the staff, the girls who work there are simply amazing!! Also decided to get my nails done... superior!! Fredericks deserves a million thumbs up !!! this is truly what a top notch salon is all about, being from NY I am used to going to a salon as being a day of luxury I promise you Fredericks will not disappoint!!!
