I honestly can not with this place! If you have NATURAL hair please do not go here! They do not have any supplies for women with my hair type. I even called prior to confirm that doing NATURAL hair was in their capabilities and was told yes. They will say whatever it takes to get you in their chair. Turns out that their idea of doing my hair is to either just straighten it or do a Brazilian Blowout. Which is not what I was looking to do. Ten out of ten would not recommend. Save your time and save your money #realtalk

Rachel takes care of my pedicures on a regular basis. I have problems with ingrown nails, and I had gotten a fungal infection from a nail salon I had used before Azario, so cleanliness and a nail professional who would be patient and gentle were musts. I have been so pleased with the excellent service and the quality of the work I receive from Rachel! My nails have been healthy and look lovely and she always has new and fun ideas for me to try. I have never felt rushed or like she'd rather be watching tv which Has happened at other salons. A great experience every time!

My sisters, my niece, and I went here for a girl's day out. When I made the reservation they said that some of us would be waiting since not all of us were getting the same services. When we got there at 10am they told us that I would not be getting my pedicure/manicure until 1:30. Of course we were upset since the whole point was for us to be able to relax and enjoy ourselves together. Waiting an hour after everyone else finished most want acceptable. It turns out that the problem is that they only have 2 chairs for pedicures and 2 tables for manicures. I wish they had said something when I booked. They were able to take me sooner than 1:30, but I had to wait for them to clean the chair after my sisters got their pedicures. I was also not happy with the price. They charged me $75 for a basic mani/Pedi. They called it a "spa" version, but the only extra thing I got was wax. If I do go back, I will simply get the basic services and verify the times.

I got an AMAZING pedicure from Rachel! It was so relaxing, and she was incredibly thorough which was so great since I hadn't had time to have a pedicure for a while before I saw her. I could've fallen asleep it was so relaxing! The salon was clean and quiet too which was really nice.

If you want to feel like an afterthought, feel free to come here. They do not care about their clients and will have no problem trying to squeeze you between other clients even if they do not have a chair open for you, making you have to sit in the waiting room while your hair is covered in dye and wearing a cape with customers who haven't even started having their hair done. It is supposed to be a relaxing experience, but unfortunately it felt like I was running back and forth just to get my hair done. Also, if you're wanting an appointment with Zena, the owner, don't expect for her to be the only one doing your hair. The likelihood that you will schedule an appointment with her and end up having one of her assistants do your hair is very likely. You end up paying "Master" prices but end up having someone who is an assistant do your hair. You will get maybe 15-30 minutes of Zena actually doing your hair. I'll pay the price of a "Junior" if that for someone who isn't fully licensed.
