My husband and I recently spent a weekend away which included a couple spa day at atasia. We had the whirlpool, massage, facials .... enjoyed every minute of it . We were in the "same" room - divided rooms but we were together... would highly recommend for a stress free relaxing day away.

They mixed up our treatments or I would have given them five stars. However, the salt scrub was tremendous and Lisa was exceptional ! I definitely will return next time I am in the area.

Terrible experience. Receptionist was rude upon arrival. Pedicure was not worth the money. Foot 'massage' was pathetic. Will never go again. Total waste of my money!

Got my wife the "heaven spa package" (or so I believe it was called) for her birthday. Having never seen or even heard of the actual place prior to finding it online, I was worried the treatment or service wouldn't be as memorable and rejuvenating as what I was looking for. The website cleared up some of my qualms with elaborate descriptions of their procedures. As soon as she arrived she was taken care of by the stellar staff. Everyone from the receptionist to the therapists at the spa was A+. When making the reservation I told them what the occasion was, and they gave her an amazing birthday! She came out feeling rejuvenated, fresh, and pampered on her bday.

Went for a couples massage. A 2 star from me, 4 star from my husband. First, the couples massage is not what we were expecting. They had us on beds in different rooms that connected rather than right next to each other like we expected. My husband enjoyed his massage and and thought his therapist was very professional and good. She asked questions at the beginning and throughout to ensure a good massage and he was overall pleased with his experience. My massage therapist however did not ask such questions (like if I had health issues even [which I do], or where I would like focused or what pressure). The first half of the massage did not overly seem like a massage even. She rubbed my neck a bit. But otherwise just scratched my scalp (scratched, not rubbed) and rubbed lotion on me; but not actually massaging really. She also did something strange with my ears where she pulled on them and it seriously hurt. And hour later and my ears still are sensitive. The massage did get better when she massaged my back (bringing it from a 1 star to 2 star) as it actually seemed like a normal massage at that point. Wish the whole thing would have been more like that..

I booked a seasonal treatment-Winter Solstice Sugar Scrub- having never been to Atasia Spa before...the whole experience was better than I expected. I cannot wait to go again and will be prepared for what and how do things. I was nervous as I was not sure about protocol. My Sugar Scrub was wonderful! My next visit (and I will be back!) I will be more relaxed and savor more and yes, try the Steam-AMAZING! I think I will try a facial or a massage next time. ...can't wait!
