Full spa services. Nice atmosphere, friendly staff. I had a facial and a massage, which were both great. Could have used more pressure in my massage, but it was very relaxing. If I could change anything, I would ask for more pressure and a little bit of a price break. Kind of spendy, but I still enjoyed myself.

The services provided by the technicians were great , however, the Interaction with the owner was less than impressive. We visited this spa for a few treatments to kick off a girl's weekend . All 4 of us chose a package from the spa services offered and called about a month in advance to make the appointments. We knew it would be tricky for all of us to receive our treatments at the same time, but expressed we would like to be together as much as possible and they were happy to accommodate. We called a few days before our appointment to confirm and also to make sure the various food allergies could be accommodated with the spa lunch that came as part of the packages. Everything appeared to be in order until we arrived and the owner helped check us in. She didn't have us scheduled for the correct things and ultimately 2 of the girls were shorted on their pedicures by 30 minutes in order for us all to receive them. She wasn't the least bit apologetic, in fact , she presented the problem to us like it was our fault even though we had confirmed a few days prior. Our lunch consisted of a fruit and veggie tray instead of the sandwich, pasta salad and fruit that we expected. She did end up discounting the services, but still made no mention of admission to the scheduling errors. It just left a bad taste in my mouth. Again, the services were great though!

Have been coming here for a couple years now for both massages/relaxation services as well as hair cuts/styles with Janice. All the staff are very friendly and professional with just the perfect amount of small town neighbor feel. Janice does an amazing job not only with cutting my hair but giving useful, realistic home hair-care advice that actually works! Her ease with both my kids when doing their hair is great. They are always smiling and happy to go visit. The spa offers a nice range of services from basic massages to body wraps and facials. All the masseurs are well trained and knowledgeable and willing to adjust to the individual needs. Both my husband and I can go to the same person and each have a perfectly tailored experience. Janice believes that every spa service should be as relaxing as possible, even deep facials and waxing. On the single rare occasion that my experience was not absolutely fabulous, Janice is prompt at requesting and considering all feedback. She has always made sure that every aspect seems to improve with every visit. I will continue to visit Tranquility for as many years as Janice is in business and lend a very high recommendation to anyone who asks.

I appreciate the atmosphere and amazing people at Tranquility! The team there is always friendly, helpful and generous. Janice Barnes, the owner is hilarious and multi-talented. She has supported me and the community in countless way and I am grateful for her kindness! I love Cally Steele! She is gives the quickest waxes and is an awesome woman. You'll leave with a clean wax and a friend as she is hilarious. I recommend the talents of Jordan Yanika to everyone as she has done my permanent cosmetics and I won't go to anyone else :) She is patient, knowledgeable and again incredibly generous. I am consistently impressed by the whole staff and have had many services from them. I have gotten manicures, pedicures, deep tissue massages, Swedish massages, spa packages, brazilian waxes, under arm waxes and facials at Tranquility. I will continue to recommend them as there is no doubt they are the best day spa in town with hands down the best team!!

The owner Janice has been my hair dresser for over 17 years and has always taken excellent care of me and everyone else I know that goes to her. I have followed her where ever her location would be, but I must say that she has saved the best for last. The addition of the spa has been just the icing on the cake and all of her staff are so accomadating and kind. Calle will be giving me another facial this week and is awesome at what she does. Everyone on the staff bends over backwards to make your experience one to remember. An example of how they are is 12 years ago Janice and I decided to marry on the exact same day, I was very worried about her not being able to do my hair but she set me up with someone that she felt would do a good job. Just a few days before my wedding the replacement cancelled on me and Janice came in on her wedding day and did my hair. This is just the type of person she and her staff are and I am so grateful to them all. I love the on line appointment set up they have and you receive a reminder which is so nice for us busy people. You must go check out Tranquility Day Spa, you won't regret it!!

Janice follows up on her promises. After a small debacle having to do with my haircut appointment being scheduled on the wrong day, Janice promised to make it up to me. She was very considerate, respectful, communicative and took responsibility for the mix-up. To top it off, she gave me a generous gift certificate so I could enjoy a treatment at the spa. The sign of a true professional who really wants her business to be successful is how she handles problems...Janice is such a person. Can't wait to use the gift certificate!
