Saw an ad on Groupon, for a cheaper price, and they didn't offer it. $50 for a 1 hour full body massage with hot stones. Wasn't asked whether I wanted deep tissue or not, when I said too hard. The massuese asked if they could go harder... Now I'm in more pain than I was when I walked in. The pain is only along my spine, but that affects my entire back and my range of motion. I won't be back to this massage parlor.

My husband got a groupon for our first ever couples massage a couple months ago, it was nice, enjoyed it enough. At the very least we felt good in trying again. So when groupon popped back up for individual messages we thought we should try something other then the deep tissue, because it was very painful (this wasnt my first deep tissue). We waited until payday and purchased the massages. I tried to make an appt today but was unable to use it because we have been there within the last 6 months. Ridiculous!

Always have a good massage here. Very relaxing although I'd prefer the walls to be full height so that conversations from the next room don't flow so easily into the next. You get a FULL hour of massage here whereas at other places up to 15 minutes is spent in "consultation".

My boyfriend and I went in without a reservation and were helped immediately. They had a monthly special making a combination of a 30 min. foot massage and a 1hr full-body massage only $55 each, which was awesome. I have several physical issues that most massage places ignore but these guys did everything they could to make me extra comfortable! The man who did my massage was amazing. I could tell he was really paying attention to where I needed the most work, and I didn't have to ask him to increase or decrease pressure one time! In fact, I didn't have to say a single word! I didn't even realize they were going to be using hot stone massage as well, but they did, which was a super-treat! The entire experience was amazing, and we will be going back! To those who are self-conscious about being nude: Don't go. In fact, don't go to any masseuse. There's no point if you're not going to let them touch you. This method, especially, is just as much spiritual as it is physical, and the connection needed to really tell what's needed cannot be gotten through clothing. Besides, these folks have seen enough naked bodies to last a lifetime. Being unwilling to take your shirt off is akin to keeping your pants on at the gynecologist. These guys are professionals, and I did not feel uncomfortable at any point. They keep the "important bits" covered the whole time. My boyfriend and I really enjoyed the experience, and my neck and back thank T&P very much for the exceptional treatment!

Kevin, my masseuse, was absolutely amazing! He performed a deep tissue therapeutic massage with stones and a foot massage. I have received massages every month for the past 10 years and Kevin is by far the best masseuse I have ever had. I highly recommend. They have a Groupon for various services. Definetly worth the drive from Tacoma. Clean and very professional.

My wife and I’ve been here on and off for about 3 years now. We met each other in China and know the benefits of acupressure massage. Yesterday, a friend recommended I try CoCo for my treatment and I was not disappointed! She got in deep to my muscles and worked some knots out of my feet, during the body massage portion, draping was done professionally and the hot stones were awesome! The only thing that is weird, when my wife and I do the one hour foot massage, they ask her to take her shirt off out in the public room... she always declines, but they always ask. Best thing, if you haven’t been here, get the Groupon, but if you have been before the monthly special gives you the best deal for the money.

Anna is amazing! I found this place through groupon and got a 90 minute massage for $56. That was a steal. Then, I called to set an appointment and was told they could get me in today. By far the best massage I have ever had and I get a lot. My massage cane with everything. She used hot stones, which i had never had and when i was finished, she wiped the oil off with a wet towel. I have never had anybody do that and it was a nice touch. Needless to say, I have found my new spot in Washington.

I showed up for my appointment and the girl at the desk acted like she didn't understand what I was saying. She didn't ask if I prefer male or female masseuse. My masseuse had hands that smelled like cigarettes. They didn't really understand english. On top of that they tried to pressure me into giving a tip when I was the because my wife got me a gift certificate. Would not return.

Very upset I had an appointment booked with them even call in an hour in advance to confirm. Once I arrive they told me they didn't have enough people on staff to assist me and wouldn't be able to help me that I would need to reschedule and come back. I asked for a refund which they didn't give me either. I feel they could of handled this much easier by letting me know in advance they didn't have enough staff.

After looking around for a place that could get me in the day I needed a massage I landed here. Arrived 15 minutes after my phone call. I don't typically get massages but I was having some lower back pain for the last couple days and decided to give this a shot. Anna did my massage and I was absolutely amazed at how wonderful she was at her job. Without much to compare it to I will just say this. Great massage, Great price and I will definitely be back! In regards to what others said about tipping. I'm "fairly" sure that most people will tip their masseuse but I did see the sign at the front kiosk asking for a tip. I can only assume they have that sign up there because some people just don't think they need to tip. My opinion on this, if you can afford the luxury of a massage, you can afford to tip the person giving it to you. I work construction and don't think my body could handle giving a massage like that for one straight hour! Anna, I will be back for sure, you're a rock star and my body feels great!

OK so I was looking for a great deal on Groupon, I found a great deal for this place Red Zone reviews before purchasing and went to my appointment. I showed up now from the outside and looked a little sketchy as it is sandwiched between a smoke shop and a Starbucks. I was the first appointment of the day I walk in smells wonderful soothing music is going and they show me to my chassis Lounge for my reflexology foot massage it was wonderful I fell asleep it was amazing the pressure was great the points he was hitting in my feet was even relaxing areas throughout my body. Now those lounges are separated by sheer curtains some people might not enjoy that lack of privacy but I was still closed and I had a blanket type thing over me. Then I was awoken and taken back to the area for the rest of my full body massage. So I'm laying down on my stomach waiting for the guy to come back in after I strip down to my underwear. He comes back in starts at my neck area. Now this part I did not expect he walked down by my feet, grabbed both ankles and spread my legs apart. Now at this point I am freaking out thanking the Goddess that I had kept my underwear on wondering what the heck this man is about to do. Then he proceeded to climb up on the bed (insert full panic mode). Before I can ask what is going on a hear a weird noise and next thing I know this full grown man is walking on my body!!! No where on what I purchased or reviews that I read did it say to expect a shiatsu style massage with 5 foot 10in 180 lbs man! The legs and but area felt great buy as soon as he stepped on my back worst pain I had ever felt in my life! (And I've been hit by car while riding my bicycle) I couldn't even talk my diaphragm was so compressed I had taken all the breath out of my body. When he moved back down to my butt and legs I could finally start to end take a breath to say something that it was too much pressure by next thing I know he was back on my back and I was unable to mention the horrible pain that he was currently causing me. When he hopped off the table and I was finally able to take in small breaths I did let him know too much pressure and so the rest of the massage went wonderful. Now I will definitely be back for the reflexology and full body now that I know what I'm expecting and to let them know I don't need a full grown man walking on my body. My body was so unused to this type of Massage I couldn't even touch the skin on my back for 3 Days afterwards!

AAAAAMAZING! I just had a 1 hour foot massage and I must say, this was one of the best massage experiences I've ever had - and I get them a lot! If you are on the fence and just not sure, trust me... roll the dice and try it out! I'm posting a pic of the wonderful masseuse that did my massage and the sweet and very friendly gal that took my call and greeted me at the door. Treat yourself, you won't be sorry!!!

I bought a groupon a few months back under my own email and had a good experience. However, they claim they use young living essential oils, but I don't believe that's true. Other than that the massage was fine. Just a hole in the wall place. Rooms are just cubicles with the lights off. The people giving you a massage don't speak good English either. Fast forward to today. I decided to gift my husband a voucher and thought, it shouldn't matter if he took me with him, or anobody else. The site said I was able to buy one and to gift one. Well, I was wrong. I called in to make an appointment for him because he works and doesn't have time to deal with this. T and P immediately told me that no, I cannot come along as his guest, since I had been there already in January. Getting a refund from groupon is a pain in the butt, but their customer service worked with me. T and P could have just allowed the person who was gifted to bring any guest they chose. But whatever. Never coming here again. The place is not that special anyway. Hopefully others avoid making the mistake I made.

My Husband and myself were blessed to find this heavenly spot. After a vehicle accident two years ago we went to many other massage businesses, and were disappointed in the services we received. We were fortunate to find T&P Massage. All the Massage Therapist are wonderful Lucy, Amy, Coco, just to name a few. At T&P Massage, you don't have to fill out any forms, all the masseuse are professional trained healers and they know exactly what part off your body needs the most attention. We have always received a full hour and the use of hot stones is also a nice addition. We have had at least 50 massages in the last year and all of them were EXCELLENT!!!! and we have been upgraded to V.I.P status. Last night we received massages by Coco and Lucy, and they were AWESOME MASSAGES!!!!! The owner has always been very accommodating for us and fits us right in without an appointment. Thank you, T&P for being the BEST MASSAGE IN TOWN.

had to go late, was met by a nice lady. the gentleman who worked on my back was careful not to hurt it more than it was hurting. i did not remember his name or they would get him a tip. it was safe and not a nasty place. clean and smelled clean. music was relaxing. i was gald i decided to go, it had been a long time since going disable. i will go back. .... its been two weeks, i went back for foot massage. this time i got the name of the guy. i will not do justice to his name but it was hyrod, mis spelled too i bet. but he should get the tip from the business they advertise for putting his name. he is very good and though it takes another person to translate, he remembers and checks to make sure he is not hurting my medical problem areas. i will come back.

I just feel that the smoking employees shouldn't smell like smoke when giving customers their massages. It was off putting at first. Other than that lovely place would go back. You definitely can't beat the prices. It is VERY weird how they ask you to take your shirt off when flipping over. I declined, 3 times, and eventually just ignored him asking. Every time I've had a male there and they are not gentle massages at all. Some parts are down right painful since they seem to use the tips of their fingers or knuckles and massage the "bony" parts of the foot. I would like more muscle massage but you get what you pay for. All in all I suppose it's good for the price. I wonder if anyone really does take their shirt off in that open massage area. Strange.

I’m a massage therapist, and am notoriously hard to please. This was the best massage I’ve had in years and years and years! It felt like a two hour massage. The pressure was amazing, and it was truly therapeutic. I have fibromyalgia and chronic pain, and I just kept thinking to myself “now that I found this place, I’m going to get so much better!” I’ve been getting mediocre (at best) massages from Massage Envy or Hand and Stone for years, but I will never go back. T&P has a new loyal customer! (My mom came with me, and she and I have been raaaaaving about our experience non-stop. My 13-year-old just asked us to kindly stop talking about it. “We get it. It was amazing. Now shush.”

Oh. Em. Gee! What can I say...this was amazing. I'll never go back to a chain place. I looked online for a massage on a whim and was hoping to snag a same day visit. This place had good reviews and they could get me right in. I hopped in my car. It's a little different from the usual US style massage place, which was disconcerting at first. I was quickly put at ease by the professionalism. No prior massage compares to this! The hot stone body massage was life changing and it's hard to imagine driving by the place in future without my car turning into the lot. I haven't had the foot massage, but I'm sure I will. Do your body a favor and go to this spot for a massage!

I have gone here multiple times. I had an appointment with Lucy, who I've seen before, and she was great. I went in to the new location off 112th street to get told she was busy. I got placed with a guy. I was very specific what I wanted, I got the foot and body massage. The foot massage wasn't so bad. But the body massage was absolutely horrible. Before even starting I told him I want my neck and shoulders and my lower back massaged that's it. The female at the front desk heard me telling him and came in the room, I explained it to her and she just smiled and said ya ya. This guy, literally started by trying to pop my back... running his knuckles and pressing his body weight into my spine. I have had deep tissue massages, and do like the massage more firm/on the hard side. But that was too much. He then started rubbing his knuckles as fast as he could up on down my entire back very hard I stopped him and told him no that is to hard and not what I want just my neck and lower back please. He said okay. He then used his knuckles on my neck and pressing into the top of my spine. I stopped him. He then went back to rubbing my spine with his knuckles super hard. Sliding them up and down on the muscles on each side of my spine. By that time I just said I was done. He wiped off the lotion and I met him outside to pay. I wasn't going to argue with the woman due to her lack of English. She asked how was it, I said horrible, he shouldn't be massaging people... I told her I wanted Lucy. She said next time Lucy I'm sorry. But after I paid. She had the nerve to point to him and said TIP HIM. After the conversation we just had. I then left. About 20/30 min after I got home. My back started hurting really bad. I asked my fiancé to look at my back and see if it was red. My fiancé freaked out and asked what happened to me I then told her she said babe you are bruised. Tho and behold I'm bruised. My back hurts. I have been getting massages for a really long time. My sister is a licensed massage therapist I immediately sent her pictures and told her, she said that it not good, no matter if he was doing a "deep tissue" massage there is no reason I should bruise. He could of screwed my back up. I've never had any issues with massage like this, and I really enjoyed going to T&P before today. I'll attach my pictures.

We went round and round a while and she said if I requested a female then I'd get one. We did recap the day, time, and location (as there are 2 locations) of my massage. I have been here several times now. I have had a few full body massages and a few foot massages. When I read a description of "60 minute reflexology and aromatherapy foot massage", I guess I expect some sort of scent to be used and for it to focus on the lower legs and feet. Not the case here, and I wish it had been. Of the 60 minutes 30 or less were actually spent on my feet. The rest of the time was spent on the rest of my body. ...that would have been great if I hadn't been asked to take most of my clothes off while in the public area where the entire massage took place. There were other customers around and I was being asked to get topless. When my friend and I left we both thought the entire experience was weird.

I purchased a Groupon for an hour long couples massage with hot stone in March- the price was great and I was excited. We were driving from Kent and ended up hitting a little bit of traffic so I called ahead and asked if it was okay that we would be a little late, the front desk told us fine. When we actually showed up the first thing she said was “oh, you’re too late now” which was SO weird because the whole place was empty. After about 5 minutes they took us back to tiny massage rooms that were opened with partitions. The actual massage was pretty intense, insanely deep tissue to the point of painful- I have always enjoyed deep tissue but this was overdoing it for sure, they also literally mount the bed a few times, which would have been niced to be warned. The WORST part was that both of our massage therapists were sniffling and coughing the whole time, as we got sick for 2 weeks after, I’m assuming they were massaging people while under the weather, which is not okay. I did enjoy the hot stone portion of the massage, and I tipped nearly as much as I paid for the massage, as the staff was awkwardly waiting for us right next to the front desk to tip. I won’t be returning.

Do not go here if you are looking for a relaxing massage! I specifically told the guy massaging me to go soft and gentle because I am on the smaller side (5'4, 115lbs) and it was a painful experience! The hour long foot massage was ok but there was more than a few times during the hour long full body massage that I wanted to cry. I should have told him to end the massage early but I have a hard time speaking up. It's now been over 48 hours since my massage and I am in serious pain in my upper back/shoulder areas. May need to go to the doctor. All I wanted was a relaxing massage with some light muscle work but have ended up hurting worse than before I went in. It was a very good price for a hour long foot massage and an hour long full body massage plus the guy was nice but I won't be back.

One of the best massages I've had in my whole life! This was a gift while I was in the Seattle/DuPont area, and I would definitely return. At first I was caught off guard with the setting because the foot massage area was only separated by light curtains, & the individual rooms weren't sectioned off all the way at the ceiling. However, I quickly forgot about that! The full body massage included hot stones and that made it even more incredible. Highly recommend! Extemely professional, welcoming, and experienced staff. And if I could give them more stars I would. And I rarely say that. I would return here when am back in this area again. Keep up the good work!

This place is amazing! I treated my mom and I out for a 60 minute foot massage on mothers day for $30, and we were BLOWN AWAY by the talent these therapists have. They worked their healing hands using reflexology and acupressure to find our exact pressure points and knots that needed attention. They rubbed more than just our feet too! It was lovely, and we will be back for more - especially since they gave us a massage punch card and %5 discount waivers on our way out!!! At the end of our treatment they greeted us with cold water before paying, and had the sweetest staff helping us. This is a gem that you don't want to miss, check this business out if you are looking for a relaxing & rejuvenating time.

We went in for 60 minute foot massage, and 60 minute couples full body massage. The receptionist made sure to tell us in the beginning that this was not your typical massage, but a Chinese massage. This type of massage is not for the person looking to get a soft back rub. They are intense!!!! The foot massage is not just a massage of your feet but they also do somewhat of a full body massage and definitely hit some pressure points. After the massage we were taken into small massage rooms (the size of the room didn't bother us but after reading other reviews I thought it was important to note that yes they are indeed very small.) The rooms had a partition wall opened up so we could see each other while getting our massage. Dora massaged my fiancé and she was definitely working out some major issues with his neck and back, it was painful, however in the days following the massage he felt much better then he has in a long time. Labear was not any easier on me. I've had many, many massages in my life but none like this. He worked every tight muscle really hard to the point where I was afraid I was going to kick him out of reflex. The next couple of days after the massage I was sore but after 2 days I feel better then I have in a long time. If you are looking for a massage that's going to work out the kinks and problems with your muscles, and don't mind that you may have to be sore afterwards to get the best results in the long run, then this is the place. The price was very reasonable and we will be back for sure.

I have been to both stores they get busy at tires but you can usaly just walk in. The place is very clean the staff is very warm and freindly. The masages have been awasom it dose not really mater who you get i think there all good misuses very relaxing well worth the trip

I was pleasantly surprised at the massage that I got and the price. I had to ask her if I heard her right. I went in for a foot massage thinking that might help my plantar fasciitis. I did get my foot massage and more. It was really great.
