Got a manicure and pedicure, and I would totally recommend this place to everybody. The staff is friendly, we had some fun family conversations. Their tools are great. They offered me drinks as soon as I settled in. The place is quiet with dimmed lighting. Great for relaxation. This is going to be my go-to place from now onwards.

If you want a more relaxing experience with quality over quantity then definitely come here! I used to go to levue nail salon by walmart and i definitley prefer this place over levue! They take their time and mai thai is so sweet and accomodating. She makes sure your comfortable and that everything is just how you want it. They also give you a complementary beverage of assorted teas, coffee, or water. The decor is nice, clean and relaxing and they will encourage you to stay until your nails are completely dry instead of kicking you out for another customer. This place is really good and will definitely be my go to place from now on! They dont accept walk ins but i prefer that because they take their time and make sure everything is just right.

The staff lady was extremely rude instead of talking she just started tapping the tip jar and holding her hand out for me to give her money with a rude face. and to my friend telling her to "give the lady in the next room a tip immediately. My nails are uneven and I was distraught by how rude she was while doing my nails. Will not be going back

I am giving this place five stars because their service is so good, so the lady who did my acrylic full set with shellac was so nice to me, her name was Sarah or Sierra ( I am so sorry if I am wrong with her name spellings.) So, basically I called them for an appointment and at that time I had a sense that their customer service is really good. I have been to other nail salons but I must recommend this one. They offer you drinks, their best customer service and they do their work very well. I will highly recommend this salon to everyone.

I have been to a variety of places through the eastside for manicures and/or pedicures and I think it is safe to say this was my best experience. My sister and I went in the middle of a Thursday with a reservation and it was very empty and quiet. We got taken back as soon as we were checked in and had picked our nail colors. They had lots to choose from and all the brands were either China Glaze or OPI (I think.) We paid for the hour pedicures and it was such good value. We had very comfortable seats in leather massage chairs which were easy to use and made me so relaxed I could have fallen asleep. We were offered water or tea when we were first seated and there were plenty of magazines to peruse. The ambience was quiet, darker with great lighting which just added to the relaxing atmosphere. They paid plenty of attention to my toes and feet and the massage and foot treatment were all delightful. At the end of the day I came away from a wonderfully relaxing experience with soft feet and pretty toes. All this for $40! My sister and I both agreed we would have to go back again in future.

I've been coming to Sunset spa for 5 years and i live in Renton and work in Seattle. I have tried many other nail salons and they dont compare. The service and the hospitality they have here is AMAZING! I'll keep coming here, eventhough it's out of my way.

They are the very best in Bellevue/Issaquah! Highend but cozy atmosphere. Often see couples sitting back, chatting and relaxing while getting their pediatrics. They appreciate their clients and have lots of repeat clientele. Great choices of polish colors and brands. Always up-to-date colors. Also have waxing services. Parking is good. Well worth the find!

I’ve been going this spa for the past 3 years and they are still my favorite! They do a great job with shellac, regular polish, and French manicure. I swear the nail polish lasts longer than other places.

Just got home from getting a pedicure - in short, loved it! One of the best places I've gone to so far, I'm sad I'm only in town for a short while otherwise I would totally be a regular. They really REALLY took their time and made sure I was relaxed during the process and happy with my nails. Its 30 for a pedicure but I believe well worth it.

I have been coming here for years and I love it! They have the best deal for high quality service. They never make me feel rushed during my appointment (like many other salons I’ve tried In the past). The staff is very friendly and their space is clean and comfortable. Actually they deserve a zero star review. The boss lady was super rude from the beginning. She fought back right away when I complained not being comfortable in certain foot position instead of figuring out how to make me more comfy. At the end, I told her four of my nail color are not thick enough. She yelled at me that I made her job very difficult. When my friend and I was trying to explain her how we felt not being treated well, she asked me to be QUIET! Oh yeah, I, as a customer, was shouted out QUIET! It indeed blowed my mind. Will not definitely go again.

I came here back around March 2017 and I wanted to use the stand-up tanning booth and after I purchased a session not only did they not provide protective eyewear, they told me that it was not necessary.

DON'T even go here once. I got fungus under a nail questioned Mai Tai about it and was told my nail was "empty?" What does that mean? The fungus spread to 4 nails before I went to a dr. I was so horrified and spent the next 10 months growing out fingernails that had fungus so bad I had to have most of my nail remove on all 4 fingers. Months of nail soaks, and fungus medicine every day. I work with the public I was so embarrassed I can't even imagine what people were thinking about my hands. Now after 10 months my nails have grown out and are fungus free however that 10 months affected me tremendously. I have never written a review in my life but I wouldn't wish my experience on anyone.

We came here for family afternoon pedicures and had such an amazing experience! The back room is big and comfortable, we were offered tea/coffee right after we sat down, and the massage chairs are functional and actually feel really great. We got extra long foot/leg massages, and they really took care of every part of our feet/nails! Thank you Sunset Spa!! We’ll be back

The spa pedicure was wonderful! Lots of time spent on cleaning up my nails and massage, and I feel great. We came at the end of a weekday evening, the last appointment right before closing, and they were still so attentive and didn't rush us at all. Autoclaved tools and drinks too!

I've been going to Sunset Spa & Tanning for 12 years. My husband and I just retired & moved from Bellevue to Sequim, the Olympic Peninsula. I still come over to get my pedicure & nails done by John! The shop is very clean & a relaxing atmosphere. Everyone is friendly & very nice. I absolutely recommend Sunset Spa & Tanning!!
