Ask for Kay/Kim, same person. Got a mani-pedi, took about two hours. Had two glasses of champaign. Great great service by kim, real pampering. I am a dude and i loved it. Use your passport card for 20% off.

Great little spa! 5-star service and amenities despite being small. The staff were wonderful and my massage therapist, Megan, was amazing! Got the 30 minute massage on a whim and it was the best 30 minutes I could have spent. Thank you! The hotel is beautiful and the view is breathtaking. Next time I'm in Seattle I'm staying here for sure!
