Got an express pedicure from Ali that was freaking amazing and well done. I'm an introvert and not good with small talk and she picked up on my need to just sit and enjoy right away. Extremely pleasant experience, definitely will be back.

The atmosphere is amazing but the massage therapist was awful. I felt worse when i left and not one person asked how I liked the massage or asked me any question at all. I did not even get asked what kind of massage oil I would like to have used on me.. Evans hand were rough and his massage technic was jus as rough.

I absolutely love this spa. Every time I have gone has been a pleasant and relaxing experience. Their dedication to quality work, sterlization/clean tools and environment and wonderful staff makes it my go to every time. Nicole one of their manicurist is who I usually see and she is fantastic.

Tiffany is great. However Nicole seemed very annoyed that she had to remove gel from her client that came in with me. She was very put out. Would not recommend her at all, but the others were great.

I'll start with how wonderful Sara was and what a great job she did on my mani/pedi! She was delightful to chat with and will be their saving grace... I say that because shortly after I left the Spa, I got a message telling me that I hadn't checked out or paid and that I needed to call back. So, I called to see what happened because I specifically remember checking out as I had a nice visit with the front gals, and signing the slip and everything, plus I had a gift certificate so I had zero proof of that. Anyway, when I called back she wanted me to give her payment info over the phone, I said wait a minute, I know I paid. I'll check my bank statement and call you back. Sure enough, there was a pending charge from them... Long story short, we get back in touch Monday to find out it was their system glitch... instead of assuming that it could be their fault or a system glitch they assumed I had walked out without paying... not sure I'm excited to ever go back, plus this was my first time at Spa Paradiso. But thanks Sara for the marvelous pedi/mani!!

My girlfriend and I got facials and the aesthetician were excellent. They stepped us through the process ahead of time and made it a very pleasant experience for both of us. The staff is extremely accommodating since we took our time in the post glow in the couples room and getting ready for our date that night (after they officially closed for the evening). I highly recommend this spa to anyone wanting a facial or a massage!

It's nothing like it used to be. I could have got the same hair cut at great clips. She rushed through it but only after messing up my color. I know they close at 4 on Sunday's but after sitting in a chair for 4 hours I should not have come home and cried. Feel like my hair cut was rushed so she could go. Will probably never come back. It's te to find a new spa.

I have never been to a Spa that looks to make the men as comfortable as the women. I enjoy going to the spa to get a massage here and there, but as a guy it is always uncomfortable sitting in that waiting room, in a robe, when it is all women. At the new Spa Paradiso location they have added a small men's only serenity room as well as a couples only serenity room. Both of these make the experience much more enjoyable for me and make me much more likely to frequent this location without my wife in toe. The service is amazing as well as the location!! Thank You Spa Paradiso!!

Spa Paradiso is my go-to place for haircuts. I've been getting my haircuts at Spa Paradiso since they were in the lower level of the Davenport Hotel. The new location in Kendall Yards has convenient street and off-street parking and is easy to get to.

Loved my facial by LISA!! She was informative and skilled which is why I left feeling so relaxed. My skin is out of this world glowing and soft. Will most definitely reschedule my facial with her again. Scheduled a Spa facial and derma planing add on treatment. The only things this Spa could benefit from is a redecorating job. the furniture and artwork could be updated, and I'd look more forward to my spa visits if I could spend it in a well styled atmosphere that seems more high end. Other than that, 5 stars!

I was well pampered. Excellent amenities are included with your massage. The steam room and shower area are immaculate and we'll worth showing up early for. My therapist was knowledgeable and personable. My deep tissue massage was just deep enough to make my pain melt, but never more than I could handle.

I have had two terrible experiences at Spa Paradiso. First, the people at the front desk are not hair experts, and failed to make the correct appointment time causing me a four hour trip to see them wasted. Then they promised me a coupon for future use which I never received. Then when I came back in and gave specific directions, my hair did not turn out at all like I wanted it. I even had a picture that I showed for a reference. I am very disappointed with the service and will never go back.

I've gone to Spa Paridiso before for manicures/pedicures which were good and fast! Satisfied with my previous experiences, I decided to try out their waxing services. I went in to have my eyebrows waxed earlier today and was completely disappointed. The woman who helped me seemed to be in a hurry and wanted to get me out of there asap. On top of that, my brows aren't even symmetrical! A quarter of my left brow looks like it was shaved off... It was $20+tip. Definitely won't be going back :(

I work in the global customer contact/service industry and know how important providing feedback via surveys is to companies. Therefore, I completed the survey I received via email from Spa Paradiso. I have been going there to get my hair cut for the past 4-months and finally found a stylist I really liked, Rachel K. Just recently, my wife and I were at another spa, the Davenport in downtown Spokane, and noticed men's haircut and hot towel treatment for only a few dollars more than a basic hair cut at Spa Paradiso. In my survey feedback to Spa Paradiso, I mentioned perhaps having them add hot towel treatments and that I would be willing to spend more money for the extra service. Unfortunately, whoever is responsible for responding to the surveys obviously did not care to hear my feedback. Here's the exact quote from their response back to me: "Thank you for your recent feedback about Spa Paradiso's hair department. You are correct, we are not a "barber shop", and do not offer some of the services that you mentioned. We refer many guests to the Davenport for services that differ from ours, and highly suggest you obtain your hair services from them as you are looking for something different then what we offer. Spa Paradiso" So my initial thought is WOW! Just because I mentioned adding a service you want me to take my business to your competitor? If the person who wrote this response to me is the owner, you have a lot to learn about what the value of a survey system is and how to respond to your customers. If the owner is reading this and you rely on your management team to respond, time to find a new management team. You have obviously lost my business for good and all referrals that I would have sent your way.
