Unfortunately I will not be coming back here for my routine wax appointment. I waxed my legs here and within a few days my hair started growing back. But, more importantly I ended up having to pluck so many hairs on my own.

The people working here are rude! Witnessed them slandering a client last time I came here saying things like she’s too high maintenance and snooty or something like that. Makes me wonder what they say behind my back. Don’t feel comfortable coming here anymore. Also I get a rash after every time I come here for massage and the sheets stink. Wondering if they wash them or not. Going to the other spa in lake Tapps like 5 minutes away

Today I had my first experience with Sherry the nail "specialist" for a spa pedicure, it was terrible. She refused to listen to any requests I had, I chose a color and wasn't allowed to change my mind when I wanted something else; the water they used was freezing cold. The "Honey" was put on my legs and never fully taken off. When she polished my nails she put her thumb into it and refused to wipe it off and fix it stating that she had a regular client coming in after me so she didn't have time. $100 later and I am very dissatisfied. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

Can’t seem to find a decent massage therapist because every one of them that I take a liking to just so happens they no longer work there anymore. I’ve gone through about 6 massage therapists , they have a really high turnover rate here and I hear they don’t treat employees well. That’s too bad

Jen Renae was phenomenal!! Her technique was flawless and the discomfort I felt during my Brazilian wax was minimal. She is so professional and didn't hesitate to answer any questions. Don't be deceived by the store front, this facility is waaay larger when you enter. The atmosphere is clean, calm, and soothing! I will definitely be returning for wax and spa services!!

Came in for a prenatal massage at 31 weeks pregnant with Kelsey. I had been having some sciatic nerve pain and lower back pain. She was able to work on my hips and lower back to release some of the tension, while still making the experience feel luxurious and relaxing. I can't wait to go back!

What a great atmosphere! The entire time I was there, I was like "spiritual hipsters would adore this place." We just went for a couple's massage, but the soothing ambiance was so zen. I've been to some of those massage parlors that specialize in foot massages and the cheapest possible back massages, but this place, despite being very reasonably priced, was of much higher quality. When I requested light pressure, they *gasp* actually used light pressure! Here's the part that stands out the most. When our baby started crying during the massage (hey, we needed this, and our usual babysitter flaked, don't judge!), and we had 20 minutes left, they provided a discount because we didn't get our full time. How awesome is that? My only complaint is that the products they stock are WAAAAYYYY out of our price range. I bought some eye cream that they were selling for $84. I mean, I still bought it, because even voodoo doesn't work on these dark circles, but products I've used in the past cost about $10 a tube. I'm not too upset, though, because the stuff ACTUALLY WORKS! Hey, if you want upper class results, you gotta pay upper class prices, amirite?

4.5 ☆'sYou walk in and everyone is nice, and attentive. They have AWEsome massages, facials, peels and products. I can't say enough good about this place. Love Love LOVE IT! HOWEVER - I don't really like the small change room, and you can tell they are trying to adjust it and dix that issue. But the fit area is small and I'm not a small lady. But other than that, it's mt GO TO!! THEY R MY FAV SPA!!

I can’t say enough great things about this spa! I love their selection of adorable products and gifts, I always find the most unique things for gifts. I saw Katy for a facial and it was incredible! I was pregnant and it was the best treat I could have given myself! She payed attention to every detail and made sure to maximize my time on her bed by giving me a fantastic hand massage while the steam mask was sitting. I love their little sitting room where you wait before your service, really helps to relax beforehand! Would absolutely recommend Katy for any service!

When I first moved up here 1-2years ago I brought my daughter here to get eyebrows waxed,they where rude and said they didn't have time ,yet 4girls came up to front and where nosy, just didn't feel welcomed. Never ever will I go back. I hate complaining but it was what happend.

I went in for my birthday, I got a deep tissue massage my La'vonn and a facial. I was greeted with a smile and calming voices and offered water. they attended to my every need. the waiting room is very zen (they offer you a locker with your own key, tea, water, nice dim waiting room) right away I was taken back to my massage... I've always had a trouble finding someone to match what my body needed but LA'VONN DID AMAZING she got into every nook and cranny, she kept it peaceful and quiet. I was so comfortable. I would go back every other week if I could. I also recieved a facial for the first time and it was amazing, both ladies went above and beyond. (my acne is barely there anymore) I'll NEVER go to another spa! thank you ladies

Brought my daughter her to have her eyebrows waxed. Was a little skeptical because of a negative review I read. Figured if I receive bad/rude service, I’d just walk out. Was incredibly relieved to find the service from the moment I walked in to the time I left, very sweet and helpful gals up front and Jessica, who did my daughter’s eyebrows, was very attentive and asked in detail what my daughter wanted. And did her eyebrows perfectly. Will definitely continue to come here. Maybe next time, I’ll do something for myself.

I had been frequenting this spa for a few years now and my recent experience has led me to never return. I googled multiple times to see if this spa had been sold or changed hands as my experience was that terrible. I spent 129.00 for a custom facial - only to have Jen rush through the process so fast with mediocre customer service. My 2:15 appointment was so short- I was paid and I’m my car by 2:39. I emailed twice and called to speak to a manger with no results. Customer service is poor, I told the cashier that was the worst experience I’ve ever had there and no feedback or questions as to how they can make it better. This place is run by teenagers and needs an actual adult on premise. Unfortunate. If you must visit this spa- be sure to not have Jen.

I am giving it two stars because I was left with bruises after my massage. This was due to way too much pressure even after asking that she stop. I have extreme back pain now and am unable to get out of bed. Make sure you state what massage you are supposed to get!! I was supposed to feel relaxed but ended up leaving in a lot of pain. Other than that the place was very cute and the staff was very friendly.

Love Shawna! Friendly staff. One thing I would change - the price list needs to show prices for ALL levels and services. It currently only shows prices for level 1 estitians. So when you go to pay and your estitian is a level 4 your prices will be WAY MORE!
