The facial was not that great as I expected. And the duration was very less and no scrubbing or exfoliating done during the facial. Not completely satisfied.

I used to go here and get the best facials from a woman named Cat. She was the best, not just because of her amazing skills, that always left my face shinning, but also because she has a certain skill many people don’t have, one that made me, for that brief hour, feel comfortable and at home in her heart and hands. She was never pushy; I had gone to this “spa” before and I felt their constant desire to up-sell their products instantly made me feel guilty for coming and taking care of myself. She didn’t focus on the sell, she focused on my need to take care of myself. Needless to say, I found out recently that she is no longer there. That doesn’t surprise me really though because this place seemed more like a place that cared more about pushing their products than actually letting you enjoy a facial and relax and she focused on the latter. I won’t go back, I don’t think their business mold fits what getting a facial really is about, self love and leaving the pressure of the world behind. I highly suggest finding a different place if you want to walk out feeling uplifted and not guilty for buying product. There are MUCH better spas. You will be much happier to find a place that cares more about you than your wallet.

I loved the service from the lady that did my facial BUT maybe.. just maybe because I bought it from groupon that the receptionist said THERE WAS NO APPOINTMENT AVAILABLE THAT DAY...?!? Really? Because I check just before showing up. Still after asking her and she said no, I check again and told her yes there was, showing her my phone and the website showing 3 or 4 available appointments...so she didn’t have a choice and have to give me one. Love the service I got AFTER... but the whole experience wasn’t what I was expecting

Got a facial from an esthetician named Felicia. She was wonderful! She'll cater to either a relaxing facial or an educational facial. I opted for the educational. Great and shoulder massage and knew the products really well. My face was glowing at the end!
