Pinky is the best! I’ve been going to SkinSpirit seeing Pinky for almost 3 years now and am always excited for my appointments and leave feeling gorgeous! Pink is truly one of the best and has such an eye for detail especially when it comes to lips! She has quite the cult following on Instagram and is a great educator giving her followers expert tips and info about injecting. I 100% trust Pinky with my face and know she will always recommend services that are right for me. Treat yourself and see Pinky!

I would love to have tried this location, but these people can't get appointment dates right. Tried to make an appointment for the next day, bright and early, but your appointment confirmation doesn't come until the next day (showed the following week when I'm out of town.) What is a person to do if there's a chance you could still get in that morning? Either way, if they can't get an appointment right, it speaks to the quality of their hiring. I'm sticking to Bellevue from here on out.

I went in with my mom for both of us to get botox. Audi Padmasuta did our treatment. She very informative and answered all out questions. My mom thought she was very gentle while doing the injection. Audi was very honest about what botox can and cannot do for the areas I was most concerned about. Both my mom and I for our foreheads treated to help ease the "11." We are happy with the results.

I get laser hair removal done here. Yes, it's expensive and it might be a bit more than the other ones but they're fantastic, so I consider it to be worth it. I like to book my appointments in the morning so that parking isn't as difficult. I recommend buying LHR in a package of 5, you'll get a discount and depending on how your skin reacts, you'll probably need a few sessions. I started with getting my armpits done, absolutely painless and it probably took about 1 minute per armpit. After the first treatment, it eliminated maybe 60% of the hair on my left armpit and maybe 40% on my right. It's kind of a strange process because after you get it done, you have to wait a week or two until the hair actually falls out. I don't know about you guys, but I'm happy to fork over the extra money knowing that I'll never have to worry about what or how they're treating my skin. To me it's not worth the risk to end up having a painful treatment or risk damaging my skin just to save a few dollars. But hey, that's just my opinion :).

Today I went to SkinSpirit to have a free consultation about Botox. Libby was my provider. She answered all my questions and even showed pictures of real clients so I could see real changes to help guide me in deciding whether Botox is for me. After a lengthy conversation I decided to go ahead with Botox in the area of my crows feet (eye area). To my surprise it was painless and only took seconds to do. Maybe 10 seconds. I am very happy with my decision and will be back for follow up of Botox and other treatments! Thank you Libby Lillian

I came to this clinic for around 2 years to get laser hair removal on my legs and chest mainly. The experience was tremendounsly dissatisfying. In our initial conversations it was deemed that my skin color and hair type were good candidates for significant hair reduction. After a total of 8 sessions or so my hair density didn't really change. I basically have to manually shave every 3 or 4 days. On top of that, in one of my sessions the employee there didn't notice I had some part of my leg marked with a black marker as she was applying the laser. The result was burned skin that remains with a darker tone to this day. They recommended products to remove the mark, but the mark never went away all the way. Their employees are also not trained well. The reason I say this is that every employee would apply a different setting for the laser or use different strategy. Then, at the end of every session they would tell me how much to wait before the next one. Some employees told me 2 months were enough and others told me that 3 months were really required to have the expected result. Last but not least, I had this experience with one of their employees that started talking about a controversial topic, but when I challenged her she got upset and made the whole session very uncomfortable.

I love who I see at this location but they are constantly behind schedule and I suffer as a client thru loosing my appt time/service and when attempting to reschedule they tell me it’s going to be about a year before I can get in when I was not the one behind schedule. The front desk put little effort to try and accommodate the mishap with their appts running late into my appt. now I have no appt and am on a wait list with others who didn’t get their appt pushed back even though they were on time waiting. So disappointed.

At SkinSpirit, I had a filler session. I wasn't happy with the small bump from overfilling the area. I reached out to the technician who did the fill, (twice with no response). It's been 5 months since my fill and I decided to email the client support system. The next morning at 9am, the manager called and was so apologetic for my experience. They strive to make every client happy and feel good about the experience. They fixed it immediately . The no response from the technician was because she no longer works for the company.

General look of the office - upscale, clean, bright, and relaxing. Front desk folks - they are very friendly and can always make me laugh. I see Elisa who is a down-to-earth, skincare pro. She uncomplicates skincare for me (something that I see as very complicated) and has saved my skin. They offer a large variety of services, and always seem to be ahead of the game as far as new trendy treatments go. They carry a lot of great brands at good prices. Will not be going anywhere else-would highly recommend.

The ladies at the front desk were so friendly and helpful and the girl who did my facial was SO GREAT. It was relaxing and pleasant and my skin is so soft! Here are the facts about my experience getting laser hair removal treatment at SkinSpirit ; - I was interested in a full Brazilian bikini and underarms treatment - I bought a packages of 5 treatments for each of the areas - After the 5 sessions, I got one complementary session + paid for 3 more additional sessions - After 9 sessions, my bikini area was nowhere close to being done, my underarms were doing better, but still needed additional sessions - I went for a consult to another clinic, since I was getting disappointed with the results. The technician I saw could not believe I had 9 sessions on my bikini (I agree) - The other clinic said I need a few more sessions for the underarms (2-3 sessions more, which makes the total sessions (11-12) still considered a lot for underarms), but fore my bikini I need a whole other package (5+ sessions), so basically I am starting from the beginning with the Brazilian bikini area. SkinSpirit used a different system for my underarms vs the bikini area. The system they use is not as effective as other clinics so they keep charging you for each additional session. - I paid a total of just below 3 grand to SkinSpirit with minimal results and now I have to pay for an additional Brazilian bikini packages elsewhere - I started going to another clinic and started seeing results much quicker - I would not recommend this clinic for laser hair removal. Very disappointed with the slow results. Do not waste your money here!

I have been going to see Kim Gluskoter to do a monthly facial for years...As I get (ahem) older, my skin is a lot more variable and I really keep Kim hopping to adapt to whatever is going on at any given time. I never feel like she "phones it in," and she is always asking questions about my routine and daily care to make sure I am getting the best from all worlds. Even if I am having an acne flare-up, I always have peace of mind that Kim will "fix" me and stay on top of it. And aside from the troubleshooting, she keeps my skin smooth and feeling good. I can't recommend her highly enough!

Loved the facility and everyone was quite nice, but my treatment was less than. I've received Botox before from a different medspa, but was hoping to find something closer. The woman doing my treatment put more than necessary leaving me more frozen than desired, and too low changing my eyebrow shape. While she was kind, she seemed rushed, and harsh with the injections even saying I could use numbing creme next time. I've never needed numbing cream before, and never had so much bruising. I will suck up the long commute to the other spa next time.

I love that Kim personalizes the facial to my skin (as opposed to me picking a facial I *think* I want/need from a menu). I love going to SkinSpirit and highly recommend it.

Just book two appointments right off the bat, be patient for the first month while you wait for appt #1 and you'll be off and running towards fantastic skin. September 24th, 2018: I went in today for my very first botox appointment. I worked with Catherine whom I LOVE! She is so warm, caring, easy to talk to and get along with, and quick! I first met Catherine a few months back for my first experience in lip fillers, which is why I came back to her. When I got my filler it was completely painless and looked natural- and I looked and felt great on my wedding day! Today, when I came in for botox, we did a quick consultation and got to work! We just did a little bit on my forehead and within fifteen minutes I was out of there! Their pricing is extremely affordable too. I couldn't recommend Skin Spirit or Catherine more! Also- here's my review from March 2018 (I guess it never posted from my computer but the draft was saved!): I went in today for my first Micropenning treatment and it was fabulous! Kayla (my aesthetician for the treatment) was so warm and kind. She really made me feel at ease. The whole treatment was painless and my skin feels so soft! I am so glad I came in today for my treatment. I’m looking forward to my next treatment!

I had the best filler appointment with Audi!!! You can really tell that she takes pride in her work and wants to give her patients the best result possible. She was constantly stepping back to examine her work at different angles and handing me fresh ice packs to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. Her attention to detail with keeping my comfort level in check and getting proportions of my face to a more natural, aesthetically pleasing look was above and beyond. I had a facial by Leah earlier this evening at Skin Spirit U Village. I used to see her regularly years ago for facials when Skin Spirit was Calidora. I’m not totally sure why I ever stopped going. I’ve been going to all sorts of other places including 5 star resort spas, high end beauty bars and luxury day spas for facials since and have NEVER found anyone that gives a facial as well and as thoroughly as Leah.
