Have been here numerous times the past 10 years, but very disappointed in this last visit. The hot tub and hand washing sinks in the ladies locker area were out of order. My provider was confused about which services I ordered. Am really missing Bonneville Hot Springs spa.

This spa certainly does not fit the expectation for such a wonderful lodge. We stayed in one of the tree houses for Christmas and reserved a couples massage well over a month in advance. Would have been wonderful after our Christmas day hike of Hamilton Mountain, except they lost our reservation and couldn't provide service. Not very professional service and what we saw of the spa is lacking. Wouldn't go back.

Clear cancellation policy but not very clear communication for rescheduling appointments (not actually communicated at all), even with guests that are traveling for their stay. The spa was unable to be flexible in the slightest and said that however late we were would just be taken out of our massage time. Pretty bummed about missing so much time from our anniversary massages just because we hit traffic on the way to the lodge.

I always take my 3 grown daughters for a spa on their birthdays. We thought we'd try Waterleaf spa but we were all so disappointed Was very expensive and doesn't have that spa like atmosphere. Robes were pretty shattered and you share woman's locker room with the lodge guests. Kids and moms were in the hottub and sauna when my treatment was done. Just wanted to hurry and leave. Never will we go to Waterleaf spa again .
