I would like to start off by saying this place is what every Women and Man needs! The idea behind there methods and ideas is beyond anything I have ever seen. I was very honored to be able to get my eyebrows waxed,shaped and tinted by Luba the owner. Luba is an amazing professional women that knows her stuff and does what's best for your the client. I have had years of terrible eyebrows waxing and now I been blessed to have met Luba and her staff. I am planning on seeing her for a evaluation of my overall skin and health well being very excited to see what she says and recommends. Please stop bothering with other waxing salons and go to this place! You will not be disappointed! This place is amazing!

I booked an oxygen facial with their esthetician, while the facial itself was good, I wouldn’t call this service an oxygen facial. My oxygen facial was booked for 60 min, however the actual facial was less than 50min, which is okay, since most of the salons do the same thing. But, oxygen facial is suppose to be the main goal. Based on my experience and previous oxygen facials I got, the master was suppose to cover my whole face with oxygen spending at least 25-35 min doing so. Instead what I got is regular facial plus 5 min of oxygen machine at random spots on my face in the end. I was disappointed but at least I got a special and did not pay the full price. I would recommend this place for regular facials, but go somewhere else for oxygen to get your money worth.

Not only were my results beyond perfect, but the service I received was even better! She didn't oversell her procedure. She was honest and delivered all she said she would; which for me is very important. Meeting her has made this experience all the better! I have worked with Jasmine and am extremely impressed with her. I'll admit as a woman in the "older" spectrum, I never thought a younger woman could understand my skin and concerns. I was wrong. Jasmine is knowledgeable and has a warm, easy-going way of imparting the information. I started with a paid consultation which is definitely worth it. I was able to learn what could be done, the expenses involved, etc. What I also appreciated was going over what I already use and suggestions for me that were natural and inexpensive as well. So I am doing a series of peels and although I am still at the beginning of the process, am just happy with my choice. The offices and rooms are very open, clean and relaxing.

I went to Serenity Bliss Holistic Spa for the first time using my Amazon local voucher and I loved it! I had breakouts on my face, and I tried a lot of facial products, but they didn't help me. I had appointment with Jasmine Vogel and she not only did wonderful job during my deep pore facial, but also she gave me a lot of great recommendations how to solve my skin problems. This is, by far, the best spa I have ever been to. Misty is fantastic! She was actually recommended to me by my naturopath. After changing my diet, as well as using multiple different creams and ointments with no luck, my skin is finally clearing up thanks to Misty! It went from being painful and irritated to less inflamed with no pain. I have received many facials in the past, and every single one of them always ended up irritating those parts of my skin. Misty does not just look at areas on your skin, but goes beyond that and looks at the underlying issues. So many people have noticed how much better my skin is looking. Thank you Misty! I have been a client since Luba simply only had facials. I used to love her service and the suggestions she gave to improve my skin. I have so much hyper pigmentation from acne and through multiple sessions it has reduced a lot. I don't often get Luba as she is always busy but love her team and I have never had a bad experience, always have left feeling happy. The other services offered and teams helping her team are amazing as well, heard from others though I have not tried all. Luba is the cutest most caring person you ever wish to be taken care of, and oh boy does she take great & genuine care of you! Reception is very good at returning calls and emails and have sooo much patience with me because of my crazy schedule. This spa was highly recommended and had such wonderful reviews so I was very much looking forward to my appt today. However, it turned out to be a very, very poor experience that I do not think was handled correctly. I was seen by Jessica Cottrell, who is listed as a Licensed Master Esthetician on the site. Jessica was very kind during my session, but the actual wax was not professional or thorough. The session was about 40 minutes long. The Brazilian Wax was never completed, since Jessica got stuck on one inner strip. She couldn't get it off and proceeded to pick at it, cut the wax with scissors, apply a warm towel to try and loosen it—everything. It was a horrible experience. I have had many Brazilian waxes so I know to expect. This was abnormal in any situation. She seemed confused and lost about how to proceed and when asked what to do, she said she could keep picking at it but showed me with her fingers that there was at least two inches of the hardened wax left and it would continue to be painful as she picked at it. She apologized profusely, which I appreciate, but sent me home with the whole strip of hardened wax still on. I was not completely waxed and was advised to simply "take a hot shower to loosen it." I got dressed and by the time I drove home, my underwear was stuck to the wax and had to be cut off. The "hot shower" was not only incredibly painful on the freshly waxed area, but did nothing since the wax was so think and hard. I spent two hours pulling on it with baby oil, coconut oil and vaseline and cutting it off in little pieces. Not the afternoon I was expecting when I decided to treat myself to a wax at this spa. I'm surprised that no one else was called in to help resolve the issue or get the wax off. I am not the trained professional, and had to resort to the internet to help with removal, which is what the employees should be trained to do.

When I came to Misty in May, I had been struggling with painful cystic acne and severe acne scaring. I was extremely insecure in my own skin. I had tried EVERYTHING and I mean EVERYTHING in attempts to fix the problem. In just 3 short months, Misty changed all of that! I no longer break out thanks to her treatments and nutritional guidance, my scars are a lot less noticeable, and things seem to be getting better everyday. I used to pile on makeup to cover my acne scaring... I wouldn't leave the house without it. Today, I frequently go without makeup and I feel confident doing so. Misty has not only been my esthetician throughout this process but she's been an amazing friend and support system. Her customer service goes above and beyond anyones expectations. They also offer the hydro-facial here which is pretty cool. She gave me some samples to try out for my acne issue and it seems to have been calming down my acne. Unfortunately, i have to write a bad review for this specific spa. My girlfriend and I came into this new place we discovered as we drive by almost everyday and decided too give it a shot. Saturday, we got scheduled for a time that we where really excited about to have a relaxing day. Apparently they thought it was the same person booked for some odd reason and scheduled us back to back, and not together. We left without a service, they did re-book us and the girl as the front desk apologized to us, and told us we would get a discount when we came in next time (that was nice). They have god customer service as everyone there is kind. But, I don't think i will be back here, because they as a professional business need more organizational skills. Thanks Serenity, not this time. Luckily, my girlfriend and I found another spa, we had a delightful experience there and will continue going there.

I've gone to a few different spas in the area, but nothing compared to Serenity Bliss Holistic Spa. I had a lymph drainage and wrap and felt amazing after. Definitely want to do the membership. While in the wrap, we discussed my acne issues that I've had for years, but I have hope now that it will all go away. I have a peel appointment set up and I can't wait for the future of my skin. I've gone to demonologist and doctors and no one paid more attention to me and made me feel excited like the lady I had today. She is very knowledgeable and amazing. 100% recommend to anyone. So relaxing and great atmosphere.

A scam of a company, horrible service. My fiancé bought me an expensive facial for my birthday, when I arrived ON TIME no one was there. We called and no one picked up. We later find out that they scheduled my appointment on a day they were closed. We called back four separate times to get a refund and they did not pick up once, and did not return our voicemails. We still have not been refunded our money, and now have to talk to our bank to dispute it. Incredibly disappointed with this unprofessional company.

I have been in four times already, I saw Carly for laser hair removal, and she did such an amazing job, very kind and sweet and gets the job done right. I felt extremely comfortable with her, and i was very scared since it was my first time. But their laser DOES NOT hurt at all, and gets the job done right. I probably just need two more treatments, and will be done. I also seen Irina for a facial, and i must say she has magical hands. I have gotten facials at other spas before, but nothing like the European facial i got from Irina. She does not rush, although i was late, she was very understanding and took her time, and i felt like they actually care for my skin. Very happy i found this place. Wont go back to any other places, because i think i found the ONE!

After being treated by Luba my skin really started to respond and I have gotten many compliments. Prior to seeing Luba I was seeing another asthetician there and I really liked her but didn't get the same results as I did with Luba. It could be my skin needed the peels and such before the laser, I'm not sure. I drove from gig Harbor so I really felt the value was worth it. They have all the techniques and instruments of medical spas and I appreciate the holistic approach. I will definitely go back again.

At 24 years old, the last thing you want to be dealing with is adult acne. I have tried countless places, spent more than enough money on products and researched every possible site. I went in for a skin consultation and was asked to bring in all of my skin products and make up. I was afraid they were going to tell me to get rid of most of my products and buy their products because my products are not top of the line. But Misty was very honest and told me my skin was amazing and that I only needed one product that will help diminish the lines. I also have some sun spots that I want to get rid of and she explained that with my Asian skin, we need to go little slower with the treatment than other skins.
