I walk by this place all the time, and when I had an awful knot in my neck, I decided to check it out. Unfortunately, the massage did not meet my expectations. I called and asked if they did couple's massages, and they said yes, but when we got there, we were led to entirely separate rooms. We were also never asked what kind of massages we wanted or how long. The massage was OK while it was happening, but when I woke up the next morning, the entire top half of my back was bruised and very painful. All in all, a very disappointing experience.

Staff is very friendly, rooms are clean and they do a very thorough job. I went in for a 60 minute massage and she (Anna) even massaged my hands and scalp, which I've never had anywhere else. I will definitely be returning, Anna is the best! Note though, that the towels are bit small, and I wished they were a little bigger.

My fiancée and I just got massages here and it was great. We did ask for a couples but they put us in separate rooms; however, they were very kind and gave great massages. The towels are pretty rough but definitely not a problem for either of us.

I tried them out a week ago since my back was tight and my usual place couldn’t take me that day. It’s was easily the worst massage I have ever had. I don’t think she had any training because she applied pressure at the places other therapists don’t and it hurt in the bad way . The towel was so worn out that it felt like sandpaper. Won’t go back again.

The woman who worked there is kind. The space is clean, and the massage was fine. I asked if they do walk-ins when I called, she said yes, and I asked for an hour massage. She said they have a client at 11:30 and might only be able to do a half hour....because she was the only staff there. The most frustrating thing was how much she used her phone to text and call another staff member, to tell her to come in. This interrupted the massage a lot. I gave her a $7 tip at the end and she scoffed at me, giving me a dirty look...but if you keep leaving someone on the massage table for 2-3 minutes at a time about five or six times, it gets annoying. I understand this was a circumstance she was under, but I wish it was different, and it affected my expedience.

Very different massage techniques. I needed another massage to recover from this one. I felt like I had been beat with rocks and was in pain for the next week, and she didn't even do deep tissue. I wouldn't be surprised if she was not licensed. I had no relief from the pain I went in for. Also it reeked of bleach, not very relaxing. I regret checking them out, I paid $60 for what should have been a $20 massage.

Hurt lower left back. I called and asked if they can massage my back. They said yes. I arrived early and the lady came and asked me what number? I didn’t understand her and she pointed to a board. I said I just need my lower left back massaged. I said one hour is okay. I haven’t had a massage ever and it seemed this lady didn’t speak English. Nobody else was working. She said come and go in this room. I went in a dark room and she shut the door behind me. Didn’t say anything or tell me what to do, just pointed to the massage table. When she came in she never once spoke a word until the massage was done, she said, “ ok all done”. I never once had my lower left back massaged and was extremely disappointed! I of course was respectful and said thank you. When I went to pay I asked why my lower back wasn’t massaged and she didn’t understand me. I read reviews before coming in and I must’ve came at the worse time because that was a terrible experience, especially for my first time. Best thing is she got me in right away and second is the music. Worse thing is the lady didn’t understand me and my really sore back didn’t get massaged once.

Its not too bad and not too good...
