Love the Ladies only Olympus Spa! I purchased a 10 pack of entry certificates. It’s one way to make this activity more affordable plus I share them with my friends. The pools and just right in 4 different temperatures. I enjoy languishing and relaxing and letting all my troubles melt away. Remember going on your birthday you get 1/2 prince entry!

I cannot rate this highly enough. I make my husband drop $500 every year on mother's day so I can spend a day getting utterly pampered while he gets to take the kid! In-between those times, I try to drop in for their hot tea room and saunas!! This place is worth every cent and I recommend all women go!!!

My husband sent me there for my birthday. I had a pedicure with Sarah and it was seriously the most enjoyable pedicure Ever. The products they use smell amazing and feel wonderful on the skin. Also had a facial with Mary -she is amazing; felt like she had 8 hands working on me. So nice. They really treat you right at Olympus Spa.

This place is amazing, I wish I had known about it sooner! We just lounged around the pools and hot rooms, and ate at the restaurant. It was awesome, freeing, and relaxing. I am definitely going back for the moisturizing scrub service, probably for my birthday when entry is free! Also on the first visit they will give you a tour, so don't worry about feeling out of place.

Extraordinary place, my 2nd visit. Had their basic scrub and enjoyed the Salt Room, Sauna, and Steam Room as well as most of the heated soaking pools. Steam room was a little lacking in amount of steam output. Only negative was when they interrupted my scrub with an offer to upgrade and 5 minutes later on whether I wanted a Honey & Milk facial. I was enjoying the scrub and 1/2 asleep so didn't appreciate the interruptions.

Got there right after opening on a Monday morning hoping to avoid the crowds. There are signs posted about every two feet in this place designating it a silent zone and asking you to whisper. In spite of that, the place filled up with groups of loud, constant chatter you could hear in every corner. Steam, sauna, everywhere, chatter,chatter, chatter. Seriously loud and distracting. Staff does nothing to enforce the "policy". I have read through a lot of other reviews and a few reviewers have tried to say that people are "miserable" or "don't understand the Korean spa" because others have complained about the noise. Nice try. It is seriously disappointing to drive 80 miles and spend $43 for a day pass and $20 for lunch only to have to listen to a bunch of cackling hens while I'm trying to relax. If I wanted to do that I could just go to Starbucks, and save a lot of money. Oh, and I went to the Lakewood facility years ago and it was absolutely silent, and the first time I went to this one (July 2017) it was a LOT quieter. If they have changed the policy then they should just take down all the signs and let it be a free for all, instead of misleading people into thinking they're going to have a quiet environment. I do love all the tubs, heat rooms, etc and there isn't anything like it where I live, but I'm not sure I'll be going back after this rather disappointing experience.

I've been pretty sick over the last year and have been going to Olympus as a part of self-healing and recovery. It has been a God-send up until a few days ago, when a family crisis occurred during my all-day-pass stay. In order to respect others I planned on having a vital phone conversation in my car. I got fully dressed and handed my locker key to the front desk person. No one else was in the front lobby, and I clearly told her I had to run to my car and would be right back. She gave me my car keys in exchange for the locker key and I headed outside to make a phone call. The party I needed to reach wasn't available so I headed back in a few minutes later, to find out she had given my locker key away to someone else (I had left all my personal belongings and wallet, etc. in the locker so this was a bit alarming). I mentioned again that I had just ran out to my car and had already told her I would be back. She went to get the locker key back from whomever she gave it to, but did not offer an apology to me for the mistake. Seeing as though it was the first time I had ever had a problem at Olympus I overlooked it and continued to the restaurant to have lunch. Following lunch, I decided to try and attempt to make the phone call again. The crisis which I will not get into here was weighing heavily on my mind and heart, and it was difficult to relax and enjoy myself. I was eager to make the phone call and have it over and done with. I again gave my locker key to the same front desk person and mentioned I needed to make another phone call so my car keys were returned to me once again. As things happened, the call was intense and lengthy, and following 40 minutes or so I re-entered the spa, emotionally distraught and with a few tears to boot. I thanked the front desk person for my locker key, gave her my car keys, and headed for the locker room. Once there, I was cornered by a women named Katie, who lectured me about leaving the spa and how I should have been charged a re-entry fee for being gone so long. I told her I just left to make a difficult phone call and was dealing with a family crisis. She was completely unsympathetic and condescending, and told me it didn't matter and they have this policy because "some people leave to go eat." Her manner was rude and it was inappropriate to corner me in the locker room. I've given a lot of business to Olympus and always eat at their delicious restaurant. I had no intentions of depriving them of any additional income and tried to explain my situation. Needless to say, I no longer felt welcome and left the spa immediately. As a result of this terrible experience it seems Olympus has grown fat with profits, and being a place of refuge and tranquility for women to escape their aches, pains, and troubles has been replaced with the pursuit of the bottom line. In the slight chance anyone in management reads this, I advise A) if you are charging nearly $40 for an all-day pass, you give what the customer has paid for - all day access. At the very least, have policies clearly - and kindly - communicated by the front desk staff at the time a customer needs to step out. And B) hire staff members who have been properly trained in customer service and know how to treat customers with kindness and respect. I won't be back.

Olympus is the perfect place to go for relaxing. I love soaking in the various tubs and laying in the heated rooms. This is a very body positive place, so be prepared for women of all shapes, sizes and nationalities. I've gone with friends, sisters and mothers; they have all felt very comfortable.

Love love love love this place. It's my escape from everything. My favorite part is to go soak in the tubs and steam rooms. There are many other rooms to relax in where you can stay dry. My favorite service are the body scrubs. Your skin is so soft and beautiful for days afterwards. I appreciate that it has a restaurant during the day so you can show up and stay however long you'd like with out starving. One thing I'm asked about often is "are you naked the whole time?" No. The only place where everyone is naked is the room with hot tubs, steam rooms and where the scrubs take place. In the other dry rooms everyone is wearing a robe. You could go for a massage, etc and not have to be naked any more than you feel comfortable.

I loved this place but we are not in Korea and I appreciate your rules but too many make us Americans annoyed. I like talking to people so no talking everywhere is cultish. I don't like wearing a cap on my head we dont have lice. I think soften the rules let people talk have two quiet rooms and 1 quiet tub would be good. The place is really unique and a must for spa loving enthusiasts!!

This was such a great experience I was referred to the spa by a friend and I've never been to a spa like this it isn't even I believe Korean inspired Spa it is a naked Spa so once you are inside the facility you can just roll in the locker rooms and use the pool area in the nude they have to sign one is a mineral sonaone is it dry herb summer which was very nice they have three heat rooms a Salt Room a mud and Jade room and a sand room they also have a Himalayan pink salt room all of the benefits of these installments are explained I was in the spa you can also add tea service for $6 I believe to your spa day and you have unlimited tea service in the Tearoom which has a heated for the pool room has five or six Jet Pools of different temperatures and drinks they also have showers and towels and robes for you to use you can spend the whole day here on a day pass wandering through the spa spending time in the lounge areas or using the different pictures there's also a restaurant within the spa that serves Korean food that you can go to that's not open to the public and you can have lunch in there it is very nice I will be back

If only I could live here!! What a great place for a day of personal pampering. The full tea service is wonderful, the blueberry ice tea is very refreshing after laying in one of the hot rooms. The water room is beyond fabulous. So many different temperature range pools to choose from, and then when you're nice and hot take a plunge under the waterfall in the cool pool! A wonderful girls day out, or just a "me" day. Do yourself a favor and allow yourself to be pampered!

This is my happy place. It is so warm, cozy, and relaxing. The spa has 3 hot rooms of different temperatures to relax in, a salt room with a heated floor, a tea room, heated pools of different temperatures, and 2 saunas. There is a Korean restaurant with delicious food also - I love the japchae. I show up when they open and stay until they close. Bring a friend or a good book and you can relax to your heart's content!

Love this place! Affordable, relaxing, nice atmosphere. They have 2 warm hot tubs(92d-95d), 1 warmer hot tub(97d-99d), 1 hot hot tub(102d-105d), and 1 cold tub with waterfall(60d-63d). In with those tubs they have a dry sauna and a steam sauna. They have a mugwort sink, to pour on yourself. They have lockers, a restaurant (serves Asian type food), a sitting area with couches to relax. In the back they have 3 different types if heat rooms. They have several different types of massages you can get at an extra cost. *fyi- this is a naked, ladies only spa*

This place is so much more than just a "womens spa." Its all about relaxing and letting go of the world around you. The restaurant is absolutely fantastic, I'm always struggling to choose what to eat. They've changed some of the policies (like it's only half off your entry on your birthday instead of free) but the overall experience remains wonderful. It can get crowded, and the wait times to get a spot in the restaurant can be a little daunting, but it's all worth it in the end.

I read the reviews mentioning the rats. I would greatly prefer the company of rats to what I had to endure there. It is not relaxing to have to endure other guests who refuse to follow the rules. It's not relaxing to have to leave a rare place in a crowded room to get help. It's not a good deal to buy a membership expecting a safe place to relax. I received an unfair refund that shows this owner has changed from how this place used to be. I would prefer the rats. At least we can see they are rats ahead of time.

Oh my, where do I start.?. After a year of planning my birthday, which is another milestone, the time has come, again, to spend a day at Olympus Spa. I took a flight from the southeast region to the great northwest just to have a personal and extraordinary experience. On arrival I announced, “today is my birthday” and was given half off the day pass. The pools and lounge areas were very clean, as usual, and the staff service is state of the art. I read, played in water, slept, and had a blast! Just didn’t get enough of this place, so I will be returning again soon... to celebrate me all over again. I’m so rejuvenated!

I think the raters here didn't understand what they were getting into going to a Korean-style spa. It's a social experience so of course people will be conversing (it's the same if you go to a spa in Seoul). Olympus provides a wonderful, authentic experience. The scrub is especially invigorating -- wish I could do it more often. The food in the small cafe is excellent as well.

My first message experience was at this location 08/04/2018. The front wasn’t so nice. Other staff was great and very kind. I have had a facial here and body massage. It’s was nice. Some strange hats and a robe that did not let you relax, as if you were in the hospital. Slipper didn’t offer and it was unpleasant to walk shoeless.

As a first time spa-goer, I find this place to be comfortable, clean and inviting. Women of all shapes and sizes were there and the fact that they have plus size robes made for a relaxing experience. Usually I worry about towels being big enough; here that is not the case. I recommend going in the evening when the lights are dim and candles are out. At the end of your stay, pour some of that mugwort tea over your hair, a tip that a fellow patron shared. I used it after washing with the shampoo provided and my hair is now pure silk. Be sure to eat first and drink plenty of water before and during. Bring a water bottle along so you can enjoy the filtered water (probably tastier than the drinking fountain water). I plan to return for a birthday treat; I'm eager to check out their body scrubs. Overall, Olympus Spa is an excellent way to spend an afternoon.

I always enjoy spending several hours here, relaxing and unwinding. I love the day pass - all day access to use the pools, dry rooms, wet and dry saunas...... if you get hungry, there is a small cafe with a variety of Koren dishes. For a special treat, I like to add the tea room for a small fee. Delicious teas and a fun change to make each experience unique.

WOMEN ONLY Better than any massage I have ever had. If you can BE NAKED and relax, let the attendant have control of your body, it will be a memorable experience. Go a few hours before your scrub time and stay a few hours after to enjoy all the various pools and scented, heated rooms. Joyce served me and she did an excellent job. Next time I would take 1 package under premiere and get a pedicure. BEST $130 I have spent in a long time.My skin feels SOooooo smooth and I am like jello.

Every woman should visit Olympus Spa at least once (though once you visit you'll never want to leave). It is not only insanely relaxing at an amazing value, but it is truly such an empowering experience that shows you bodies are just bodies, every single one of them is different, and, contrary to the images we have grown up with, there is no "standard" size, shape, or type. I tell every woman I know about this place and every single one of them has fallen obsessively in love with it once they go. It is really that amazing.

I had liked this place from the start but I decided after the last trip that I would no longer go. Nothing to do with the spa itself, more with some of the women who go there. I go there by myself so that I can relax, not interact or speak with anyone and get some peace of mind. Seems many women go there with their friends and chat up a storm in the pool area and even in the smaller rooms. I really want to tell them to shut up and take their convo to a coffee shop. Rude!

I love this place. It is a great escape from the hustle of everyday life for all women. The day pass is a steal at $40 and you can use the energy rooms and pools all day. I usually do this once every few months and spend about 6 hours there. I've received nail service, massages and the body scrub and would recommend them all, especially the body scrub. Tips: bring high protein snacks, a reusable water bottle, an electrolyte water, books/mags, your must-have toiletries. I would recommend going on a weekday at opening to really enjoy the space. Friday through Sunday are bananas but still really fun, especially w/friends! The only reason this is not 5 stars is because how loud the staff can be in the rooms/hallways/kitchens behind the energy rooms.

Wow- i was very pleased with my services thst i recieved it was my first time so wasn't sure what to expect at all . it was amazing when i was done i felt like a whole new person. I spent a total of around 5 hrs there before leaving to go home . i did a seaweed wrap and massage then hung out in the different pools and the heated therapeutic rooms and it was all so relaxing .will definatly ne going back soon. So worth every last penny spent. If youve never been but have always thought of going someday. I say do it go youll wish you had gone sooner.

Very good service! Although can be confusing if it's your first time. I was given a 7pm appointment. By 6pm I my name was being called I told the lady my appointment was not for another hour. She said she was ready; I followed her and received an amazing oil massage/scrub. 20 minutes later the front desk scheduler came back and said that I had been confused with another client and I was scheduled for a different service. She insisted I pay for the additional service. Fortunately the masseuse agreed it had been her mistake she had called my name (not common ) and even when I asked about the time difference she insisted it was me. no additional fee was charged once I did receive my massage and wrap they were amazing. And now I have a very funny story. ..next time I'll try their oil scrub service

You can easily spend all day here. Upon entering you get a robe, a small and a big towel and there is nice soap, shampoo and conditioner in the showers. There are enough therapeutic rooms to relax in between the wet room/sauna, the dry sauna and jet pools. The cold plunge is spacious enough for a dozen people. I haven't done it but the treatments look very professional and well done.

Overall the spa experience was okay. The massage and body scrub was great. I didn't get a chance to enjoy the room, it was small and too crowded. Guess I came on a busy day. The front desk girls were rude and demanding. Also the restaurant is small and the wait staff seems to hate their job. They got our orders wrong, forgot to put in some of order, and was very slow. Waited over an hour for our food and on top of that the waitress had attitude and no smile. Not once did they apologize for getting the order wrong or making us wait. I wouldn't make an effort to come back unless it was convenient for me.

My brother gave me money for my birthday! I made an appointment for spa and massage (I used to live in Arlington so was familiar with the Lynnwood location). Very nice woman took my reservation. I came in and she showed me around.. showered, went into the wet room. Don’t like those 2 small pools. Tight quarters. Showers open, no big deal except that they face the pools. Design in Lynnwood is much better and brighter. I really wanted to soak in the pool in the corner at the perfect temperature. It was being hogged by a group of girls that talked and laughed nonstop. Finally one of them got out so I took my chance and I went in they made room for me and continue to talk about their personal relationships I heard about the wife whose husband’s mother died I learned about the young girl who was recovering from tragedy I heard things that I, as a stranger should never hear, yet these girls just kept going on and on and on. It completely ruined my relaxation of soaking in that warm pool. These conversation should be had at a therapy session or in a bar or in a board room not in a spot where people are spending their hard earned money to come and relax!!!! One nice employee came in with a big sign reminding people that we are supposed to speak in whispers. They got quiet for about 60 seconds and then went on with their shenanigans I do not blame management for this. Just wanted to share, YOU ARE NOT THE ONLY ONE IN THIS SPA! Please respect others in this quiet atmosphere

Very relaxing to go to this spa. My friends have been going for years and I never had the courage because I am body shy around strangers. However, we are all women there and no one cares. The hot pools are so relaxing and it is invigorating to go into the cold pool after being in the 104 degree pool for a while or after the sauna. I have had pedicures there and they have a cafe or tea room. Very relaxing and enjoyable.

Wonderful relaxed atmosphere. Everyone is so nice. The hot rooms are so comfortable, the sand and charcoal was my favorite. There is a nice ambiance of ocean sounds that plays in the room. The baths are all so comfortable too. Even the cold bath with the waterfall is great! Make sure you try the mugwort bath before you leave. My whole body has never been softer.

Been going to Olympus and loving the place for 15 years. Best Korean style day spa in the Seattle area. I bought 20 passes for all my friends and family this Christmas. I know my scrubber Joanne by name and always request her! Olympus has a wet area and a dry area and a Korean restaurant within. The wet area has 3 hot tubs, a cold pluge, a steam sauna, and dry sauna. It is where the scrubs and moisture treatments take place as well. You can be nude in this area, it's all women, the whole place. In the rest of the spa you must don your pink robe with matching shower cap. There are several heated rooms to lounge around in. The mud and Jade room is the hottest at 170°, the Elvin Stone has been bags and is only 90°, the Sand room and Charcoal room are both 150° and my favorites, there is a salt room that I think is 130°, and there is a Chill room I think 60°. Olympus is a very relaxing place. Over the years I have tried all their treatments, yes all of them. I think the scrub is far superior to anything else they offer. It cost 90$ I believe and entrance to the spa is $40. You can have a very nice day just lazing about the facility and having Korean food lunch or dinner at some point. Anyway I do love this place obviously and maybe you're wondering why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. The front desk staff is why. They are non chalant to the point of rude and just don't seem to care. I have experienced this the last two times I went Aug 2018 and Jan 2019. However this most recent time when I was leaving I saw them treat another woman who I didn't know this way. I couldn't hear exactly what was said but could tell she was leaving upset and irritated and the front desk staff had a "so what" we wanna close and get out of here attitude. The last thing you wanna feel is irritated after you have spent a lot of time and money to relax. Anyway I wish they'd hire a more gracious front desk staff. Additionally when I bought 20 gift certificates online for my friends and family before Christmas, they took two weeks to mail them to me. They typed on them in TWO places the amount I had paid for them. I felt embarrassed to give them as gifts. I have purchased them at the spa before and there was nothing written on the certificate about how much it coats. I called the spa and told them my dilemma. I was told they should be able to fix it for me, but she wasn't totally sure, and that a manager would call me back. No one EVER called me back. I ended up putting stickers on them to cover up the amounts and gave them anyway. But just another reason I feel the front desk staff has fallen short.

Also, did a hair treatment that smells amazing. You will benefit by being SUPER comfortable being naked. (For doing the body treatments or relaxing in the tubs-which I am not, but you just do it. ) Only recs, the meditation room is in a poor location. Lots of noise, not enough comfy spots to relax in. I tried booking an appointment on the website. It is semi-confusing to navigate to the goal, but not horrible. My only real complaint is that it strictly will not allow a booking within 2 weeks. I'm sure this is a limitation of the web integration with their reservation booking, but I nearly didn't book as a result. My most wonderful wife said all she wants for her bday is a spa day at Olympus. She has never been but has heard good things. Here we are. I called and spoke with Jenny. She helped me navigate bookings for super short notice appointments. She was exceptionally patient with me while I compared prices, and schedule/availability on the call. She helped me understand the services and the best way to take advantage of them. She had absolutely zero frustration with me, when she very easily could have gotten irritated. Most excellent customer service Jenny. We are buying the package. I'm jealous I don't get a spa day myself. I guess I'll put some water in the kids pool and lay out eating Cheetos. Again.

I booked a scrub and massage a week in advance. When I got to the spa, the cashier asked me if i had ever been before. I said no, and all they said was, "enjoy the spa". They didn't give me any additional info about how the services worked or where to go. I winged it and noticed the employees giving tours to other people who had never been to the spa when i stopped an employee to ask about whether i needed to be someplace special to check in for my scrub. It didn't make me feel like a valued guest, especially at tge extravagant price of my birthday gift. The women who performed the services were wonderful. I was scrubbed clean enough to gleam! And the massage was brilliant. The spa has soaps and lotions and all the things a woman could want to pamper herself.

The facilities and staff are great. Attentive, friendly staff, and their restaurant menu is wonderful. The spa visitors? Not so much. Lots of obliviousness (yakking loudly with friends in the quiet treatment rooms) and "rules for thee but not for me" types who disregard the clear procedures and requests from staff posted all over the spa. Went in looking forward to a relaxing evening there, but left feeling, well, not relaxed. Spoke with staff, who admitted that it's been challenging at times, trying to enforce their policies with people who disregard them. I would go back to the spa again, but not as often as I'd planned, and not on weekends, when it's most crowded.

This spa is AMAZINNNNNNG. Every woman should go here at least one time in their life. Your life will be forever changed! Things to know: -This is a nude spa! But don't let that stop you. It was awkward for about 5 minutes then you could care less. -Shave the day before! - BRING A PLASTIC WATER BOTTLE. The goal is to detox and sweat a ton in all of the spas, saunas, and rooms. Which means - you need water so you don't pass out. There are fountains all over but it would have been nice to have a water bottle. -Soak in the spas before the full body scrub. GET A FULL BODY SCRUB! it was weird at first but they take all of the dead skin off of you and literally scrub your whole body. It was incredible! -Eat at the restaurant!(: -Sit in the massage area for peace and quiet before your massage - we took little naps here. -After your massage, go into the salt room. -Then drink lots of water. -Go back to the spas -Then relax in the charcoal room then end in the jade room. I will be back very very soon!!!!

I'm giving Olympus Spa 2 stars for nostalgia's sake because I've been going to the spa for years - otherwise I'd give it one star . It USED to be a great place to go and relax. You could leisurely wander into a hot room and have a meditative, healing experience. Lately however the spa has been a MOB SCENE and it's hard to get into the hot rooms anymore. It's absolutely overcrowded. Seems like they are way over selling and stuffing way too many people into the spa for the size of space they have. My last experience consisted of waiting my turn to TRY (and thats the optimal word) to get into one of the rooms, and when I finally did I was tightly sandwiched in between a bunch of sweaty women. It is hard to step in between the legs of some reclining person to get to an open spot on the floor without fear of tripping over them. Most of the women there were with friends and chatting often not at a whisper. In the hot tub area, most of the tubs were constantly full and it felt more like a sorority social event. The whole experience left me frustrated and annoyed. Tried going again on a Friday afternoon--took one look at how many people were there and walked out. It's really too bad.

Truly the most blissful way to take a day off. I highly recommend: restaraunt for a quick bite (excellent when visiting with friends!), then all day in the pools with visits to their tea room throughout the day. Incredibly comfortable environment and helpful staff!

Amazing place! Very comfortable and relaxing. I was apprehensive about the pools being nude, but it wasn't awkward at all. Everyone was very respectful, staff was attentive and helpful. I get the Korean body scrub which is basically a massage and a scrub because of show well they do. The restaurant inside is good but I wouldn’t recommend the waffle rice wraps (Baps), those were gross lol but other than than, love this place! Allow for at least four hours if not more (if you have a service done)

I had a blissful experience at Olympus Spa. It was my first experience at a Korean spa, and I know I will be returning. I had Bobbi for my rejuvenation package, full body exfoliation and moisturizing, and it was sublime. She was very kind and guided me through the service. The soaking pools, locker rooms, and various heated rooms were a treat to use. I had dinner there after my services and it was a great way to wrap up the experience. Highly recommend, if you’re thinking about going just do it!

This place has good food and great services it’s a women’s haven ! I felt transported to another planet of relaxation who knew Lynwood had such a hidden paradise, all the workers were very helpful and sweet Already planning a girls trip with my sisters and mom for Mother’s Day ! The most luxurious experience I've ever had. I went for the massage; I get massages relatively frequently (birthday, treating my mom for Mother's Day) and the massage I received at Olympus Spa was great. The rooms at the facility were a great space to relax in. My favorites were the Sand room (140 degrees, sand on the ground with fabric covering the whole floor so no sand escaped and stone/sand walls), the Himalayan Salt room (140 degrees, pink salt bricks on the walls), the Charcoal room (140 degrees, charred logs decorating the walls), and finally, the Chill room (60 degrees cool down space). I didn't make much use of the saunas as I did not build up in heat enough. But my friend loved the space. Finally, the hot tub area was amazing. There were several different temperature tubs (ranging from 60 to 104), and many women sat in them preparing for their body scrubs. There was also a running faucet that fell into a basin with tea bags in it; they had bowls for you to pour over your skin after the hot tub. Overall, an amazing experience. I'll be sure to return when I visit Seattle; I hope to find a similar experience somewhere in San Francisco.

My sister and I have been coming here for a decade. My favorite treatment is a full body scrub, followed by a moisturizing treatment. Many times I just pay the entry fee and spend hours in the pools, warm/hot rooms, and napping on the warm marble floors. Plan to eat in the little Cafe while barefoot and in a robe. This is my favorite local place to spend a minimum of four to six consecutive hours relaxing.

This spa was amazing! I went here for a Bachelorette party, with 6 or 7 people ajd they were very nice about it. I love their selection of rooms and hot tubs as well as their saunas too. You have to love the Naked Lady Day Spa! The treatments are excellent (if a bit spendy, but hey, it's a spa!) and the staff is warm and friendly. The atmosphere is one of total relaxation and self-care, which is perfect. No one is pushy, no one is weird, everyone is just blissed the eff out. It's perfection. I go as often as I can! Not for pregnant, nursing, or menstruating women, though. Heads up! They have a bunch of rules, so call ahead if you're planning to visit.

This place is obviously discriminative. I went to the restaurant and shared the same table with an American lady. At the time when we both about to leave, a waitress approached the table and asked the American lady:” Would you like some more water before you leave?” The American said no then the waitress walked away, without asking me a word. It was too bad I jot down more than 20% tip to them as my habit. After the fact, I would want to cross out my tip but I felt not right to do so, so I left the tip alone, but I would want to say they should treat everyone at the facility equally to deserve a gratitude.

This is a women only spa with baths, saunas, resting areas and several rooms with heated floors. They offer massage, body scrubs and facials as well. It's a wonderful, relaxing, energizing experience.

Pros: women only, everything is provided (shampoo, towels, water), there is a restaurant and tea bar. The boutique appearance, plenty of room, a gentleman who stays outside of the spa when it gets dark to ensure patron's safety. Restaurant personnel is very warm and creates welcoming atmosphere. Cons: services are overpriced, some women who I saw seemed to be in no position to use common bathing areas with others for health reasons. If I can see it and other women who leave the tub right after one of those women get in ,then surely the personnel can ask for a doctor's release from them. It's not about judgement, it's about hygiene. Also, seems that they have cut their maintenance expenses and that caused lower quality of services. Our last visit we have noticed that the dry spa door was broken and couldn't be shut tightly but stays ajar, the hot rooms are no longer hot, they dont really attend to the herbal well and it either stays scolding hot or they just leave the cold water run washing away whatever herbs there are.

This was a unique experience. My skin is baby soft after having a 50 min body scrub. The spa rooms required laying on the floor on mats. I found that it added to my painful back. The premises were very clean. I also had a massage . The therapist helped relieve my aches.

I received a gift certificate for a 1/2 off entry fee and massage for my bday. Unbeknownst to the person gifting this gift certificate I was on my flow on my birthday and couldn’t enter the spa. This info wasn’t shared with my friend when he bought the gift certificate and I only knew because I read the pamphlet. I was forced to reschedule and to pay the additional $20 for the entree fee. I think that was unfair, especially had it been my 1st time there and it was explained before gift certificate being purchased. My other issue is that I visited there the day after my bday to pick up my gift certificate, my friend had flowers and balloons waiting for me that the staff failed to give me. Now why would you take something delivered there for client and you have their info on the gift certificate and could have called them? Do better Olympus !

I have always had a wonderful experience at Olympus Spa. It's the best place to completely relax and unwind with your fellow ladies. Some people I know have been concerned about the pool nudity rule (no swimsuits or clothing of any kind are permitted in the pool/spa room) - I have to say that it's completely professional, extremely clean, sanitary, and private - there's no way anyone from the outside can see in. I got a pedicure at Olympus Spa and it's the best pedi I've ever had - definitely worth the $$. The only issue I've ever had with this place is sometimes the girls who work the reception desk aren't that friendly. This has only happened a few times (not every time. Maybe they were having a stressful day?). Other than that, this place is fantastic and I recommend it to any lady out there who is looking for a safe place to completely be herself and unwind.

The restaurant is not nearly as good as it used to be. I will avoid eating here in the future and I once really looked forward to eating the food. I don't get services because the massages and body scrubs are too aggressive for my tender skin. It remains a nice place to warm up and to socialize with other women. I enjoy this spa to unwind, relax and soak. Bonus is the scrub....if you haven't tried it, do, you will never be so smooth and clean. Great in the winter to warm the body and soul. They used to offer free entry on your birthday....not sure if they still do. Busy on the weekends, if you can go some weekday evening for the most quiet time.

Loved how friendly the staff was. Plenty of parking during the week and was not crowded. Day pass provides access to healing rooms and waters. Tea room available for $7.00 more. Rated down by 1 star due to damage to one of the pools they used masking to fix. No outside food. No cell phone use past the lobby. Located a little bit back from the road. Healing waters you are naked, then wear paper thin robes around. Their restaurant, in my opinion, wasn’t that great. I was excited for different flavors but found the menu lacking.

The front staff was horrible. They didn't explain things well even when asked multiple times. They seemed to not want to help. Then I was asked to pay for my services piror to having a massage. I have never had to do that and I have worked in spa's and have never asked a client that. Then we werr told that if we wanted to leave a tip that would be a second transaction and we would be charged a surcharge for tipping using a debt card. Depending on the amount tipped the surcharge would go up. We didn't pay for a day pass that means you aren't allowed a locker unless you pay 41$. As for my service- I had a 80 minute massage and it was WONDERFUL! Cathy was great and very pleasent! I wish she worked somewhere else so I could go back to see her. I will not be returning and will definitely NOT be recommending this place. First impression really matter and the front staff should be better trained.

I have been here a few times, and always leave feeling relaxed, and refreshed! I had the coffee body mosturization and facial last night, and the smell was devine! I would highly reccomend spending the extra money to get tea room access, and try out the resturant inside. I have noticed your experience can depend heavily on other guests. There were a couple times where I felt people were speaking at inappropriately high volumes for a spa. This does not reflect the business though, so I still believe they deserve 5 stars!

A fusion of American and Korean spa amenities. Massage/etc. are priced a little high because the price of the other facilities is included. The dry saunas are amazing. I love the little things, like soap provided for showers, and hair dryers in a mirrored area. Very calm and relaxing. I recommend going early in the day, or on a weekday to avoid crowds.
