I have been going here for over 4 years. It took awhile to find the right therapist. I had one who was too hard. Then one too soft. Then one who was talking as if my chi was off instead of a massage. That person was the worst. Then I found Heather. She is very friendly, helpful and really seems to want me to feel better. Instead of being Ridgid, she is polite and shows interest in me as a person. I give her a 9.7 Now as far as Massage Envy... The staff is nice and friendly. No idea who the manager is even after 4+ years. When I have my extra massage in the month, I'm told to keep a card with a stamp and every 10 visits I get a free massage. After 4 years, I have had 2. I go in every two weeks religiously. I would like that the massage company keep track of them for us as a surprise when we hit the free visit. I think I am owed about 12 free massages?

good experience until I tried to cancel. while doing the canceling I asked multiple times that it was for both me and my wife, every time they said yes. they did not tell me that we had to do two separate cancellation papers. I have been charged more than I have agreed to. I am still waiting for a response concerning the cancellation of both memberships. I was able to speak with the manager and she was able to cancel the membership over the phone, no questions asked, but I wouldn't go back.

I have been a member of Massage Envy for over 4 years now and this massage was by far the worst I have ever received. The masseuse was a very bubbly happy young lady and I appreciate that, but feel as if she has not had enough training. I went in for a relaxing massage and now feel as if I came out of a physical therapy appointment. I should have told her she was hurting me, but I for some reason let her keep going because I thought she would get better. I called to speak with the manager and she instructed the staff member to take a message and she would call me back after her meeting. I left her with some details of what happened during the massage and did not receive that call back. I will be going to a different location next time.

I recently cancelled my membership at the Mall 205 location because the manager was incredibly rude to me. I cancelled it well over 10 days before my next monthly charge should have gone through (per their policy). The date of the monthly charge passed, but the following day my card was charged and then later refunded. I was at a different location to ask about using my hours, and I asked them about this. They said they had been having issues with the Mall 205 location too, and that the Mall 205 location had been moving cancellation dates and playing with charges (waving them on the date they usually go through, but then putting them through the next day) to make their numbers look better. I never write negative reviews, but I am extremely uncomfortable with these kind of dishonest business practices. My account should have been closed a week before it was charged, and they were not authorized to charge my card when they did. Bad customer service is one thing, but shady practices like these are a whole other ballgame.

It seems as if a lot has changed since my first initial experience. All the sweet front desk Ladies have left or are now gone. It is an understatement how much a friendly face makes a difference. The last few time I have utilized my membership I have regretted the massage. I will no longer resume my membership after this month. With employees not knowing how to do the job and with constant reminders to buy facial products even though I am still well stocked after the last visit I have finally hit my limit. I will be trying some new massage places recommended instead.

Well I can't judge it clearly.. because I went on a Friday about 2 pm and I didn't get out to a little after 4 o'clock p.m. so a very long time.. but only i got up there it went pretty fast. So it was okay just still a long wait.

Went straight downhill. Used to be a loyal and happy customer. Now, awful customer service and the good masseuses have left. I would recommend looking very closely before get a membership!! Double close if your planning on adding someone with your membership. My membership now feels like a cell phone contract with no coverage and extra charges.. Done!

I was scheduled and they told me the wrong time. They didn't do reminder call otherwise the right time would have had a second chance at getting corrected. I showed up to my appointment and the front desk girl said she called me 15 minutes after my appointment to see if I was coming before she gave the time to someone else. I’ve had two massages at this location. The first one was fine but the walls are very thin and I could hear noise from the businesses next door including a loud crash that made me and the masseuse jump. The second massage was not great. The masseuse kept coughing; I was on the other side of the building this time and this time I could hear a different set of noises from a different business; and the masseuse has a callous or hangnail or something that was scratching me. I won’t be returning to this location.

I've been a member here for well over a year and always have very positive experiences. I was shocked to see so many poor reviews. You have to be willing to try a few therapists to find the one who's style best matches what you are looking for, but its easily done. They are professional, I've never had a billing problem and love the reminder calls that I have a massage already paid for if I haven't been in for a while.

Without a doubt, the worst massage I have ever received. I'll admit--I was seduced by the low price and decided on a 90 minute massage. About 25 minutes into the ordeal, I almost asked the therapist to stop. We discussed deep tissue massage, focusing on my upper back and hips. She literally squirted some oil on my back and kind poked/ rubbed it with no rhythm or intention. I had to ask my boyfriend to work out the knots in my shoulders later that day. Also: everyone that checked in after me was offered water ( I wasn't), and my intake didn't start until 10 minutes into my appt. time, and they were overly aggressive with trying to get me to join their "club." This is the SuperCuts of massages--steer clear!
