This establishment goes through so many therapists, it's ridiculous! I had the greatest therapist that was all of a sudden gone and they called me that morning to cancel my appointment. I had 2 sessions paid through my membership for a total of $120 that they wouldn't let me use since I had cancelled my membership the prior month. Now I'm out $120 and will never go back there again.

Every time I come to Massage Envy to my therapist is a 5 experience. She is the absolute best! Sorry I won't share her name as she is very tough to get to see as it is. There are MANY other very good therapists in Issaquah at ME.

I was just in a car accident, and made that clear to the receptionist. She let me know she had an appointment in 15 min, so I dropped everything and drove down to the shop. Filled out paperwork, reiterating that I was in an accident yesterday. Get into the room, and the therapist tells me they can’t work on anyone within 72 hours of accident. So, I just wasted my last opportunity to get in for a massage anywhere else today because they can’t get their policies together. Total receptions fail. No apology, nothing. Will never return.

About a year after cancelled my membership, they started charging my card again without my knowledge or permission. When I discovered the fraudulent charges, I contacted them multiple times, and was lied to each time. On 4 occasions they promised to have a manager call me to fix this, but they never called. Finally I got an email saying they would credit back the fraudulent charges. But they never issued credits. Then months later, they are doing more fraudulent charges to my card. They act like it's no big deal, which indicates to me that this is simply routine for them.

Four Cancelled appointments on the day of within 2 months. Very unprofessional - i dont care how good your massage's are - terrible customer service. How can you cancel on the day of FOUR TIMES. Never coming back here and telling everyone I know to do the same.

The staff here were absolutely amazing kind and friendly and seem to be genuinely concerned about my health and my needs. Oksana gave me the best facial I've ever been given and I'm almost 50 I would highly recommend getting a facial at the store

Great therapist and good massage and I am happy with that, however receptionist literately told me that I have to tip her, what for?! Unprofessional... and I left the establishment with thought that I will never come back!
