Wow...the quiet, spa ambiance coupled with personalized massage and facial experiences....I hope no one else shows up so I can get another appointment!

This was completely the best experience at a spa I have had in a long time. I enjoyed the repose signature spa package. My husband and I have frequented many spas across the country including in Phoenix, Arizona and Honolulu, Hawaii to experience an array of services offered. Mariposa day spa will join my highest-ranking spa visit experiences due to the atmosphere, friendliness of staff, and high-quality services offered. My husband is currently deployed leaving me at home with our three children and to run my business which invokes a lot of stress and tension in my life. Upon leaving the spa I felt so relaxed, rejuvenated, and ready to get back in the fight for the next few months while my husband is gone. I cannot recommend this spa enough! The only different experience I had while relaxing here was the rooms are not completely private. They are separated by long heavy opaque curtains which allowed me to hear the conversation whispers in the next room. The music was so relaxing and the massage was just as I wanted so the whisper did not bother me at the slightest. I will definitely return!!!

My MIL and I had a great experience. We had facials with light massage. It was comfortable and peaceful. There are only curtains separating the spaces so I could hear people talking. It wasn't to distracting. I would go back again. I made an error in my reservation and they still accommodated us so that was great.

I really want to like this place... it’s the perfect, cutest little place in Snohomish.... but the owner is awkward, as are her staff, and not very good with customer service. And I get a ton of massages.... but I just wanted a nice spa to go to on occasion with friends/husband. The last time I went was with a friend, I paid for mine up front at the time of booking and then said my friend would pay for her’s on her own. When we went to leave, they acted like payment was taken care of. So then I was left with the awkward place of having to say to my friend that I wasn’t paying for her massage (Right there in front of the two ladies). They didn’t step in to help or excuse their error either. Generally I’ve learned, trying to set up appointments over the phone (especially for a couple ppl), is so frustrating. I’ve called a few times to ask about some “couples” massages. I always feel so uncomfortable and anytime I ask questions, the owner is just kind of weird about it. My husband has never had a massage, so I asked about things they could do to help him feel more comfortable, and she just wasn’t super accommodating and at one point replied with, “so is he just super self conscious?”.... even in her calm/spa voice (lol)...it’s annoying and condescending!

My entire experience here was very relaxing. Having never been to a spa and being a shy person, I felt very comfortable. The massage was perfect and the facial that I had has made my skin feel so beautiful! My Mom and I went together and we plan on going back. ❤️

My experience at Mariposa Day Spa was nothing short of professional, luxurious and RELAXING. I did the Surrender package (foot soak, massage & facial). I was greeted at the front door by name (literally, at the front door!), and was pampered like a princess for 2 straight hours. I could not have asked for a better experience! To top it off, they use the best of the best skin care products that Cathy taught me how to use/why, which is really important to me. Do yourself a favor... and treat yourself to an appointment at this spa!

Tiffany was my massage therapist and let me tell you... She is AMAZING! she was constantly checking with me to make sure the pressure was good enough. She hit muscles I didn't even know I had. All the stress from work just melted away at Mariposa! My boyfriend and I got couple massages and his was great too! We feel like completly new people, rested and relaxed, this was my very first professional massage and I can say without a doubt that we will definitely be back! Love this place!

Had the worst massage ever! I feel like she broke a rib. I have been in the most excruciating pain for 3 weeks now. I do regular massages elsewhere but received a gift certificate for xmas so I thought I'd try it out. I'm surprised by the reviews and wonder if others have had any issues.
