The atmosphere and layout at this salon is very unique. Amazing how big each room is. Very relaxing and quiet. Great place to celebrate special occasion for a romantic couple. They have table and plates I recommend bringing a basket of fruits or some food and a bottle of bubbles so you can enjoy it after your massage. I was a little disappointed with the massage. It wasn't all that great but overall the facilty is fun and amazing.

A friend told me about this place who visited for the first time and had good things to say. I Purchased a Groupon and decided to use it for my birthday. I was actually pleased with the massage I received in addition to the spa facilities. I will recommend this spa to anyone looking for a place to relax and unwind without the long drive. It's local and clean inside the remodeled Commerce Casino. I even had valet parking for $2.

Surprised my boyfriend with a couples' spa night at The Little Red Day Spa and it was truly amazing! The ambiance, the warm and welcoming staff, the complimentary wine and the artwork is unmatched! Pictures don't do it justice. We booked the Tent Suite at 9pm for a 50 minute massage and 50 minute private suite time and you really end up wanting to stay the whole night lol. The massages weren't rushed and the staff (including the owner) walked us through the process and gave us a tour of the facility. It was just a great experience from beginning to end. AMAZING! I will be coming back.

Nice little spa. Masseuses are excellent. Great place for couples massage. Large rooms with high ceilings and provocative art. Our room was well cared for and clean, and featured a sauna. The staff were very welcoming. Includes a robe, glass of wine and bottled water.

My only complaint is that I didn't have enough time to fully enjoy the Art Suite and all that it had to offer. My husband I both enjoyed our massages. The Art Suite has so much to do and has great decor. The staff were very friendly. Definitely would recommend as a great place to relax and connect with a loved one.

We had a fantastic experience here for my fiancées birthday! Place is very beautiful and their art suite blew us away. The room came with a wonderful jacuzzi and shower areas, mini kitchen and fridge for our own food, sauna with salt rock floor, mini team room flat upstairs, and more. We had a 80 min massage and 80 min in the room package. Only thing disappointing was the showers were only cold water and the hot tub didn’t have much hot water. But everything else was top notch. Also definitely recommend getting their Groupon which puts the suite about half off

From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted and offered wine/water as we waited to get processed. The pictures of the Art Suite doesn’t do the space any justice. Such a great space to decompress and enjoy the services and amenities provided. I could have spent more time in the suite as it was that relaxing. Take advantage of everything in the room (sauna, jacuzzi, mud, shower) and if you can, take a walk along the catwalk and look at the fabulous art created by the owner of the spa.

We both had incredible massages and immensely enjoyed our time in the soaking tub. The tub was large enough to comfortably fit the two of us. We will absolutely visit this location again. All amenities provided are super helpful, and the stations in the Art Suite are all beautiful and artfully displayed. I highly recommend this to anyone needing a getaway sans the time required for a vacation away. And if you're visiting our city, this stop is a MUST-SEE! Brilliant history of the Raineer building and art pieces created and masterfully displayed by the owner. Don't think twice about it. Just GO!! AND BOOK A PLUS PACKAGE!! You'll want more time in any room you choose to visit.

A unique retreat right in the heart of SODO. We enjoyed our Couples Getaway Plus in the Art Suite. Started off with a complimentary glass of red wine and went into a wonderful 90 minute massage. Once our therapists left, we snacked on wine, cheese and some bubbly that we had brought, then took a long, hot soak in the two-person jetted tub. Three hours never went by so quickly-- we could have easily enjoyed another 3 hours browsing Jeff's art. We will definitely be back!

Husband and I bought a Groupon for this experience. We were very excited as it was our anniversary. We received a call about a week before our appointment asking us if we could change our appointment time (which wasn't a big deal). When we arrived the staff was very friendly and accommodating we were offered wine and/or water while we waited to be taken to our room. The room was nice and warm/cozy, the tub was stunning. We were greeted by 2 massage therapists, shown around the room and then we changed and the massage began. My husband's massage was pretty good but mine was not worth the money in any way. I feel like I literally paid hundreds of dollars for someone to just rub oil into my body. There was no pressure (even though they asked before the massage if we had areas that were sore or hurt and I specifically said my shoulder and neck), the massage table squeaked badly, and then about 10min into my massage I kept feeling a cold drip on my back. I didn't say anything for awhile as I thought it could be the oil... But it happened multiple times and in the same spot. Well the roof was leaking on my back during my massage. Very disappointing. We moved my table away from the drip and the "massage" continued. We ended up cutting our time short as we were really not very satisfied with the overall experience. Once downstairs the owner was there and he did apologize for the roof leaking (obviously not his fault, more the landlords issue) but even he said he'd be furious and he thanked me for being so gracious.... Honestly I was assuming they would offer us some sort of partial refund or maybe even a discounted service. But that was it. Just "So sorry, I've notified the landlord". I wouldn't recommend this place for the money it costs. It was unfortunate as we definitely had high hopes. I guess you live and learn.

Omg we loved it!!! My girl and I just spent a couple hours there last night and are so happy we did. From the moment we enter red the lobby to the moment we left we felt important, sexy, relaxed and were treated in a professional and respected manner. We highly recommend taking some time for you and your partner and treat yourselves. The massage therapists were wonderful and the Moroccan suite was so freakin cool. LRDS has got to be the coolest place in town to get a massage. We go 3 or 4 times a year for an 80 minute couples massage for about $300. There are several large therapy rooms with different themes: Art room, Moroccan Room, etc. The owner is an artist and displays many of his works. If you at least check out their website you'll find a very unique approach to urban relaxation.

Can I say, it was an amazing experience. The customer service and massages were phenomenal. The practitioners were very professional and responsive to our needs. We had booked the last appointment of the day and the only complaint that I had was that there was no body paint as advertised and the shampoo, conditioner and body soap wasn't filled.

Got a Groupon for the couples massage in their art suite. Arrived about 15min early to checkin, there were complimentary wine water and chocolate in their little waiting area, very welcoming environment and friendly staff. We got into our suite within about 15min and the receptionist did a little tour of the suite and introduced the amenities in the suite. Our masseurs were extremely nice and polite. Even though it was a couple massage but the masseur made sure it's still very private throughout the experience. After the massage, we had about an hour to enjoy the hot tub, sauna and all the awesome amenities in the suite. They politely reminded us through ringing the door bell when it's almost the end of our stay. Overall, it was a really delightful experience. The staff there are all really nice, friendly, knowledgable, polite and gentle. Which makes a perfect relaxed spa experience.

Truly a unique and wonderful experience. The massage therapists are as good as you’ll find anywhere and you’ll be wowed by the incredible artwork in every room. The service is always outstanding. It sounds like they have a close connection with the artist who supplies all of their paintings and every one is beautiful! Great atmosphere, but very weak massages! I love coming for the atmosphere, but with the massages being body rubs for half the visit, it doesn't make it worth it. Telling the masseuses to go deeper doesn't help. Multiple times we have visited and it's always the light bodied massage.

I got a good massage, but it felt like some of the details that make an experience really awesome were missing. The bathroom adjoining to the massage room was nice and warm, but the actual massage room was pretty chilly. By the end I was getting goosebumps and I wish I'd worn my socks! The most disappointing part was that my masseuse was over 10 minutes late, which I suppose can happen with Seattle traffic and being the first appointment of the day. Still, I was disappointed and felt kind of cheated that we still ended right on time even though I wasn't the cause of our late start. All in all, I left feeling neither under or overwhelmed, Just whelmed.

I conducted a search for a 'Spa Experience' which I found via Groupon. It was packaged at an acceptable rate and fit my desire for get-away moment. It was my intention to gift an adventure for my wife and her sister to connect. An opportune massage and relaxing spa moment would be perfect. They both have a dynamic life that I haven't seen any time where they have scheduled a break from their busy daily calendar. As it turned out, Little Red Day Spa is truly a 'hidden treasure' in Seattle! Nestled near downtown gave them a chance to transform into 'Queens for the Day' environment! The moment you walk up to the front door that is accented cutely and then entering into the waiting room/lobby you know there was a serious effort given to ambience. Since my wife was born in Morocco I reserved the Moroccan themed room. Having two therapist who performed the massage(s) simultaneous was fit for royalty! In addition the unique artistic highlights that was so captivating all designed and orchestrated by the owner (sometimes host), the attitude and thoughtfulness of the greeters and massage staff were truly above all expectations. It was a pleasurable, memorable experience that we have already spread the word to all of our friends and relatives! We plan on returning and considering attending art classes, if possible. Thank-you so very much for a fantastic experience Little Red Day Spa!

Our couple's massage at Little Red Day Spa was comfortable and relaxing. We were greeted at the door by the receptionist and offered a glass of wine before our service. We were in the Tent Suite and enjoyed the ambiance with all the oversized artwork. The only feedback is that sounds from outside our suite could be heard during our massage and that could be disruptive. Other than that, it was a great experience!

We were the last appointment on Sunday in the Art suite and had the getaway plus package...it is worth every penny! The suite is relaxing and so beautiful! Henrylyn and Elijah(?) were absolutely amazing. Our couples massages were perfect and once that is done the time allotted to lounge alone in the suite is great for soaking in the jetted tub or relaxing in front of the fireplace enjoying some wine. We look forward to returning!

Found this place through Groupon and at first was a little apprehensive about it. Given the location i wasnt sure what to expect. BUT this place ia absolutely wonderful. From the moment you walk in you are transported to another place all together. They have done an amazing job with all the details making each room unique. My wife and I have done the Moroccan and Tent suite. Both were spectacular. Each room pays attention to details and provides you with everything you need for the perfect getaway. The massage therapists are good and really work to however you want the massage to go. If you are looking for that temporary get away and dont have time to spend the night somewhere this is the place. Bring a picnic lunch and a bottle of your favorite wine they have everything else. They do a fantastic job of ensuing the rooms are very clean and ready for you so that it feels you are the first one to use the room. Cant wait for the Woodinville location!!!

One of the best spa experiences to do with a significant either. When walking in you will be kindly greeted and seated. They offer you a glass of red wine and walk you up to your suite. In your suite you will be given your designated massage time. Afterwards, depending on your package, they give you alone time to reconnect with your significant other. We booked the sky suite which has body paint next to the large bathtub. They also provide their own house made body scrubs. The ambience is relaxing and the location is quiet which allows time to drown out the sounds of the city. We had previously booked the Tent Room which is our favorite. It came with a sauna with red light therapy, a chrome bathtub that fits two, a shower, separate bathroom as well as a small lounge area. Little Red Day Spa offers one of the most relaxing experiences and I would be more than happy to book again and try out their other suites.

The place is magical. I don't know what more can be said. The staff is amazing. They welcome you with wine and chocolates while you sit in the comfortable waiting area, as they prepared the space you've chosen. When in doubt ALWAYS CHOOSE THE ART ROOM, it is incredible. The couple's massage is very relaxing and really sets up the rest of your stay. I always bring a bottle of wine and some fun and tasty treats. The time will fly by as you indulge in the sauna, the jetted soaking tub, mud treatment that you and your significant other may treat each other to - followed by a nice shower area. You may also choose to relax in the loft, at the table or in front of the comfy fireplace. My girlfriend and I will definitely be back again... and again!

It was exactly what I had imagined it would be like, plus more! I had a fantastic massage, probably the best one I have had, and I previously worked for a spa! Super satisfied with our stay and I would love to come back. Everyone was respectful, communicative, and very kind. If you're looking for something special to do with someone you love spending time with I recommend booking here because it felt like we were in a different world and could fully get away from normal life!

Nice place but still has lots of things to work on and improve their quality of service. Went with my husband- had a massage and some time to spend in privacy. For the amount of money you spend they could have their therapists cut their nails. One of the ladies that did the massage for my husband had longer nails and scratched his back and his head- so not very professionally. With been in traffic till we got there and can say that needed the bathroom immediately- and a very unpleasant picture was waiting for me there as an unflushed toilet. I've talked to the management about other small things- that is why I have 3 starts - they said that they are working each time to improve their service! Anyway I wish for the money you pay you get a better experience than us! THX

My girlfriend and I have been here 3 times, each time trying a different room. The art suite is still our favorite with its very high ceilings, velvet drapes, hot tub, open shower and of course, lots of art. They may have changed the layout since then as they continue to do, but it's always an improvement. Last weekend we got the tent suite, with an infrared sauna, lounging canopy, shower for two complete with salt for scrubbing, and eating area equipped with a fridge for your goodies. The massages are spa in nature, so don't go expecting to receive a therapeutic manipulation, but rather a relaxing massage with instances of deeper pressure and lots of flowing strokes. A wonderful getaway experience nonetheless.

We had an amazing experience for our anniversary. The couples massage was delicious and thorough. We were both super relaxed. After the massage we sat in the sauna while we filled up the tub then had a nice hot soak with exfoliating salts. After the soak we took a cold shower and sat in our robes drinking wine. A great way to treat yourself and staff were really friendly and gave us great customer service.

Little Red Day Spa was a romantic and amazing experience and one we won’t forget! We dream of going back sometime in the near future. The massage therapists made sure to ask what we liked and needed and were very kind when I started coughing during the massage (embarrassing!) and got me water :) The 50min of Spa time after the massages was perfect for winding down and cleansing after all the body oils. Next time we will definitely bring food and drink, although the time goes by so fast because everything is so lovely. My boyfriend and I were in the tent suite, which is equipped with a gorgeous, gigantic tub, amazing shower and a sauna, as well as a table (set and ready to go), a mini fridge and a cozy tent couch area. I would highly recommend this to any couple looking for a getaway in the city!

Don't pore over any more reviews. Skip the "due diligence" and just book this up – fortune favors the impulsive (right?!). This place is a sumptuous, tasteful oasis in troubled times, and when has art not been a salve for the soul? We booked the Art Suite and this isn't art in quotes – this artwork is fantastic – shout out to the beautiful painting of a woman facing away, placed by the massage tables. I'd buy the hell out of that painting. But all the art here is delightful to look at (beautifully rendered feet and legs; simply lovely). We had a fantastic time, and wish we'd booked more time. First heard of the place from Groupon – probably a good way to get your feet wet – or salty, or sweaty, or oily – depending on whether you're taking advantage of the jetted tub, the massages, or the salt-floored sauna. Love this place, and will definitely be back. Thank you for the birthday bottle of wine, Little Red Day Spa!

My photos are the tent suite which I'd say HUGE place to sauna, hot bath, huge shower head coming from the ceiling & picnic table. They give option whether you prefer light or heavy massage. Very calm soothing and relaxing place. They play a nature sound while massaging. Away from modern, more on Balinese theme. Staff are friendly and offer free wine on lobby. Unlimited water inside the suite.

While the atmosphere is nice and the massage was enjoyable, they don't give you your full time in the room. Beware of this before going. Even if you show up early, if the person before you isn't done in time, they cut it out of your time slot. Pretty disappointing!

This place was a darling getaway. Get a coupon on Groupon and bring a beverage and snacks for a steal of a deal! My boyfriend and I spent an evening in the art room. Would recommend this for married couples, but if you're modest like me, just bring swimwear. Pros: Amazing deep jacuzzi bath. Amazing loft. The atmosphere was incredible. The massage was relaxing and doesn't require nudity (though couples who wish to be nude may)The mud was really fun to play with, and there was a cozy fireplace. We brought sparkling grape juice and fancy cheese and fruit. Others may like to bring champagne and chocolate dipped strawberries. Plenty of stemware and dishes and a bottle opener in the room. And mugs of tea are also provided. The only downside was that there was a party in an adjacent event space that was a little audible, which was distracting, and the salt sauna doesn't have any place to sit, is rather small, and doesn't heat up enough to be a real sauna. Not a deal breaker, but if you are deciding between the art room and a cheaper one, you may not consider the addition to be worth the price. Overall it made for a memorable and relaxing experience to share.

We had a lot of fun! It was extremely romantic and the room was amazing. We stayed in the art suite and would highly recommend it. The only reason I'm not leaving five stars was my massage was not good. I mean she pretty much lightly rubbed my back for 90 min. Worst massage I've ever had. However, my wife really enjoyed her massage and thought it was amazing. Also, the hot water ran out before the jacuzzi was filled. For $400 I would expect better.

Wow! All I can say is "wow." This was such a cool experience. To be honest, a typical visit to this spa would normally be a little out of my price range for a massage for just myself, but I purchased a Groupon for the Sky Suite for my best friend's birthday. IT WAS PERFECT! Rather than making our time there a sensual couples' escape, we treated our time there more like a "girls' night" and while getting ready to go out for a birthday night on the town. This is definitely the thing to get for the "girl who has everything." Other reviews have been quite helpful to enhance the experience. As well is the website's FAQ page. Bringing small bites like a meat and cheese plate and a bottle of sparkling would knock any romantic partner off their feet! I also like to read through bad reviews and make my own conclusions there. 1 star reviews were all made at least a year ago or more. It's important to me that a business would take measures to correct any bad experiences and it would certainly seem that is the case here. In my opinion, you get what you give when dealing with subjective experiences. No one wants you to pay hundreds of dollars and have a bad time. If there's something wrong, mention it (politely!) at the time of service.

Nice place. Need some relaxation? Definitely come here. You won't find this kind of spa anywhere else or anywhere else I've been too. It is pretty pricey but I understand. The art suite is the most expensive one and I loved it. You get the whole place to yourself, they offer red wine and coffee/tea. You can picnic in there if needed but who has time for that while you're exploring or relaxing in the hot tub, suana, or claying up yourself. Cons: •Even though you can bring your own food, I wished they gave an option of (dried) fruit, nuts, or pretzels. •Day bed upstairs was pretty thin so it can get pretty uncomfortable, unless you like that. •Massage was okay. I got the Asian woman, she really did not focus much of what I wanted. Other than that I would go back if I was visiting Seattle again.

Everyone from the staff to the massage practitioners were so friendly and the massages themselves were fantastic - so personalized and relaxing. Then the time alone in the Sky Suite with the spa and tub was a perfect way to end a morning.

My boyfriend and I spent our one year anniversary here which was a complete hit! We really enjoyed every moment and will certainly be returning. The only thing I’d advise is to add a pair of inexpensive slippers. In the art room you get the advantage of walking around the upper section to view the owners magnificent art work, Although run the chance of getting splinter on the wooden walk way. Just a personal thought. Regardless we’ll be returning.

My wife and I are repeat customers to the little red day spa. We came here after getting engaged two years ago and absolutely loved it. This time around, we came for our 1-year anniversary and the Massages were sub par. Much worse than what we had previously received. They were basically just a 50 minute rub down. We enjoyed our time afterwards, but unfortunately, we will not be coming here again as we were really looking forward to some high quality massages and we left quite disappointed.

Absolutely amazing! We stayed in the tent suite and it was the perfect size! Had everything we needed. I even brought some snacks for us to have and they had complete place settings for a picnic with plates, silverware and wine glasses. The tub was amazing and we want one in our home! Even my boyfriend, who had never been to a spa or had a professional massage before, said it was so romantic and sensual that it was his favorite gift! Plus, there are Groupons! Will definitely come back and give as gifts!

This place was amazing. A very Seattle experience IMO. Greeted with wine and extremely friendly personnel. The room that my wife and I got was very well decorated and extremely relaxing. The communication was great as well they ask about problem areas before the massage and also how hard or soft you prefer. Would recommend this place to anyone looking to get away from it all for a few hours. Not the cheapest experience but you definitely get what you pay for!

Very friendly staff. The hostess was very polite. There was free water and wine available while we waited. The masseuses were very professional. It was my first time getting a massage and i loved it. My girlfriend is more experienced with getting massages and loved hers as well. After the massage they left us in privacy to relax for as long as we wanted, no rush. The owner was outside when we left, was super friendly and gave us a discount! If you want a lovely couple's massage I highly recommend it.

Really nice place. Very welcoming, clean, cozy and has a lot of style. Had the couples massage in the art suite, which is an awesome room. There is a tub, shower with mud and salt scrubs, himalayan salt sauna, and plenty of places to relax. Highly recommend - will definitely go back when i am in town.

Me and my partner were in the tent suite. This was super relaxing and the masseuses were very friendly and worked all of our knots out. Giovanni and Lin were great! Sauna was wonderfully hot and comfortable, shower was awesome. Only criticism would be that the tub doesn't plug properly (making it kinda loud in such a quiet space) and the water level doesn't get high enough even with two people to be able to comfortably soak.
