My massage with Jesse was hands-down the best I've ever experienced. She did deep myofascial work to address my "computer neck" issues, and I feel 1000% better as a result. Her thorough knowledge of musculoskeletal anatomy is extremely evident in her massage technique. Highly recommended!

Ladywell's is one of my favorite places in Seattle. The prices are quite reasonable and the staff is so, so nice. It's always clean here and I love that I can alternate time in the pools and saunas with the relaxation room. I've gotten a body scrub and massage once here and it was so, so nice. I've been here four or five times now and I'm definitely going to keep coming back!

Ah, bliss! I usually don't like steam saunas (I prefer dry) but this one was a treat, with the aromatherapy blend taking it up a notch! They post which essential oils are used, so you don't have to guess and can avoid it if you need. Nice staff, too!

Great small spa for relaxing in an all-woman space. The hot rooms are great, awesome tubs, but the silent room for relaxing is my favorite. Free herbal tea and lots of comfy places to relax and think and recharge. Book a signature scrub for the end of your visit- you'll leave with the most luxuriously soft skin!

My best friend treated me to a sugar scrub here along with soaking. To be honest the area where you get your short scrub was noisy, cold, not private and uncomfortable table. The soaking tubs were just okay. The charcoal room was nice. It was an underwhelming and disappointing experience.

Perfect place for relaxation. Lots of different soaking pools, sauna, salt room and steam. Make an appointment for a scrib or massage. Very clean.

Perfect combination of temperatures in the tubs, including the cold plunge. Great experience with receiving a scrub. Also love the comfortable quiet room with the hanging hammock cone. Wonderful feminine and elegant vibe with Grecian-esque spouts and fixtures.

Their scrub is practically a pat with a sponge. Not worth it.

I really really enjoy this place! I had a massage which was wonderful and relaxing and helpful. The pools and the saunas are great and I really enjoy their quiet tea room where talking is not allowed so that you can have a very restful experience. It would be nice if people were requested to whisper throughout the rest of the spa so that it doesn't get loud when people chat and visit, but that might be a personal preference thing. I recommend allotting several hours for your stay so that you make sure to not rush through the experience!

Never thought I’d be into going to the spa, but my friend and I went and I feel like a new woman. And also a mermaid. I feel like a mermaid. So cleansing to my body and my mind. Spending four hours without my phone was also a spectacular detox.

Really enjoy the steam room and sauna. Wish the pools were larger, can crowd easily, and would prefer that the cold pool was not set so low... worth checking out for yourself.

I just finished a months membership here after being at another spa in Lynnwood for almost 5 years. I love Ladywell! It is well worth the longer drive. The spa is small and can be cozy at times in the pools, but the atmosphere is relaxing and serene. I continually see the employees checking to see that facility is clean and we are having our needs met. Often when I'm sitting in one of the tubs I'm offered water or hot tea. The saunas and salt room are wonderful, and I love their cold shower that feels like I'm standing in a rain storm. The facility is disabled friendly, with a ramp leading up to the pools and changing room. The only place that is not wheelchair accessible is the salt room, but it could be with some modification if the salt bag on the floor was shifted. I'm sure they would help if asked. I think they mentioned that they had a lift for the pools. I was pleased to see that they had a bench in the salt room so I could enjoy the room -I couldn't do this at the other spa. Their tea is wonderful! And free! Swimsuits are optional and you get 2 large towels and a hand towel in your locker and are offered a robe. I love it so much that I bought 6 more visits! Definitely highly recommended!

A heavenly experience! So relaxing. I especially love their Himalayan salt sauna and their series of three different temperature hot & cold tubs. I felt comfortable, clean and uber relaxed. I wish they gave me a bigger towel or offered more towels, or suggested I bring my own bath robe. Bring your own bath robe! I would love to come back here with girlfriends or my mom.

I absolutely love this place, recharge body and soul. Ladies only. Clothing optional. Three tubs. Three saunas. Comfortable locker room, shower, and quiet tea room. Bring a journal or book or enjoy their books and coloring supplies. Their services are excellent as well. Visit in the morning on weekdays for a $29 spa entry

This was my first time at a spa and sauna and I had a great experience. This place is very safe and quiet. I love that it is women only. There are three main areas: hot tubs, sauna, and the quiet room. When I first came in, they provide you with a robe and water bottle if you need it. You get undressed in the locker room, and take a shower with complimentary toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, lotion). There are two different sauna rooms and a steam room. There are 3 different tubs with hot water, tepid water, and ice cold water. The quiet room is very relaxing and exactly as advertised. There are different lounging areas including a hammock swing. You can also sign up for massages in private rooms adjacent to the quiet room. They provide tea, orange slices, and reading material if you need it. The best part is that cell phones are not allowed in any of the areas except in the locker room when you're putting it away. There's ample parking on the street or behind the building in the lot.

A super nice women-only spa. It has several different sauna rooms: a herbal steam room, a himalayan salt room, and a dry cedar room. There's also a few soaking pools and a silent relaxation room where you can relax and drink tea or water. The staff is very nice and upon your first visit takes you on a tour of the facilities before letting you go off and explore. I haven't had a chance to get any massages yet, but I'd definitely come here for it!

Love this place! Pink Himalayan sea salt room and tea in the quiet reading rooms are my favorite after a good soak/sauna. Total physical reset.

3 hours at Ladywell’s left me as relaxed as I can remember being. I enjoyed their saunas as well as their progression of tepid, hot, and cold pools. Staff was friendly and the facilities were spotless.

Before I wrote this review I did try to speak with my practitioner about issue. I was told by practitioner that the noise just washes out in her mind. The talking in spa is too much for me. It didn’t use to be this way but every time I visit it’s incessant talking which echoes in open space. The scrubs are meant to exfoliate but the last two times I’ve had them the practitioners are using such light pressure it’s useless. This last visit there was a patron who was mildly disruptive at front desk, inside locker room, inside spa and because the front desk mixed up scheduling of scrubs/massage I had to stand by 45 minutes while other patron received treatments at my time. The remedy was to give me 2X $10 off my next spa entry. I keep going back like a bad relationship hoping things will change but it’s not going to. Sad face. Frankly I don’t do reviews but I needed to vent and I wanted future patronage to know my experience. The upsides are its well maintained and hydro therapy routine is wonderful. I didn’t feel heard and as a fellow practitioner of massage for 24 years I would never allow this type of atmosphere at my offices.

A women's spa from 10 to 10 Tuesday through Sunday. However, anyone can rent for four hours for up to 36 people for $600 plus sales tax on Mondays. You choose the time. Additional amenities (such as massage) extra. A good way for a group of folks to get together and have fun.

If Olympus Day Spa is like Starbucks, Ladywell's Vitality Spa is like the funky neighborhood coffee shop. While I like soaking nude, if the nakedness of Olympus isn't your thing, Ladywell's allows swimwear. Very welcoming, three soaking tubs (hot, tepid, and cold plunge) a steam room (that always has lovely aromatherapy), a cold rain shower, dry sauna, and salt sauna. Free tea in the silent lounge. Complimentary housemade bath products. It's just such a treat to spend time here.

This was my first time visiting a place like this, and it was FANTASTIC. I'm going again as soon as I get a chance. It includes three sauna type rooms, three spas of different temperatures, and a quiet room with comfy chairs, magazines, and hot tea. If you go in before 2 p.m., it's only $25. I only wish I'd been able to stay longer.

Wendy Childs

I was gifted passes for here and have been twice. I don't appreciate their trans-exclusive policies and doubt I will be a regular once I've used up what I was gifted. They also didn't have any robes clean on one of my visits and only have the tiniest of cups for water if you forget to bring your own water bottle, which seems odd given the risks of dehydration when utilizing their facility.

Erika Rowley

One of the best experiences of my life! The atmosphere is wonderful, so supportive of all body types! Everything is clean and inviting, it was overall a fantastic experience and I will be back!!

I already loved going to Ladywell's for the spa/sauna but recently I booked a scrub and massage with Elise. I was so soft after the scrub and the massage was excellent. I have booked 2 more massages with Elise. I highly recommend her to anyone needing a good relaxing massage.

Deborah Barnard

Loved it. There are 3 saunas with different heat/moisture levels, 3 tubs of hot, tepid and cold water, and a nicely sunlit (but private) silent room to read, drink tea or relax in. The best part was it being clothing optional! Recommend going during a weekday vs. a weekend - we went at 2:30 pm on a Thursday, and there were maybe 6-8 other people.
