They offered me a pop and I said yes please and then while she was doing my feet she said something about 60$ I said what she said later then she painted my nails really dark and I said I wanted a lighter color she said no I said ok then as she is doing my nails I said can I have that pop now I'm really thirsty she said no I said oh I thought u said I could have one she said go across the street and buy one I was like wow ok and she was like ok pay now I handed her 50$ and she started adding it up I said 18+22=40+10=50 she was like expected a tip idk but I'm pissed ...

Completely rude. First time and last time. They were busy asked if I can wait. Didn’t really want to because when places like that are busy they rush and care less about the service. A lady said they were worth the wait which honestly they weren’t. Rudest people. Never been treated this rude. They asked what color I wanted. I had no clue as I never been there. They decided to put the tinfoil on while I wait. It’s hard to look at the swatches. So couldn’t pick a color... so the lady was rude again. My shellac was still on so she had to use the dermal. Finally I found a color and they said it was chrome. Which I believe was a lie because it just had glitter and wasn’t a chrome look at all. Said it would be $10 more. So I said forget it just a manicure. The manicure wasn’t a full manicure at all. I went to pay and it was like $20 something. I refused to pay that. And asked why. Because they gave me a manicure and took shellac off. I said no. So then it was 15 then 16. They are not worth anything and now my nails are so thin and broke turning my stirring wheel. Should have never waited. Rudest place and doubt the quality of work is with it. Beyond up set. Avoid this place

I got nails done for homecoming and they turned out great! I have no problem with the nails but I got my eyebrows done a few months ago and they completely took off half of my eyebrow! My eyebrows were the thinnest theyve ever been, so I will not be returning to get any sort of waxing on my eyebrows done but maybe to get my nails done.

Worst place in the history of nail salons! They are rude, rude, rude! I have never been to a place that has such horrible customer service in my life... if I'm a good paying customer the least you could do is be respectful! Daaaaamn!

Horrible, aweful, terrible!!! Do not go here !! The lady who did my nails couldn't speak any English and tried to paint my nails a color I didn't even want. I told her I wanted a French shellac and she was bringing out a peach color. I'm like " No, that's not what I said I wanted" she just stared at me. Finally another gal came over to explain to get what u wanted done. The end result was sloppy and very poorly done. I will not go here again and would not recommend them ( at least the one who did my nails). She was also very rude.

I've been there twice and I won't be going back. I went for a fill this last time. The most I've paid for a fill is $25 at other places. I get here, and when I asked how much shellac was, the guy told me $2. So I said ok. It turns out that filing my OLD SHELLAC off was $2! And the new shellac was $14! I have never in my life heard of a filing off charge! And I have had my nails done for over 10 years. I ended up paying $40 for my fill. I don't even pay that much for a new set anywhere else I've gone! Then they tried to cover it up. Shady shady business. It's a complete rip off. I would strongly recommend getting your nails done elsewhere.

Stuck me with “hidden costs” what was supposed to be $45 ended up being $75 and of course their English is horrible so they don’t bother communicating the extra charges. The work was mediocre at best. Girl was kind and attempted to chat but was hard to understand. The only reason I paid and didn’t fight it was the girl. She tried so hard to please and the manager kept berating her in their language , so I’ve no idea what was said but her response was to bow and apologize to her and then look sheepish at me trying to apologize for the “extra costs”. The nails were uneven, and my daughter does a better job, she’s never been trained. BUT that’s not why they get 1 star. They get one star for cause in’s a toe infection, they refusing to refund, even after being asked to come in so they could see the claim. Then tried to blame it on debris left , when I explained it was from ripping my toenail out of my toe. They pushed so hard it was killing me ( not really just hurt like heck) to drain puss. Yeah, that bad. Kept telling it will be fine and heal, just give it time. Well, no Duh! But I should not have to pay for injury that should never have happened. One of their customers kept asking what the problem was and they constantly evaded telling the truth and spoke over me when I attempted to explain. Put it this way, wouldn’t you rather put your money in a business that actually cares about their clientele?

I went here for more than 6 months with Kim, every two weeks, for shellac fill. She did wonderful with the application and fills, and had absolutely no problem. But life happens, and for personal reasons, could no longer afford to pay for nail care like this. So I went to HN as usual and requested to remove them. Kim was the lady who also removed my nails. As you can see in the picture below, she took them off so rough and painfully, that they ripped my actual nails in the middle of the nail, straight through to the nail bed. I remember asking her to be gentle, as she was hurting me and I didn't like it. She called me a "Big Baby" and told me to grow up. Lets just say, don't go here. Most of the ladies are rude. Kim was the only one that I thought was nice, as I had a good relationship with her up til this point. But now, I don't think i'll ever pay for fake nails again. Total "rip off".

This is normally my go to salon but lately they’ve been really frustrating and have been screwing up. Got my nails done again today and when I told the nail tech that one nail was a little crooked she started arguing with me and making a big scene saying it’s not crooked because it fits the curve of my nail and she’d fix it. Well, she didn’t fix it and it’s noticeably crooked and things like this have been happening almost every time I go in.

Thanks for waxing one of my eyebrows almost completely off and then telling me you didnt see the problem and that was just my eyebrows... all while chewing your tacos in my face. No refund or anything. Just waxed off more of my other brow to even it out and then pencil in the other side.

Kim is the best! I have followed her to this salon and will follow her wherever she lands. The atmosphere is quite and clean, I bring my 4 years old and they are always accommodating and speedy with accuracy. Just got the new dip method and looks so natural and fast!

I spent over 2 hours at this nail salon and i still hated my outcome! They told me they could do pink and white ombre and i wish i would have taken a pic of it cause it was so horrible so then i asked for shellac and it turned out so lumpy and spotty ugh 40 bucks later and I'm pissed the lady sitting next to me asked for something and got something totally different and was unhappy also...I'm going back tomorrow too get my money or another person to do my nails this is unacceptable i highly DO NOT recommend this place take your money somewhere else!

This place is affiliated with vs nails. There customer service is better her then vs nails. Vs nails told us they couldn't do any intricate designs and told us to go somewhere else. So we came to hi tek and they offered plenty of designs and were more inviting. We didn't know they were affiliated with Vs until a Vs nail employee showed up to help out since hi two was getting busy. The employee recognized us and asked to see the designs that were done. So if I had to choose between the two I would go hi tek.

I did my eyebrow wax and the lady did scraped my skin. I didnt noticed but i felt sting but when she gave a warn cloth to put on while waiting my friend to do her nails and after that i check in the mirror and its really bad.I am thingking that i wont pay her cos she damage my skin.

Went with 2 friends. They started way before me but then when they got to me it was rushed so fast that she spent less than 5 minutes on massage. She literally ripped skin up from around my big toes. Not kidding!! My toes still hurt after a month. Way too agressive

Not hi-tek nails anymore.. it’s now called HN nails & spa. However I’ve only been here one time and I wasn’t even getting my nails done.. (I just observed a friend getting her nails done) but I love the vibes at this place. They are super nice, take their time and don’t charge a lot for how WONDERFUL of a job they do on your nails. I’ve only been to two other nail salons but this by far is definitely a holy grail. Never had a better first impression/experience at a nail salon. Everything was perfect. I will be returning!
