I have been getting my nails done for 5 years and have NEVER been to a place as AWFUL as this. The worse place I have ever been to. Took them 3 hours to do a mani and pedi. They had me sit there for 45 mins soaking my feet while helping other customers when they said they were ready for me now. They were trying to go so fast they were hurting me and when they were done it looked horrible. 2 other women came to get a pedicure and asked how long the wait would be. They said 10 mins and put them in a chair to soak their feet and left them there for an hour before they got up and walked out while also giving them a piece of their mind.

1st time to visit, poor quality for full set of acrylic nails. Polish was still soft the next day, & ruined. I could see mistakes & spoke to her before finishing, being told it was fine. Will not return.

A friend and I had our pedicure done and where very pleased. The place is nice and clean. The service was mainly provided by guys, that was a surprise, unusual but pleasant. They also offer us soda or water while getting our service done. They even put our shoes on for us :)

Was very disappointed the lady I had was in a rush and cut me twice one on my left hand thumb and the other cut on my right hand first finger then she ran the electric file on 4 of my fingers 2 on each hand that are bleeding and didn't seem to care so won't be going back.

I like come this Nail Salon because jonh did wonder jod for my Full Set PW Nail and Delux pedicure. I'm very happy the way he did. This Nail salon is very clean and nice. They service coffee too. I will be back again

They may be good for nails, BUT DO NOT GET WAXING DONE HERE. I left the brazillian bikini wax covered in purple and red bruises which lasted for a full week and my skin peeled because I repeatedly said the wax was too hot and she ignored me. The lady knew I was bruised and rushed me out, hoping I wouldn't notice... HORRIBLE.

Do not go here!! I went here because my gal at my normal nail salon was out sick. Ivy, the owner, was very friendly and helpful but she did a horrible job on my shellac nails. I am not happy with the results. I now have to go to my normal gal and have her fix them. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I went to go get my nails done in April for prom and the shape wasn't right and the acrylic went over my cuticles I definitely don't recommend this place they also used the electric nail file and cut my finger and they put nail glue on my cut I ended up getting my nails fixed at glamour nails in monroe.

Omg I always have John do my Manicure and pedicures. He's amazing and is very friendly and cares how your doing he is very gentle. The ladies are very friendly. I brought my friend a few years ago and now she a client and I have brought my granddaughter in to have her nails painted. They treated her with as much importance as I am to them. It made her feel special.

Won't ever go anywhere else if I can help it. GOLDEN NAIL SPA gave me a wonderful manicure and pedicure. The massage was awesome, the color applied perfectly. The salon is very clean.

DO NOT GET THE EYELASH EXTENSIONS. I am certified and licensed to do eyelashes and was having trouble nailing down a friend to do them before I went on a trip. Thus I went here cause I'm still on a tight budget. The lashes were sticking into my eyelid for the first couple days; they were stacked on not the 1:1 ration of natural to extension, it just to close and run my eyes. I'm not sure if that last one had more to do with the fact that the lashes were synthetic instead of mink but it was all around a bad job. Looked good, but felt awful. Can't believe I paid $100

Only three people. Horrible multitasking. Leaving pedicure clients in the middle of pedicures to do waxing clients. Horrible paint job, my 5 year old could do better. Rushing me through my pedicure cause they were behind after I waited 40 minutes with my feet in the water. ...not worth the cost. I won't be back or recommend to anyone.

They are always so customer service oriented, love their deluxe pedicure, always can just walk in and not make a appointment, so relaxing I fall asleep in the chair

I saw a girl with amazing art on nail. Thus, I asked them and she said that she is a staff of Golden and asked me go to this place. Therefore, I decided to try it out. She served me right away I went here. (I forgot to ask her name, but she is maybe the youngest and cutie). Because of our last conversation, she did my manicure with silver sequin. I have never used this color before. After she finished her job, I felt I was different. My nails lasted over 2 weeks with no scratches. Thank girl. Will come back for you!

I back to this town at Monroe. I stop by a salon Nail for my Pedicure and Shellac Madicue. She did very good job and relaxing a lot. I will be back again

Went there 2 times 1st was ok they did cut my finger 2nd time I did a fill their colors are all chunky and dyed out the guy didn't wash his hands and the worst part is you can see the line of the old acrylic and there is dry spot and chips it's been one day I would not recomend them very dirty

Just had pedicure done at golden nail, Staff was very accommodating and Polite. The place was clean, they did a very good job! Way better than the rude ones on Freylands blvd!
